Recent @Rogers CEO's letter that went to all their customers stated that on their August bill they will see a credit equivalent to 5 days of service due to July 8th outage. Received my August bill, NO credit is showing, wonder why?🤔🥹Just a promise?

@rogers Glad I’m leaving…today. Would think the credit would appear on this bill. Guess those that switched will just be un-comped. Not sticking around for spotty internet service for credit equivalent to a cup of coffee. Beyond disappointed throughout the years.

So @Rogers outage caused by forgetting to apply a route-filter in BGP. Likely overloading the memory or the FIB’s. Well…. At least it wasn’t DNS this time…

Another @Rogers outage in my area. No one can even explain why or how long it’ll be. As soon as I get the chance to I’m switching to another company. @Rogers will charge you out the *** but not hold up their end of the agreement.
