@RogersHelps With the average $2.50 bill credit I I glad I shut off my rogers services. This has happened 2x now and it was so bad this time your employees ran out the back door because you abandoned them to fend for themselves! That says all I need to know about a company

  • ProdigzBeatz Prodigy Beatz (@ProdigzBeatz) reported

@RogersHelps What about the scam that you guys are doing? Service is back up but 70% of people still without service?? Sounds like a scam to me. Post that on your feed. @RogersHelps @Rogers

  • acwyau acwyau (@acwyau) reported

@RogersHelps Still no data connection at Ridge Meadows Hospital in Maple Ridge….seems like a safety issue.

  • Sabinah_R Sab (@Sabinah_R) reported

@stockman187 @Rogers I was on hold with them yesterday as well. Only to be told that they couldn't help and would transfer me to tech support. After transferring, a recording came on saying they're experiencing high call volume and to call back later!!

  • ruthmkb ruthko 🌻 (@ruthmkb) reported

@RogersHelps 48+ hours since the outage, the internet is back, but my TV is STILL not working properly. I rebooted ALL my routers & the modem 2x, no good. The picture/sound intermittently freezes on & off, that makes the viewing very frustrating/unpleasant! #rogersoutage

  • GusCol99 Gus Col (@GusCol99) reported

@RogersHelps @khannasir28 I’m not sure crediting customers for two days does enough to clean the stain from Rogers reputation. Not having our phones nor access to 911 was the bigger issue than access to Netflix. A comprehensive detailed lessons learned would be much more appreciated explaining the why!

  • Kateswift20 Kate (@Kateswift20) reported

@Rogers @RogersHelps Internet is still down. I cant get a hold of anyone either. This is insane.

  • howelldeanna Deanna Howell (@howelldeanna) reported

@PoweredbyPoodle @Rogers Nope. It cost a lot of businesses a day or more, not to mention hospitals and the loss of 911 service. They owe their customers a lot more than an apology and a few dollars.
