    Sad to say that @Rogers probably has the worst #internet coverage I have experienced across #Canada #Travelling back and forth between East and West often, I know for a fact it's more than just a little crappy. Sadly US companies like @ATT mostly use rogers for #roaming.

    @Rogers I have been waiting to talk to an agent for the last 1 hour and 11 mins on the phone. This is the worst customer service I have seen. I am thinking of not doing business with you anymore.

    @RogersHelps please help, i can't get through to your service line!! switched over my mobile plan to rogers but the SIM card didn't take my previous cell number over from Bell. I use the old number for work!! help!

    @AboutRogers @Rogers @CWTAwireless Rogers Communications . Canada suppose to be a country with advanced internet service. Rural areas close to Urban centers have established fibra optics receivers that simply are not activated because Rogers have establish those areas as low ROI . E.g. Uxbridge.

    @RogersHelps People sometimes like to complain (especially about Rogers), & somex's justifiable. I called yday re an internet issue. Zorra in tech support, friendly, courteous, professional. 'We'll send a tech, here are 3 x options" (i took 4-6 today). Tech called 3:25 1 of 2

    @RogersHelps It was done through my corporate plan. I am on month to month... not a contract. So there shouldn't be any issues. My corp rep told me to contact rogers... this was started dec 23rd... sim card delivered and came in Dec 24th.

    @RogersHelps I have been trying to reach your customer service with regards to a clarification on my bill. I have been on hold waiting for an agent for the last 1 hour and 11 mins. This is one of the worst customer service I have ever since from a company.

    @Rogers can you fix your voice-mail so when I press 7 to delete it does delete it, and not move it to saved messages.
