    If anyone is with @Rogers as their phone carrier check your bills. For the past 2 months they added, without my consent or knowledge, add-ons to my data plan. They refuse to credit me the add-on they added. Is this how you show loyalty to a customer who’s been with you for 15yrs?

    @RSWalrond @RogersHelps Damn that's brutal. I was using rogers at my family's place and had solid speeds so this is a shocker. I prefer Teksavvy over all but unfortunately they're not in my area.

    @RogersHelps Thank you I appreciate the equivalent for Monday’s service, but I work for commission everyday and the $3 and change I will get applied to my bill will not cover the amount of I lost in sales.

    @Rogers HAHA!! Just realized you are saying that you won't charge me for the service you did not provide, but in a way that makes it seem like you did not fail to provide a service I had paid for and it is probably the least you can do legally speaking.. CLASSIC!!!

    @Rogers So many people were depending on your service. Many lost their jobs and earnings that single day. Surprised that an organization like Rogers didn't have a proper backup plan for this kind of situation ? What's next we're for anyways ?
