We pay the highest bills in the world with @Rogers. If we’re a day late on the bill you get charged. But they can go an entire day of an outage and not be held responsible? No friggin way. You guys should be giving your loyal clients a free month.

Of all days of the week. Monday is the worst day for @Rogers wireless to be down for me. 5 hours into my day and I still cant call out or recieve calls on either of my lines.

@RogersHelps Can we get a repair estimate? Or an official statement on cause? It's been over 8 hours. Calls inbound to the service numbers are dropping without any pick up at the network level. Are your core routers OK?
