Sad to say that @Rogers probably has the worst #internet coverage I have experienced across #Canada #Travelling back and forth between East and West often, I know for a fact it's more than just a little crappy. Sadly US companies like @ATT mostly use rogers for #roaming.

@RogersHelps Not only that he mentioned that he can't do anything because the agent didn't put any relevant "notes"...sorry I didn't realize it's a customer's responsibility to make sure the agent updates their notes.

.@RogersHelps Had roughly 300’ of cable replaced from utility pole to house by one of your techs on May 11. Was told 4-6 weeks for burial. It’s now October. Cable runs across our gravel driveway, which will impede snow removal service. Fix this ASAP, please. cc @TekSavvyCSR

only joined @Rogers a few days ago and already experienced the worst customer service of my life :))))))) hours of being on the phone each day where I'm told the next person I'm transferred to will help me. But. No one. HELPS. Their retention department is useless :))))))

@RogersHelps you were absolutely useless. Agent 1 didn't process my order. Agents 2 thru 5 all had different versions of events despite having "notes". Your customer care manager liked to interupt and not seem to care about the customer who ended up on the phone for 4.5 hours.

@Rogers I’ve seen more of this spinning wheel than I have of any feats of athletic ability tonight. Usually slows to a crawl in the last minutes of any given game. Bandwidth/throughout issue? At your end… not mine.

@RogersHelps Sportsnet Now has been absolutely horrible tonight. Constantly freezing and buffering, dropping to terrible quality, and audio falling out of sync with video. I’m on a gigabit fibre connection so it’s not on my end. Running the new version of the app on tvOS 15.

So my internet has not being working good for September and October looks like the same thing again is any one else in brampton having the same problem @Rogers I am waiting on bell to get back switch over soon @Bell
