@RogersHelps our internet keeps going down and is spotty today in Vaughan. Can you confirm if there are any issues with the network in Vaughan, Ontario?

It's telling how the wait time to add services for @Rogers is 1 min, tech support is 15 mins, and reporting issues/cancelling services is over 45 minutes.

@ColinPenner @RogersHelps All MB cell service is a joke and we need to stop paying for something that we do not get service on! If you need an emergency call good luck. I needed it for STARS and no one could get service!

@RogersHelps Thanks but no need. @Rogers knows the issue - says that for some reason ours is an area where they experience problems for an unknown reason. In Toronto. Not in a rural area. #EpicFail

@RogersBiz @caliber_comms Which is awesome, until your next major network outage... It is incomprehensible to me how you guys so utterly and completely fell flat on your face. No software change control, no network redundancy or even resiliency, no back-out plan, no back-up plan. No plan what-so-ever. F-!

How is @Rogers still using “Canada’s largest and most reliable network” in its advertising? Clearly a false claim being made.

@Rogers you’re service is absolutely atrocious. Been on hold 4 times since yesterday trying to make a simple change to my account, which btw, your terrible ‘self service website’ won’t let me complete. #brutalservice
