@Willillillillil @RogersHelps Rogers let someone steal my number & then I had to spend at least 10 hours w/ customer service to get them to make an arrangement similar to what I had before they let this happened... still my plan is not restored. They literally want me to pay more for their mistake! Now this!

i think everyone should have their @Rogers bill for the entire month comped to deal with the absolute bananas fact they've been down for an ENTIRE DAY. in 2021? are you insane? people rely on you. in reality IF they even acknowledge, look forward to a $3 refund as a big f-you.

@RogersHelps @Rogers About providing an explanation as to what is going on and when you would expect to restore the service? This is absolutely unacceptable in this day and age. Problems happen but for an entire business day?? I will definitely not be renewing with Rogers!
