Sad to say that @Rogers probably has the worst #internet coverage I have experienced across #Canada #Travelling back and forth between East and West often, I know for a fact it's more than just a little crappy. Sadly US companies like @ATT mostly use rogers for #roaming.

@RogersHelps the fact that people work/study from home & Rogers can get away with bad service is unacceptable I was not able to access Wi-Fi all day! I called customer support they said someone won’t come until TUESDAY to “try” to fix the issue. I WORK FROM HOME THIS ISN’T RIGHT

Tell me how I was finally able to get a wifi appointment with a @Rogers technician and he calls me the morning of to tell me it's actually self install due to covid. Why is there a fee and why am I being informed only now? Rogers has failed me at every step of customer service.

@Rogers I’ve been a mobile customer of yours four about six years now. Today I went to a Rogers store to get a new phone and was turned away at the door because I did not have a mask, although I did have a mask exemption card. Please explain why my health isn’t as important

@RogersHelps I'm still a customer but won't be for long and will encourage as many people as I know to switch from @Rogers and #RogersDoesntHelp. 20 years as @Rogers cell customer just ended last month and 13 years as Rogers Digital Cable customer about to end. #ByeByeRogers
