@RogersHelps is anyone having issues with their internet going up & down in the Mississauga L5N area? Since yesterday we have had to reboot the Ignite modem far too many times. Every time I contact support they say upgrade didn’t push through properly 🤬

@Rogers hey how many tickets do I have to have being actively “fixed” before something is actually done? Internet drops 4-5 times per hour! And I keep getting told “we’re working on it”. Might be time to switch providers for more reliable service!

@littlemissperky @Rogers @Bell God Bless Rogers - My Work day started at 9PM to down Internet. Still sitting here twiddling my thumbs and the only response I get is - Yeah your neighborhood is currently down with ETA on when services will be restored. Seems like its time to make the Switch to Bell.

I want to know what yall going to do to compensate me for being without internet for a week and i paid for that sh*t plus lost days of work and money!? Im about to look at other companies for better service.
