Hey @AirCanada I just reached out to @RogersHelps and they got back to me within 15 minutes... that’s how large company’s show they care about the consumers that make them millions a year. #aircanada going on 5 days with no support!

@RogersHelps @RogersHelps I paid for device protection plan. Then 6 months later my device had damage, so I chose to pay $400 for a replacement on a new device. I received a refurbished device that was damaged and contacted Brightstar immediately.

@naatirojaass I had recorded it to watch on the weekend but @Rogers neglected to inform me that when I got new equipment I would lose ALL my recordings. So I don’t know what happened. Worst service provider ever.

@Rogers And this was due to a Rogers technical problem. We've had Rogers for cell/home phone/cable/internet for several years now.

@Rogers Going back to Bell on Monday. Seven months of slow internet, frequent intermittent outages and lousy Rogers customer service was all that I could stand.

@Rogers UNPROFESSIONAL, IGNORANT and FRAUD I have been following up on 1 billing related issue for months now. They charged me and unable to provide bill, have spent more than 20 hours on phone with them and still no resolution, I have no other choice than taking the LEGAL route now.

@RogersHelps all Ignite TV boxes are not getting a signal and yet my internet connection is "excellent". Can watch YouTube on the TVs but not cable channels. Been like this since at least 5:30am this morning

@Rogers What you won't do is handle customer complaints. We've had a cable draped across our front lawn since Christmas. We have to duck to mow. The cable goes across our neighbour's driveway & they're understandably upset with us. What the heck??? Fix it. It's mid-June!
