    @Rogers Part 2 - Your infrastructure doesn't allow customers to reach the support due to 'excessive call volume (=everybody calling to complain re unauthorized increases. Ridiculous options to get through to an agent. AI ftw. Cost cutting at its finest. Bigger bonuses inbound

    @RogersHelps Yea.. I have already done that. New phone and I was asked to switch to physical sim card perhaps rogers should look at their network instead?

    @RogersHelps Honesty, WTF is going on with the service? For the last 2 days, its been on again, off again. Mostly off. Which makes using the internet and TV problematic.

    @RogersHelps Over 2 hours late to meet a 4 hour service window + over an hour on hold 4th event in 5days @Rogers A total service failure every step of the way. Maybe accept that you don’t want me as a customer…multiple services and Businesses since I started with you in 1994
