@RogersHelps She has no internet no phone an hour and a half away my wife sister who is on account is out of province, phone was to stay connected until 19th you cut her off on 16 she has no way of contacting you a person call my wife from her work to let her know n she cannot help working

@Rogers unbelievable my wife is trying to get her 92 year old mom phone reconnected because they disconnected on the 16th instead of the 19th and Cassie the customer service rep was of no help at all , we live an hour and a half away and her mom is moving close to us on the 19th

@RogersHelps @Rogers is home phone wifi service? Yes? Then why must we pay for wifi service and home phone service if we want home phone? Does anyone or anything monitor all phone calls? Why or why not? How long are logs, records kept? Notes too? Who can listen?

@Rogers in the past 2 weeks I've talked to many ppl from rogers, none had read notes on my file, had to explain over and over... I'm #cancelling my phone, and my wifi with @Rogers the experience was #terrible & I still wasn't able to get any refunds for the service I never used

@rogers "All Canadian customer service" is either really stupid or idk is just really stupid ..I had a argument with a worker that my phone should get 5G and it doesn't....I own the phone and they lied to me and now I got the phone and no 5G...wtf? They argued to death thenHungUp

@RogersHelps @RogersHelps your home monitoring sending texts is not working , is there a problem at your end ??? I contacted the Rogers home monitoring online chat support &they escalated to Engineering level yesterday but have not heard back? Is there an issue with your system?
