    @RogersHelps They are still working on the issue, fiddling around with the sound and this week the HGTV programs were automatically closed captioned with no way for customers to turn it off. Just because I pointed it out doesn't mean I'm the only case. Tweeting saves time and I can watch it.

    @Rogers Ok then how about a question that doesn't require access to information. I'm not the only customer who has had multiple issues since the large outtage a couple months ago with regular disconnections. Why is this still such a prevelant problem after all the commitments made?

    @RogersHelps Watching Save My Reno on Global and it no longer has automatic, unchangeable closed captioning like it did yesterday. Note that I didn't change anything from my end and didn't have to waste time calling or DMing you for it to be corrected. It was a Rogers problem not mine.

    @Rogers I work from home and because your service is so garbage I can't work so it'd be nice if @Bell could install some fiber lines in my neighbourhood so I dont have to deal with this anymore 👌🏾

    @RogersHelps so as the drama continues after I was told that this 24 hour outage would be resolved at 6 am I'm now told that they need to send in a tec to my place & that won't happen until Friday. So that'll be 3 days without internet or cable. Wow.

    @RogersHelps The sound in the program and commercials seems fine. Could it be that the compounded problem which started in late August is now corrected? I wish my bill was corrected. That will take more work from my end to correct your mistakes.

    @RogersHelps question. Why after upgrading my phone to a 5G device and upgrading my data plan can I now only get LTE service? I live in Surrey BC not out in the woods or on a mountain. My last phone was 4G all day and it was very outdated.

    @RogersHelps see I predicted I knew it, because I won't upgrade all of a sudden my internet and cable aren't working. So the so called outage just happens 1 day after I renewed my services & refuse to upgrade? Sure it's just a coincidence.

    My @Rogers @RogersHelps internet is down again. Tell me HOW they're allowed to claim they're doing things to boost network stability when I experience at least 2 outrages a month. Usually for a substantial period and in the middle of a work day.
