@Rogers TIPS for using ROGERS. Tip 1: Haggle with Rogers over price, tell them that you cancel, don't accept agents price, he/she will transfer to manager, don't accept managers price. After you cancel WIN-BACK team will call you, then accept it.

@samanthadjb @RogersHelps Ridiculous. They’re forcing everyone to change over and saying its such a great service. Clearly alot of unhappy customers are clogging their lines. Last rep said the direct line i was given *was* for ignite but switched to billing. They’re not giving it out. Lol
