They tell them that in order to upgrade their phone and add it to their contract, they have to pay double the amount for their plan. “Cheaper” plans don’t allow for phone upgrades. Do better, Rogers. Then hangs up on me. It’s been 2 months now I can never get through 611. I can only get through the chat through the app
