@RogersHelps PLEASE just generalize what the issue is, don't hide it in a DM. I live in Gander, NL. Most people here in town have no internet, home phone or TV service!

@RogersHelps Is it possible to show caller ID with a VOIP service number on your home phone service? My parents have caller ID displayed when watching TV, but the VOIP number doesn’t display who the number belongs to. The VOIP service is @Fongo_Mobile based in Waterloo ON

@RogersHelps Thank you. The customer frustration comes from lack of information about problems with Rogers services. An outages map and explanation of what is happening would be very useful.

@RogersHelps internet has been down at my place in Waterloo for about 4 hours. Everytime I try to get help it takes me to a bot asking me to restart my modem. Very cool.

@RogersHelps Everything system has problems and failures, but knowledge goes a long way. Rumor is that it was vandalism and a cut fiber optic cable. If that information was passed onto customers and/or media outlets people wouldn't be so upset.

@RogersHelps @olympicfan68 A town with 10000 people and a 12+ hour total system failure is not a large issue? Look up Gander Newfoundland in your system. They definitely know there's a problem. Definitely going to loose a bunch of customers to @Bell_Aliant

@Rogers really needs to get there **** together. People in store tell you one thing then when you call customer service they tell you that the store was wrong. Shouldn't everyone company wide be on the same page? Is that too much to ask?
