    @RogersHelps @roger today got again overcharged bill for Sept.this is 3rd consecutive month getting overbill. Contacted customer support every time spent alot time to solve the issue.but again getting overcharged bill.Not past credit processed yet. Stunned how roger is working. Really strange

    @RogersHelps Wow a whole 34.35 MAX!!! For 5 days without service and issues with emergency services!! @Rogers do better!!!! Everyone is paying hundreds of dollars to you every month and you only give a $35 credit for all the inconveniences

    @RogersHelps my internet has been going down repeatedly for the last week. I have sub 20ms ping and gigabit speeds and yet you are dropping literally half my packets on a wired connection. If this is going to continue, perhaps our condo board should sign a deal with another ISP.

    @rogers Please FIX the cell service in @SaubleBeachON it used to be good and this year I have to use other peoples’ Bell networks to do anything! Cell calls constantly drop, text msgs are not reliable, and data is not reliable-Are you working on it or is Bell the better choice?
