So, @TELUS has been incorrectly billing me since I switched back from @RogersHelps. Calling in has not helped, as the reps are clueless. Tried escalating on their website and they have disabled that option due to Boxing Week sales. WHAT? TELUS has really gone down hill-and fast!

@RogersHelps Internet has been down for nearly 2 hours - Kitchener near Williamsburg. We’ve unplugged/restarted the modem twice now. I am not the account owner so can’t get through on the phone, I have tried. Please let me know next steps, thanks.

@RogersHelps Thank you for getting back to me! I don't know what the problem was, but someone finally answered the phone after 90 minutes of trying. They had the product we needed and we picked it up, so we're good now!

@Rogers why won't anyone at your store on York Mills in Toronto pick up the phone? It rings several times then goes to a busy signal. You can't even leave a message. Ever since it opened at 10 a.m. this morning.

DO NOT ever deal with @Rogers. Worst customer service. Staff don't answer, waste hours waiting and wont disclose manager names. They charge fees for random things and then takes weeks trying to fix their own problems. STAY AWAY!!! #customerexperience #Worst #Services

@RogersHelps every.single.time I try to contact customer service, wait on hold for 30+ minutes, and then I am hung up on. It just happened again. This is irritating. With such high wait times, why I am given no callback options? Live Chat is not great either.
