@RogersHelps You might not be the right people to help but maybe you can get this to the right place, when trying to log in to the Rogers Bank site, I get this error "Unexpected token { in JSON at position 151". The app works fine

@Bell issued a long winded statement today about how much they are spending blah blah blah on tech. The problem with @Rogers and Bell is not that they don't know how to spend money. They just are incompetent and don't have proper disaster recovery plans.

@Rogers @RogersHelps It is now day 5. #IgniteTV is still not working. Can you please at least release information as to why? Instead of saying everything is back up and running when it clearly is not? I’m very ready to switch to @BellAliant

@Fido @Rogers And on the 5th day, my internet connection finally works. What kind of compensation are you planning to give your internet customers who suffered through slow and non-loading websites, zero information about what went wrong?

I’m practicing in my head, my response to inevitable question @rogers will have for me. Q: why are you cancelling your internet service from us? A: so I don’t experience your third nation wide outage. Anyone have better responses?

@markblei @andyboyce2404 @RogersHelps Respectfully ROGERS should have set up a fail over connection. Don't blame the consumer, they are paying for a service, it's the providers responsibility to provide what is promised "Canada's most reliable connection"

@RogersHelps Enough with the lip service, put your money where your mouth is, for your customers. Fortunately I'm not one of them.
