@RogersHelps Eventually got through to Tech Support, apparently I had a 44% packet loss....and a technician is coming over later today.

@Rogers @Fidomobile I thought there was a promise that customers like me, would not lose mobile. I can tell you that's not true. Checking down detector shows that the service has been randomly going down all over Canada. Why? #rogersoutage

@RogersHelps Unable to make outgoing phone calls since about 7AM today. Texting and data work but I, along with a handful of others who I have reached by text are affected by this same issue. Nothing on Rogers app has been posted or reported.
