TruckStopTV (@MrTruckStopTV) reported from Weyburn, SaskatchewanSad to say that @Rogers probably has the worst #internet coverage I have experienced across #Canada #Travelling back and forth between East and West often, I know for a fact it's more than just a little crappy. Sadly US companies like @ATT mostly use rogers for #roaming.

-
Lars Nordgren (@Ingemar4910) reported@RogersHelps @LoveMy7Wood These are not helpful suggestions, and says you use AI to respond to real Customer concerns. Big failure!
-
🇨🇦 Peter 🇨🇦 (@peter101s) reported@Berniceness @Rogers @Rogers won’t respond unless you cancel your services or owe them money. After almost 50 years as a loyal customer, I cancelled all my Roger’s services after they contracted out their customer service to people that are clueless and always give contradicting info

todd sams (@toddsams15) reported@RogersHelps now having internet buffering issues smarten up and get things fixed or i don't pay period end of story Capiche!!

Cross Fire (@BellaKissBanuta) reported@RogersHelps The quality of your services is decreasing from bad to worst. Kudos for achieving this milestone. I feel uncomfortable to look into a map or link to find out if there is an outage in my area. In 2026, with AI at your fingertips, there must be a smart solution to fix this.

Love My 7 Wood (@LoveMy7Wood) reportedIn my recent travails with @rogers, one thing that happened was their service technician accidentally disconnected my @bell home phone. Rather than have him reconnect it I realized I was paying $98.88 per month for something I rarely used, and received almost exclusively junk calls and scam calls on, so I called Bell and cancelled it. That’s $1200 back in my pocket every year. Boy, it feels good.

tiredsotired (@sotiredsotired) reported@RogersHelps Tbh, I’ve totally given up and when I get a clear moment to deal with switching service providers etc, I will. A relationship that has existed since 1994 is about to end (wifi, phones, tv)

mike walsh (@mikewal16285187) reported@RogersHelps The streaming buffering is a well known issue with your product that you seem to refuse to address.A local small internet provider I had before Rogers bought them never had this issue and that was with a quarter the download speed.
