    @RogersHelps My wifi has been down since yesterday. Unable to connect on a call despite being on hold for more than 60 minutes, chat queues take forever, and no response to support tickets. I need this fixed asap. Can someone respond here?

    @RogersHelps Why is my TV blank? I recorded the Canada vs Morocco Soccer game and that played for two minutes then froze. You had a message about trouble on your end, then the whole screen went blank and has never gone back to normal.

    @RogersHelps At the time of changing our package, the rep said we could have it but the pod would be $10 a month. She talked me out of it. Ive just changed my mind and would like to go with the Gen 4. Im just waiting for the tech on the chat. Thanks for your help.

    @Rogers your Xfinity recorded every single World Cup games except Canada. Seriously, what ridiculous service is this from a CANADAIN company!!? I set every single reminder for not only WC but Canada and it ignores it. PATHETIC
