@Rogers your service is NOT reliable. I left Bell for the promise of something greater... you've failed. Our internet goes out daily, multiple times. #Thornhill Instead of worrying about your boardroom leadership, maybe you should concentrate on being a leader in reliability.

  • slimskatey66 Joe Debrincat (@slimskatey66) reported

I woke up at 7 am for the Spurs match. Internet is down. When the internet is down that means the phone and TV service is also down. I’ve watched the premier league on my phone all morning. Called Rogers and my postal code has an issue. Sort it out @RogersHelps

  • RobMason66 Rob Mason (@RobMason66) reported

@ac77 @RogersHelps Seems as tho they made their profits with everyone being home for the last 2 years that now whatever they wanna charge or do they don’t care about losing customers!! That’s horrible

  • EddieSheerr Eddie Sheerr (@EddieSheerr) reported

@RogersHelps I will say the social media customer service is very, very good!

  • BeaconForChaos DB (@BeaconForChaos) reported

That led to multiple rounds of slash-and-burn economics at @Sportsnet, where many pricey on-air talent have been canned over the last 8 years, as poor ratings were never able to command the ad dollars @Rogers needed to make their @NHL deal profitable. /4

@Rogers @MapleLeafs Just fix the damn problem.

@RogersHelps I have been experiencing unstable internet (downtown Toronto) for over 24 hrs now. Will this be resolved anytime soon?

  • KKoolyk Peoples Temple Ag Project (@KKoolyk) reported

@Rogers What is going on in your service area? It’s currently terrible. One second it’s working, then no bars, or 1 bar, LTE then 3G then E. it’s all over the place.

  • por_qpine Myles (@por_qpine) reported

@RogersHelps Been experiencing intermittent packet loss the past week on my Rogers high Speed. I've tried calling in, but your support hangs up after a lengthy wait? Constant hiccups of 5-10% packet loss makes the service useless for VOIP/vid calls/gaming/etc., what gives?
