    @RogersHelps Have you any idea what's going on w/cable in Newmarket? About 8:45 pm, channels started freezing or going blank. Still not working.

    @Not_an_ebug @Rogers for me it was smart home cameras not working and the billing they resolved in half hour but the store was able to connect to their team in 2 minutes.. I guess i got the right person and was lucky

    The wait time for technical support from @Rogers is 3 hours with no call-back option! They charge among the highest rates in the world yet don't even pretend to justify their greed by providing quality customer service.
