    @RogersHelps Nope. I restarted everything a few times and it's finally working. I also saw you tell that guy earlier that there wasn't trouble w/ Ignite in the GTA. Which there was. I get that you are just doing your job, but Rogers is a trash company.

    Feel like if I lived in a third world country I’d have more reliable internet service than I do with Rogers. @RogersHelps too many outages with Rogers ignite service.

    .@RogersHelps Ignite is not working properly (at all, really) in M6N. Your service is expensive, it should at least be reliable.

    Browsing the @RogersHelps Twitter, it looks like wide areas of S.Ontario are having intermittent outages. Would be nice if they’d publicly explain it (our ticket has been up for like 9 days with no resolution)

    @RogersHelps I need help I have an error please help!! We can't detect a cable signal. Please check that your coax cables are tightly secured. If the cables are secured, and you're trying to activate your Gateway, try another cable outlet in your house.

    @RogersHelps the internet service in my area keeps having outage almost every single day in the past few weeks. Today it becomes every few hour. It’s a disaster for WFH. Every time customer services says there’s a maintenance. This is simply not acceptable. Gonna switch to Bell!

    @RogersHelps since switching to ignite my global app, sportsnet app, tsn app, etc say im not subscribed to watch the channels in their apps. I’ve called and support has no idea how to help. Please advise.
