    @RogersHelps Yes, is there some one in Toronto I can speak to. I have a complicated problem. I have two accounts, and you switched the mobile service between them without my knowledge, changing the financing to save and return. Upon upgrade you are charging me almost 800 dollars.

    @RogersHelps Iโ€™ve been trying to cancel my service since the start of the month. Impossible to do when no one picks up OR the system hangs up on me. And I canโ€™t cancel in your stores.

    @Rogers seems to be having trouble doing something called โ€œproviding the service people are paying forโ€. For several days the audio has cut out from programs, commercials show up randomly while the programโ€™s audio continues to run, and the programโ€™s runtime becomes fractured.

    @RogersHelps Wifi connection issues (one level condo no more than 25 ft from modem) live tv freezes, its mainly recorded or paused tv is the issue.

    Being in hold for over 2.5 hours to just get a shipping label to return a cable box not working @Rogers @RogersHelps is ridiculous and unexceptable and I'm still on hold. But to add a service gets you straight through.

    @RogersHelps Yes and for 3 days I have been told that they are โ€œletting maintenance knowโ€ because they can see on their end how bad things are.
