@RogersHelps why am I constantly kicked out of my streaming apps since outage ??? I'll try resetting my router again. Lol Is that Rogers new mission statement?

  • KimHalfyard Toronto Park Rehabilitation (@KimHalfyard) reported

@RogersHelps Thank you. I did not have a power outage. It was around me. So having problems getting it up ? Seriously

  • 7thworldproblem Jimmy M (@7thworldproblem) reported

@Rogers internet goes down about 4-5 times every day for me in south Oshawa. For seemingly no reason. Works great for 3-4 hours then just goes down for no reason. Starting to get fed up.

  • HareBlix Hare Blix (@HareBlix) reported

@RogersHelps I was told I was having an issue with my home network so the tech came... And told me it's an area issue. Apparently the whole south end of my city is having issues.

  • bowman_beverly Cranky Canadian (@bowman_beverly) reported

@RogersHelps as per usual your customer service is horrendous, rude & a complete waste of time. Your Twitter handle remains as sarcastic as ever. Hypocrisy in action.

  • TheSeatedView Lene Andersen (@TheSeatedView) reported

Thankful the power came back at 4:27 pm, four hours after the blackout started. One mystery remains: why did @Rogers wireless go down halfway through? Couldn't access the internet, couldn't make calls. #darkto

  • AZLOVEXA Eli ‘Azlo’ Ridder (@AZLOVEXA) reported

@RogersHelps How about you just fix it because I don’t have time to go through the whole process of verification and bug my landlord about it just for you guys to do nothing. Look at your outtage map and hop to it.

  • NoEonAnn A. (@NoEonAnn) reported

how ridiculous that electricity to the downtown core of canada's most populous city can go down for 4+ hours and @TorontoHydro and @HydroOne don't even have an estimated restore time!? the infrastructure in our city (and country, as @RogersBiz proved on July 8), is ******.

  • wirelessavenger John Andrews (@wirelessavenger) reported

@rogers must be in charge of the @TD_Canada app because I haven’t been able to access it for three days. It keeps saying “no internet connection” even though I can access my @scotiabank account no problem. Another “coding error”?

  • KimHalfyard Toronto Park Rehabilitation (@KimHalfyard) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps My internet is down in Toronto. Is this new?
