I'm getting used to TERRIBLE support from @Rogers Twice I have been through the online support bot, only to be transferred to an agent who doesn't respond. 15 minutes and still waiting on this latest attempt..... #rogersfail #supportfail #customerservice

@RogersHelps I had a plan with you with device and device protection in total of 147$ . So I called you and you said we can do it 120$ so I accepted it. After 30 minutes, you are saying it is 128$ plus taxes without protection. I am fed up with you service.

@RogersHelps I already contacted support. They said I was the first to call and they told me there is an outage in the area. Minimum down time 4-6 hours. Absolutely outrageous as I was already unhappy with your service. Ruined my Friday night.

My community cable channel is broadcasting a show talking about crystals and how they “heal” you. FFS! So much for broadcasting something based in reality and science! They also broadcast tons of religiot programming as well. No wonder society is so stupid. @rogers

Imagine my surprise @Rogers and @RogersHelps, when I attempted to call technical support but instead was redirected to credit operations. See although I made an accepted payment plan on April 26 when I spoke to them by phone. Their system didn't see or recognize it. 🧵 🧵...
