What other types of revenge does @rogers take on their former customers? They have all your information. They refuse to delete it. Do they even, "protect" it anymore? I doubt it.

The physical drop line or house ground block likely hit by the surge we need an outdoor field technician to re-test and replace the drop ASAP.

Then you spot a $24 charge for a call to the same number on your July bill. You contact Rogers to complain. It's rejected. No explanation. What gives, Rogers?🙄

Yet sales, and other departments are open till 10 and tech support is 24/7. Sucks shaw got bought out. Shaw was awesome
