@Rogers My parent's have been your customer since 1970's and still I am unable to have a reasonable discount applied prior to their expiry date, here we are again, paying full prices for only cable and home phone because my multiple attempts to negotiate new deal has been denied

@JanetBrown980 I find the multiple, harassing and daily robo calls (usually between 12-2pm) a real privacy intrusion. Yet no action from my service provider @Rogers.

I encourage everyone who lives in Canada to NEVER use @Rogers as their wireless network. Absolutely the worst customer experience, spent 7 hours on the phone with them trying to reroute my package to a different address. Horrible and disgusting practice

@RogersHelps I did and they said they can't help me because I added the account without pressing on the link, the rep in store didn't tell me any suck process they just told me to call customer care

@RogersHelps we are expediting Rogers ignite tv issues, in Aurora ON. Wifi is working, ignore is not. Are there any known issues in this area?

@RogersHelps my internet completely cut out....virtual assistant Anna says no outages in my area but that's impossible. Solid white light on modem, everything suddenly died and still a solid light.
