    @Rogers as the owner of Sportsnet, you disgust me with the amount of gambling ads you have on during these playoffs. As a customer of your wireless service, I have doubt in you going forward you're no better than a ****** dealer. People don't need that vice jammed down them!

    @RogersHelps Been experiencing intermittent packet loss the past week on my Rogers high Speed. I've tried calling in, but your support hangs up after a lengthy wait? Constant hiccups of 5-10% packet loss makes the service useless for VOIP/vid calls/gaming/etc., what gives?

    @RogersHelps Hello, I got your message, your customer service rep looked into this for us with my wife and I on speaker and said there is absolutely nothing he could do to save us anything! So Do we have to look into different options now from somewhere else?

    @RogersHelps so my internet is down for two hours I call tech support and the wait is 3 hours No info on why internet down in East Ottawa anywhere This is unacceptable!

    I woke up at 7 am for the Spurs match. Internet is down. When the internet is down that means the phone and TV service is also down. I’ve watched the premier league on my phone all morning. Called Rogers and my postal code has an issue. Sort it out @RogersHelps

    @ac77 @RogersHelps What a lovely reply I get from @RogersHelps .. the ticket I opened yesterday after spending 2 hours on the phone has been closed without fixing the issue or even checking with me if issue still exists.. wow

    @RogersHelps have spent a total of 1hr 45 min yesterday and 40 min today trying to get help. I had to callback, now i am on hold and will need to wait over 3 hrs. How did the service degrade this much? Taking 5hrs of anyone's time is not acceptable

    Yet another internet outage from @Rogers 2 weekends in a row with spotty internet. Why doesn’t the @CRTCeng regulate and monitor all of these outages. No communication from isp, no mention of a fix or possible resolution.
