    Hey @Rogers - Very clever of you. There's no option to close/cancel my account on your web interface. The Live Chat is "too busy" for a human to talk to me. And calling you ends up with nearly an hour's wait on hold before the line gets cut. What do I need to do to cancel?

    @RogersHelps I understand but Seriously 45 minutes waiting and to make it even more sad and more mad 😡 for people website is not working ok but ok I will try tomorrow again I pay over $450 on bills but can’t even get to talk to anyone not good very 😡😡😡😡😡

    This week I have spent 10 hours @RogersBiz that I did not have calling 4 times. Gave up 1x, 1x with tech, 1x cut off 1x their system was down after 2.5 hours invested. Didn't offer to call me back. Can't be done online. I don't have this time. Internet dropping like crazy. Grr
