TruckStopTV (@MrTruckStopTV) reported from Weyburn, SaskatchewanSad to say that @Rogers probably has the worst #internet coverage I have experienced across #Canada #Travelling back and forth between East and West often, I know for a fact it's more than just a little crappy. Sadly US companies like @ATT mostly use rogers for #roaming.

jim shogren (@JimShogren) reported@patersonjeff @JayJanower @Rogers The really sad part is when you do get through you are guaranteed to talk to a foreigner. The other day I got a Moroccan in Regina! WTF Canadian companies should hire some white English speaking workers.

Future (@Future2025to28) reported@RogersHelps @REWoman No, they’re not answering! You guys are in the field of “Tele-communication” and I wonder how come your communication with your clients is so poor? Why can’t you attend calls from your customers? You are the boss of “Telecommunication”. Strange!!

A Jew. (@tenpercentagain) reported@canmericanized @Rogers @CRTCeng OMG they don't care. I tell them it's illegal to call me and to loose my number, but they never do. lol

change is good (@michelle_tom) reportedHey @Rogers - I used to be a mobility customer, had a better offer from a competitor and you guys refused to match it. I switched Do you think hiring a monkey who cannt speak English will win my business back? 🤡🤡🤡
-
Chris Roy (@C_Roy33) reported@patersonjeff @JayJanower @Rogers Maybe they should try reinvesting even 10% of those profits, into better customer service. I get there isn't a lot of selection in this country but i PROMISE you, the 1st company that has english speaking HUMANS i can talk to when i have an issue WILL get my business.

CD (@Denos1118) reportedBeing in hold for over 2.5 hours to just get a shipping label to return a cable box not working @Rogers @RogersHelps is ridiculous and unexceptable and I'm still on hold. But to add a service gets you straight through.
-
Sharon McKinnon (@SharonMcKinno16) reported@RogersHelps I've never experienced such poor service from Rogers until the past few months. I've called several times trying to resolve issues and get nothing but run around. I'm done. What a disrespectful way to treat your customers.
-
susan🌴🇨🇦🇬🇧 (@feb0219) reported@RogersHelps @Rogers I have been trying for two days to get through to you. After 2 1/2 hours on hold to be told to hang up, and this morning each time saying to call back, not even put on hold. How do you do business if no one can access your company? This is unacceptable

RJMA (@rjmessence) reported@JayJanower @Rogers And they'll add another $10-15 dollars to your monthly bill to help provide the "best customer service" The telecommunications monopoly is the worst part for this country.
