@NickGerz14 @RogersHelps Right. I pay over $170mth. She’s ridiculous… This many hours and they still can’t get it together. Smh i’m definitely rethinking continuing my service with them. This has been financially disruptive for my business. & I highly doubt they will offer any type of compensation

@RogersHelps @JacksonJDuke2 Better be talking compensation with more than 1 customer. Oh and sounds like you're suggesting pro-rated compensation....pretty sure it deserves more than that. Supposed to be working from home, but of course...no phone, so forced to take the risk and work in the office.

@RogersHelps @ardito_david I am self employed. I lose money, every minute, without your service, that I pay for. If my delay causes my customer grief, in any way, I am expected to make amends, in some way. I expect the same, from the most expensive service on the planet, that's you.
