    @Rogers just cancelled my service. Tried twice to have a new phone delivered , @PurolatorHelp has lost the second one.

    I just canceled my phone service with @Rogers mostly due to @PurolatorHelp not being able to deliver a parcel in canada in less than 2 weeks. Really for $100.00 a month for an inflated cost who needs a phone . Send me a letter it will get here quicker

    @rogers internet service is out in Orangeville. The email you sent me told me to contact Anna to get an update. Anna has now told me three times that there is no outage issues in my neighbourhood. Seems to be a hiccup with your online support.

    @Rogers garbage customer service. On hold for 1 1/2hrs just to have the customer service rep hang up on me after 25 minutes of “waiting to hear back from her support team.” Received no call back & now I’m going to be on hold again for another hour!

    Who needs a boyfriend when you have a perfectly good @Rogers network willing to go down on you several times a day every single day? #CRTC #Rogers needs to get with the program already and start replacing aging equipment and lines BEFORE they fail and cause unstable service!
