@Bell_Support @BellMediaPR Bell Canada has the most inconsistent support ever. Every single time I talk to them I am told something different. @RogersHelps if you will cover my cancellation penalty (1 more year....counting the days) you can have me back.

  • ScottoftheBruce Scott of the Bruce (@ScottoftheBruce) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers And I agree your network is being overloaded, been going on for years. You want our money, and you’re not living up to your half of the contract, providing the service.

  • ScottoftheBruce Scott of the Bruce (@ScottoftheBruce) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers Phone was rebooted. You have serious network issues in this area and I’m getting fed up with it. Furthermore to have a tech tell me moments ago that these numbers are normal is absolutely ridiculous. Interaction # I1516423117

@Rogers What it’s saying so I have to hang up now Im here with zero help expensive internet that doesn’t do what i need it to and a horrible customer support that can’t even help me

  • Poutie_Tang420 Jordan Thorn (@Poutie_Tang420) reported

@Rogers Why does my Modem shut off randomly through my day. It starts right back up after and completely messes whatever I’m doing online up. I pay way way way too much money to put up with this. Then I call your support line and the voice opperator is so glitchy I can’t even understand

  • balancingTHEact Asfia Abbas (@balancingTHEact) reported

@RogersHelps Our home internet has been constantly glitching and is now completely down. I have restarted the device and still not working

  • RandumGamingYT Daniel Lucas 🕊 (@RandumGamingYT) reported

@RogersHelps Nothing else seems to have the issue, no. For further clarification, when I click the last button instead of returning me to the homepage of YouTube, it's as if I pushed up on the arrow keys. I have to forcefully relaunch YouTube to get to the home menu.

  • TheKenKurz Ken Kurz (@TheKenKurz) reported

@RogersHelps The frequency of calls from malformed numbers has not changed. I hate to break this to you - but it is NOT working.

  • lilvegan_ avocadolivia 🥑 Ⓥ (@lilvegan_) reported

@Rogers fix your ****, there’s WAY too much downtime to even remotely try to do schoolwork.

  • DamienPie Damien Pierini (@DamienPie) reported

@Rogers I worked as a printer technician for HP for years. Based in B.C. Canada. If any customers asked, we had to give a very specific address in Seattle if a customer didnt believe we were American.(we weren't) This is all a PR stunt to get you to trust in an "All Canadian company".
