  • AKL0293 Adam Lutchman (@AKL0293) reported

Hey @RogersHelps, how long is this outage going to last? It's litterly been all day....ridiculous 😑

  • mattdecaire Matt De Caire (@mattdecaire) reported

@stucoakley @Bell @Rogers If you have bell Fibe app on phone or tablet. That’s working fine. Solution in the meantime 👊🏻

@Rogers @City_tv Can't get the website to open so I can vote for @kellieloder on #CGT #CANADASGOTTALENT. 5G seems to be down, but I have wifi and I can get other sites to load. What gives?

  • LongHauler79 Rob Steenburg (@LongHauler79) reported

@RogersHelps how about coming up with a system to notify people when you have planned outages? My cell data went out today at 10:20am, called tech support, advised would be back up in 3hrs, called back after 5hrs, told it will be down until 8pm today AND 8-8 tomorrow! Not happy!!

  • binwang_andy binwang (@binwang_andy) reported

@alescappaticci @RogersHelps We have outage in Newmarket for 3 hours and still waiting. It happens every month.

  • CarAdMan Aurelio (@CarAdMan) reported

@Bell_Support @Bell_Support So, this is why I am paying $224 per month? @RogersHelps … help me get better service for a better deal… that would help!

  • MightyDuckMan13 Jrok (@MightyDuckMan13) reported

@CarAdMan @Bell_Support @RogersHelps Rogers is 10x worse I don't recommend. I'm not defending bell for this as it's been the support has been a joke but Rogers will screw you around. I had a TV package and they never informed in the midst of covid that it expired so they continued to charge me more money.

  • Richard_Miles68 Richard M. (@Richard_Miles68) reported

My neighbor just gave me an angry cussing and threatened to cut our temporary @Rogers cable that still needs to be buried as it goes across his fence & several others as well! I understand but I'm sorry neighbor, it's not my fault & rest assured I would never do that to you!

  • Jester2613 Jesse (@Jester2613) reported

@RogersHelps Not sure what you mean by the “nodes went down”. Does that mean something to do with the signal? Lost money due to not working as I work from home. Not happy. Want some sort of compensation.
