@SamsungCanada @Rogers s21 ultra is trash had, it for 2 months, continually crashes, freezes up needing reboot 2 or 3 times a day, headphone adapters only work occasionally, and the service it gets is awful, I hope its defective, cause it's embarrassing if this was your "flagship

Can't believe how laughably bad the @rogers cable PVR interface is compared to the open source MythTV interface. I guess when you have a near monopoly you dish the consumer the near minimum.

@Rogers @RogersHelps so let me get this right - you over charge me for services I either don’t receive, have cancelled or do not function and customer service tells me they cannot help me. Onto my third call and hours of my Saturday. Your online help bots don’t work either.
