Hey @AirCanada I just reached out to @RogersHelps and they got back to me within 15 minutes... that’s how large company’s show they care about the consumers that make them millions a year. #aircanada going on 5 days with no support!

@RogersHelps we bought the eero + 2 extenders and since hooking it up this afternoon, it hasn’t blipped once ! Being told by the Rogers rep who was very nice a few nights ago that our signal going to our ignite boxes was not great…. didn’t give me a great feeling knowing how much $$ we pay!

@Rogers I would like to know how it's okay to bill someone twice in 1 bill cycle, for a full bill amount, basically making them pay double, and continue to try and justify it for a customer who has paid loyally every month for the past 5 years. I'm not paying for this extra bill.
