This is unacceptable . Rogers has been unfair in most of his billings and they charge customers left and right - with 0 visibility on how to raise a dispute.And on top of it, their specialists behave in this unruly manner, when customer complain about this unfair billings. I then waited 2 more hours for a specialist, only for the chat to be ended without resolution. Can someone help before I escalate this to the CCTS/CRTC?
