Sad to say that @Rogers probably has the worst #internet coverage I have experienced across #Canada #Travelling back and forth between East and West often, I know for a fact it's more than just a little crappy. Sadly US companies like @ATT mostly use rogers for #roaming.

@RogersHelps Thanks for the quick response. I have tried both Chrome and Firefox, as well as the app. The loop occurs on both browsers, the app won't load video. Earlier this afternoon I had no trouble logging in and replaying last night's games on Chrome.

@RogersHelps WHY IS THERE ISSUES EVERY WEEK WITH YOUR SERVICE???? Ive watched a total of 8 games & 3 have had issues of not being able to log in, and 2 were 'blacked out' due to being out of town (TOR/OTT). Very pathetic service. I will be cancelling #rogersnhl #NHLlive #rogers

@RogersHelps today I sent large video & pictures over MMS (pixel 4 XL). Now I can't send or receive any group msgs or send pictures . I cleared app cache; deleted all my messaging backups and reset all my network settings... does something need to be reset on the Rogers end?
