@rogers @RogersHelps I am right now with two other neighbourhood Rogers' customers. We are all totally fed up with pixelating, resets and so forth. Time to actively search alternatives. BTW, all of us have talked to Rogers about our problems.

@ReportRogers @Rogers Today rogers internet is down again in my area L6Z-2T2 in Brampton & that too without warning/alert. How hard is it for you to text alert to the area subscribers about the upcoming service maintenance? Your rep said that we send alert "AFTER" the service has been restored?

@RogersHelps Having a really hard time with my bill. Something that should be a simple solution ends up being complicated. Very frustrating dealing with CSRs that don't understand their own product and put you on hold for hours.

@RogersHelps I get scam calls after talking to your call center, whenever I choose a new phone number, or get support. Literally an hour after I'm getting scam calls. I don't get them until I call your centers. This has happened SO many times that's it's now obvious.

@RogersHelps is the worst! Get a device protection plan, have to deal with a 3rd party that couldnt give 1 **** about you because youre not their customer, make it impossible to get your phone repaired in a timely manner forcing you to get another phone #notgoingtobewithRogers

.@Rogers your customer service is the worst. I require help for billing and I have been transferred 3 times to the wrong department. Don't you actually keep people who can help and know things that are being asked?
