    @RogersHelps Still nothing. Postal code L0R .... I am so fed up with Rogers.... I hadn't gotten around to switching service providers.... and I would be but wait my internet is still down! But my bell work phone isn't...

    @RogersHelps You're putting me through hell and it's a Global TV problem. New adapter I waited around for all day doesn't change the sporadic distorted sound issue with channel 3. Spoke to 2 more reps. Sandra gave me a headache. Second guy said it was a Global TV issue.

    @RogersHelps No it’s just flat out not available but I think it’s because I’m using rogers direct (preferred program) customer. I’m just wondering when it will be made available.

    @RogersHelps your customer team is useless. 6 outages this month and we aren’t even half way through the month. And no answers given on why. Everyone disconnect your services!!!!!!

    @RogersHelps I received a bill for a canceled account from my old address, went to a Rogers store, they can't help because they can only sell, not cancel (why aren't stores full service), 35 minutes wait on chat with no answer, now approaching 30 minutes on phone hold. Do better
