@cbcmarketplace I need your help! Rogers @RogersHelps had promised me a new bill of $59.88 for 12 months for cable/internet. They have since charged me $105.08, and even though they acknowledge what I've been promised and agreed to they refuse to honour the price. Help!

Called Rogers in March for the same issue, stayed on call for 2 hours, and the agent transferred my call back and forth. She told me to ignore the credit department calls. No one resolved my issue @RogersHelps

@RogersHelps Just spent hrs on the phone with ZERO results regarding my cable. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! Then there's the wonderful Siam, who helped me with my cell phone. She was great!!
