@RogersHelps @Rogers I’ve been on hold with support for 45 minutes. How is this acceptable? Why should I continue to pay my bill? I knew that switching from Bell was a mistake. 0 stars out of 5

@RogersHelps How do you expect me to call into customer service for help when i been on hold for 55mins ? And don't say visit a store because i did that the other day and they said same to call customer service .

@RogersHelps Yes I'm sure its my number. I upgraded my phone since i left the company and had no issues. I did call the business support team first and guess what? they didn't know what was going on and suggested I phone customer care. Everyone I talk to just passes the buck to someone else.

@RogersHelps @GeesDubb Go **** yourself @RogersHelps This is absolutely criminal, and our government needs to step in. They are holding people hostage with no way to get ahold of them.

@CCTS_CPRST @Rogers is keeping too wide service appointment windows for a job that can be completed in 15 minutes and they charge 75 for rescheduling. Do they expect people to be available for 5 hours and keep waiting for their technicians.
