Sad to say that @Rogers probably has the worst #internet coverage I have experienced across #Canada #Travelling back and forth between East and West often, I know for a fact it's more than just a little crappy. Sadly US companies like @ATT mostly use rogers for #roaming.

@David_Moscrop @TekSavvyBuzz @RogersHelps Unfortunately, it's happening to all of us Blessed Rogers customers. It's gotten worse (if possible) since "The Great Outage". We're screwed for options 🤬

@David_Moscrop @TekSavvyBuzz @RogersHelps Similar happened to me years ago but w/ Videotron. We'd lose internet out of nowhere for sometimes hours at a time. After years of frustrating calls w them & a new modem, we finally got a tech who wasn't lazy & changed the exterior cable. Problem solved. Good luck.

@StefanM411 @RogersHelps I just spoke with them and there is an issue in my area. Seems like it’s been that way since the big outage.

@tonih_78 @TekSavvyBuzz @RogersHelps We just got a new line — they left the junction box open for days. Then it got worse. Truly stunning ****.

@David_Moscrop @TekSavvyBuzz @RogersHelps I'm currently trying to get them to come and fix their hack job from the winter. Our back neighbour had their service go out and since they couldn't dig they ran a cable from our box over the ground then over the fence,it's still there! I keep almost hitting it with the lawnmower

@David_Moscrop @TekSavvyBuzz @RogersHelps Get another tech out there and talk to them - tell them it's up and down and you suspect corrosion in the connectors ask for them to be changed

Happy to report that I was able to resolve my network issues faster than @Rogers was able to resolve their nationwide outage a few weeks ago.

@Rogers worst service ever!! You have been doing planned maintenance since 2pm yesterday and still won’t be up for another 24 hours!! Hundreds of dollars in data charges because I work from home. You’ll likely offer a low $ credit. I’m out!! I need a reliable connection!

@David_Moscrop @TekSavvyBuzz @RogersHelps But OTOH the DSL network is often neglected as the telephone incumbents move to only up-keeping their fibre networks. We need a chance to successfully compete over fibre networks to properly balance out the market place.
