@RogersHelps so glad I am a paying customer and been just left here on Rogers support with an issue for 20+ minutes... really considering switching to a service that actually cares about their customers.

@Rogers What kills me is that @rogers thinks we pay what we do simply on a per day basis. It’s not like that at all for a customer. We choose a provider based on their ability to work always. giving customers 1 day eg $20 is hardly appropriate.

@tadeyemi_xo @RogersHelps The credit will be equvalent to one day's service fee. Take your monthly fee and divide that by 30.

@RogersHelps Well if you were actually sorry how about a small discount on everybody’s bill? As we all paid for a service we didn’t receive for a day with no real explanation

Ok peeps, if you were affected by #Rogers outage Monday, don’t settle for puny 1 day credit. Contact @RogersHelps 1-888-ROGERS1 & ask for goodwill customer credit. Be polite & persistent, ask for call to be escalated if need be. Don’t let billionaire @EdwardSRogers off hook. #PSA
