@RogersHelps You offered a credit after talk of lawsuit, otherwise you would never do it. Scumbags!

  • Trevorl54 Trevor (@Trevorl54) reported

@RogersHelps Class action lawsuit coming your way!!! You guys have done far more damage to businesses. Delivery drivers that rely on their cell phone were impacted huge as they could not get any calls for pick ups and drop offs all day! We're coming for you Rogers!

  • ShriKrishnGovnd Bharat (@ShriKrishnGovnd) reported

@RogersHelps What about the impact/credit for last month outage in Ontario post storm.. We were without internet and phone for entire long weekend +2 days.. 6 days no internet...?

  • Empress_Sameera Sameera (@Empress_Sameera) reported

Wtf @RogersHelps why is my internet, phone, tv, out AGAIN!!! By the wait time for technical support, it's clear that I'm not the only one. Why can't you get your **** together???

  • canadanapoleon Brad Jones (@canadanapoleon) reported

@LukaszukAB @Rogers shutdown or shot down?

  • Shamaremtulla Shama Remtulla (@Shamaremtulla) reported

@RogersHelps This outage is not fixed, the issue of cutting out audio, internet outages intermittently remains on home services. Why? @Rogers @RogersHelps

  • macgyver_p Macgyver P (@macgyver_p) reported

@CTVNews @Rogers 5 months reimbursements won't help many businesses that lost thousands of dollars for over 24 hours in your blackout throughout Canada. Business owners will have to sue to get some money back from your incompetencey of running your network. #RogersOutage2022

  • KLRobbins01 Kelly (@KLRobbins01) reported

@RogersHelps When will it be fixed? You want to earn the trust of Canadian's, then fix the issue. Forget the credit - we want service that is uninterrupted. I have ignite TV and the cable freezes up, goes silent and jumps STILL - 5 days in.

  • SeanLockhart7 Sean Lockhart (@SeanLockhart7) reported

@RogersHelps First thanks to the workers giving it there all, Second my internet still is glitchy (had better service in the 1990) and my tv services is worse. Clearly this is not resolved. Bad #customerexperience

  • rangerwyld Sue Hutchinson (@rangerwyld) reported

I will not rest until @Rogers & the @CRTCeng arrange to ensure 911 and Interac are NEVER affected again due to an outage. Enough of this Monopoly.
