    Only @RogersHelps would waste an hour of my time with tech support only to be told they don’t know what is happening with my wifi, then be offered a visit over 24 hrs later, then be told to visit their online support if I need more help (even though I clearly can’t)

    @Rogers @RogersHelps my internet has been on and off for days now With 3 to 6 hour outages. This is quite an awful experience. Help services have not been helpful.

    @RogersHelps IT is currently impossible to create an app password on your member center. I have been unable to use my Outlook email for at least 3 days now. All my app passwords have disappeared. Other members having the same issue. Is there an ETA on a fix for this??
