@rogershelps Last time it took y'all 3 days and 18 hours on the phone to fix this. I'm NOT going through that again. Fix it, please, or I'm going to have to take my service elsewhere. I'm tired of being put through this **every single year** since you lot took over from Shaw.

@emilysweetsxoxo @Rogers This is why I’ve switched to Bell. Called Rogers customer service and was on hold for 45 minutes only to be transferred to another department - then the calll got dropped. I canceled my services right away. With Bell, I don’t wait too long on the phone.

@RogersHelps I am experiencing internet drops while i am working and on calls, people in Pickering have been complaining - my contact is - did raise a ticket they are going to monitor i next 5 days. Also the rogers cellphone is having network issue show only two bars.Bad service

@Bell excuse me but why in 2021 would you only provide 1 4K box per-home, and demand the others be upgraded? When most TVs are 4K and we all use Prime and YouTube? @Rogers’ Ignite boxes support 4K and YouTube.
