@Rogers my elderly mom has no landline service. I was told a technician would come by today to fix it. This is a #safety matter. She has no way to communicate if there is a fall or if she is sick. I’ve been on hold with your service people for an hour. Please contact me ! #rogers

@Canucks @Rogers Mic’d up clips while the team keeps losing is exactly the problem. More content, same losing habits and no accountability.

@RogersHelps as a rep from rogers shouldn’t you be the one facilitating something like that after a customer has told you he reached out 4 times and nothing was done. You see why i say you guys don’t reward loyalty

@Rogers Waiting 30+ minutes—twice in one day—to reach Rogers Communications support is unacceptable. As you grow, customer service needs to improve.

@Orioles2632 @Rogers @Mike_Ferrin Such a homer announcer, almost as bad as Boston

@RogersHelps Also your ** AI robot ask stupid questions no real human being to talk

  • travisrenney

@RogersHelps Answer the phone in the call centre. Have an objective to have hold times of less and three to five minutes. Being on hold literally for hours is the worst customer service ever. Customers don’t need new packages, deals offers, advertising. Investment in customer support.

Howling at the Moon 🐺 (@Jane_Gillon) reported

@Rogers I’m glad you understand but that doesn’t really help anything. I will be spending my time avoiding as many “smart” products as possible. There is a big difference between incentives and force. 95% of the people would never turn off the standby feature.

. @Rogers @RogersBiz on the phone on hold for over an hour for a plan change to fix a bug. No option to for call back. Thats the very definition of a bad service.
