    @RogersHelps No hope at all. I already DM @RogersHelps, but still no ETA, no any sign for the case escalation. Also repeatedly receive the same message about delay fixing the problem.

    @RogersHelps promised to renew at $120.75/mo yet charging almost double with missing pkgs despite promising to fix the issue many times after 20 hrs dealing with their deceit. Refuse to pay my latest bill that came a month late because I never agreed. @cbcmarketplace @CRTC_Canada
