Sadly US companies like @ATT mostly use rogers for #roaming.

The new system moves to a standby screen at 5 hours if it thinks no one is watching it. My old mom does not know know how to channel the move the remote to stop this from happening. It has ruined TV for her.

Being on hold literally for hours is the worst customer service ever. Customers don’t need new packages, deals offers, advertising. Investment in customer support.
