@Rogers @BCSARAssoc Have to wait 1hr 30 min to talk to billing and another 45 minutes to speak to a manger. My third call on the same issue. Finally someone with a brain has credited me.

@RogersHelps The customer rep today told me you have the equipment, and I believe she said you’ve had it for some time (I sent it October 23!!)! So why does it take a full month (or more!) to process a refund?

@RogersHelps am being told by @TekSavvyCSR that Rogers issues are slowing speeds to a crawl, in Toronto anyways. Is this true? What is being done about it and will you be notifying people?
