Dropped and broke the back of my Samsung Galaxy s21 plus today. I pay $18 plus tax per month for "full protection" on my phone. Went into @Rogers to get it repaired and was told it was going to cost me $129.99 plus tax for a "processing fee". Wtf? #WTF #GettingScrewed

@kamrynxhaywood @Rogers my cell service provider is once again not working and i’m stuck trying to use a workplace wifi that hardly works in the first place. i work in a construction zone so my phone is literally a safety tool but i can’t use it because rogers keeps going out:)

@RogersHelps Have noticed that cell service in my area has been spotty since the outage back in July. Data connections are constantly dropping. Is this something still being worked on in relation to the problem last month?
