    So… @Rogers @RogersHelps that’s a no on #help then? Fantastic. Oddly ironic a company that sells phones and phone services is impossible to reach by phone.

    Wonder if @rogers will ever have a customer service department? Anyone know? Might help their business if they actually hired some customer service reps.

    @TFCin110 @Rogers @RogersHelps Not necessarily by phone. Rogers has to work with you and respond to CCTS within 20 days. Document every failed attempt to get help—it’s evidence. In short: CCTS is free for you, but Rogers pays $ for each accepted complaint. So there’s definitely an incentive to resolve it ASAP

    Mark Priest (@mopriester17) reported

    @apasztor82 @Rogers didn’t want their cable and satellite subscribers to watch so they had it on their @Sportsnet streaming platform only and don’t offer a way to upgrade without paying for the entire service you’ve already paid for

    It's gonna be fun for @Rogers to explain to the courts why they just lost my cellular business today. They CANNOT just create a new service agreement that I did NOT sign, put my signature on it, then claim it's the original agreement. That is CRIMINAL! #CRTC

    @BenLypka @Rogers Absolutely no proof that this ****** schedule release video used any funds from closed down radio stations.

  • jnarai
    Token 🏴‍☠️🖭 (@jnarai) reported

    @sameo416 @Rogers ******* gross of Rogers for trying to make the customer responsible for replacing equipment destroyed by a wildfire, the eqpt should be written-off by Rogers for all impacted. You're right, CRTC doesn't allow companies to charge a fee past when the service was accessible.

    @Rogers fix up

  • aakashkapadia
    Aakash (@aakashkapadia) reported

    @RogersHelps An hour on hold, a sudden dial tone, and zero solutions. @Rogers executives are pulling in millions while their support team literally just unplugs the phone to hit their KPIs. The most expensive, useless network in North America. #rogers

  • BD007Marky
    Nasty Canadian (@BD007Marky) reported

    The spineless @Rogers @Sportsnet TV crew (Dan and Joe) didn't say anything, but Vladdy got booed pretty loudly when he was called out and the fans were NOT booing the call - they were booing the Half Billionaire Fall Down Hitter.
