@RogersHelps What is the ETR for Ridgeway, Fort Erie, Crystal Beach cellular towers? 5 days, including a state of emergency over the weekend. Rogers continues to be the only towers down. @TELUS and @Bell are both working. Do we need to switch service providers? Help your customers in an emrg!

@RogersHelps so I take a fancy new internet connection after changing from my awesome @Bell_Support - now I see some one time charges of 150 dollars which was clearly waived off when speaking to sales rep and again confirmed with Customer rep.. really regret this now - how to ?

@RogersHelps @rogers 2 Hrs 5mins someone picks up my call, says they have to transfer me back to English , and promptly hang up on the call. Brutal.
