There better be significant rebates or what not to make up for this huge outage, because we all know Rogers would pounce with charges for any tiny customer hiccup @RogersHelps This has been a huge inconvenience, and as so many of us work remotely, has cost us money #rogersdown

The problem is the gov needs to get more competition to hold the big 3 monopolies accountable. if they do automatically everything will be much better. But I guess the big 3 pay the gov big bucks .. so why would they ??

@maej43 @RogersHelps I don't do Rogers. I'm all in on Freedom Mobile and have never had an outage. Now that Rogers wants to buy them, I'm looking forward to bigger bills and outages.
