@Rogers I drive most of the time and I use Siri to make calls which most drivers use and after a call is made, there is no warning that call has been made directly and Roger’s will just charge you for the whole talk in next billing cycle without any notice. tired of this crap.

@RogersHelps This issue still remains unresolved. Nobody, not one person, can help us understand when we should expect a refund for a phone that was returned to you. Your own staff have acknowledged they have received the phone. An in person to your store produced no results @cbcgopublic
