    @RogersHelps Internet good all weekend and as soon as Monday arrives, it is back down. Literally giving up at this point and swapping.

    @RogersHelps When I was trying to explain to them what the issue was they pretty much just lied about it and then when I said I wanted to cancel my service all they said was sure no problem let me transfer you.

    It would appear that @RogersHelps can't actually help. All they need to do? Add my number to the do-not-call list. But they can't even do that because apparently they need the number their sales staff cold called me FROM. They don't know their own number?

    @CazzoMio1 @RogersHelps I second your sentiments on Rogers. Been with them the same amount of time; just got off the phone with them & the service is disgusting.
