@RogersHelps Your management team lacks the tools to rectify and clearly should be re-trained. Rogers has now lost all the accounts that I have had for 10 years. When I can find another provider for internet this account will be closed. (then again I have no service yet.)

@RogersHelps People should avoid the ignite product, you don't honour it. You might get service, or you might not. You might get nothing like we did, but hours and hours of endless phone calls dealing with a company that refuses to honour the agreement date. I cannot wait for the bill..lol

@RogersHelps I have been a customer for 30 years, and you're about to lose me. The administrative side of your business these days is ridiculous. Ive had 2 tickets opened for 3 months and neither has been rectified. Someone should reach out ASAP.

@RogersHelps I don't understand why it's not on the bill I received for April's charges, since that would reflect the disruption of service. You may want to tweet this to everyone, since many people are frustrated & confused that they don't see a credit on their bills. Thanks for responding.
