Oh, it’s a holiday? Irrelevant. Do your bloody job. Charge obscenely for crap service, the absolute minimum you could do is deliver what you promise.

When I logged back in I was 65th in line. The only thing worse than Rogers is Doug Ford's Health care. Seems like Ford and Rogers are related!

I called multiple times to resolve and you were full of promises until someone decided I could no longer speak to your reps. You needed my husband’s input prior to telling me where the router was. Imagine you are at the grocery store or the bank and the cashier line is an hour long. Are you going to come back to that store. Are you going to be angry when it’s your turn.
