  @Rogers After 2 hours on hold, only to be disconnected. What is going on, the chat box can’t help, online can’t do the request you need to talk to someone and now when you call it’s hangs up as wait times are to extreme

  @RogersHelps Left you a message in the inbox. Silence. Typical. Two nights calling in the middle of the night because you forgot to take my ex-wife off the bill. Two hours on hold. Guy finally picks up with kids screaming and dogs barking in the background, then hangs up. Now I’m locked out of my own account. You can post about spam algorithms at 1am. You can’t answer a paying customer. Cut all ties. Chase the bill yourselves. Good luck.

  @Rogers YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. Indonesia,@Rogers. And your dictator company should be ashamed of itself. I have been trying to get thru for 3 days to customer service about an unfair charge on my account. This is ridiculous.😡😡

  Something is going on with @Rogers cellular connection in ottawa. Like why do I have zero reception and in most of the city. It’s not only me either. They need to fix their towers or something.

  @RogersHelps Hi, I tried to do that however, Rogers wants to attach it to my home address and charge me $75 if I’m not home when they come around to fix a box that is in the laneway and I’m only notifying them as a courtesy. Horrible business practice. I’ll contact Executive Office.

  @Rogers what are you doing about the scam calls I’m getting daily of people pretending to be Roger’s. I get one EVERYDAY. Each time I ask to be removed from their list. I know it’s not you guys, but you’re getting the bad rap.

  @RogersHelps Was able to reach out to them; they offer is higher than what Bell gave me (and you don't offer/allow hime phone service; if I don't take the full package, including tv; which i don't need)

  @RealDonBradshaw @Rogers Probably because they don't expect it to be a long call up. He's probably back down tomorrow. With Gimenez not at 100% they needed a back up infielder for today's game.
