J B Weir (@weirjohnb) reported from Mount Denson, Nova ScotiaI just canceled my phone service with @Rogers mostly due to @PurolatorHelp not being able to deliver a parcel in canada in less than 2 weeks. Really for $100.00 a month for an inflated cost who needs a phone . Send me a letter it will get here quicker

Tony🐶🏒 (@TonyAnjam) reportedNo one reading this, but I did call out @Rogers last week for ripping me off. But @RogersHelps has tracked down the salesman and confirmed no install fee! A bit ridiculous to need Twitter for this, and still think their AI-chat-bot that does nothing is whack
-
Alex McIntyre (@McalexMcintyre) reported@Canucks @Rogers I honestly think that we should seriously consider trading down, especially if we can pick up an additional 1st round draft pick either next year or the year after.
-
Elysian Workshop (@ElysianWorkshop) reported@peaspod23 @Rogers They are scam and a grift. Why is there no customer service? The contracts are a scam where if you don't renew after 2 years your bill doubles and their way to fix it is to resign up. No thanks. They are quite frankly thieves.

Christian Ghembu (@CGhembu) reported@allkindsXO @RogersHelps I have the same problem on my phone did you get a solution?
-
The Mental Approach Podcast (@toddamus) reportedPeople in Canada talk quite a bit of sh@t about @rogers wireless, much of it warranted as the customer service has become horrendous. I recently switched to @Bell and I have never had worse wireless coverage in my life. Major metropolitan cities with next to no service. See attached screen shot as I sit in North Vancouver along the waterfront. I’m likely to switch back shortly.

ً ً (@RaymondWil78846) reported@Canucks @Rogers Lol, we all knew we were picking 3rd, but it's still ******* garbage
-
Michael Konikoff 🇮🇱🎗️🧡🧡🧡 (@loyaltybuff) reported@toddamus @Rogers @Bell I think the sad truth is that both do not deliver a level of service commensurate to the cost of their services. They defy loyalty logic and the knowledge that change doesn’t help is part of the catalyst IMHO!
-
J (@Jball1717) reported@RogersHelps At this point I want to cancel. Worst customer service! Rogers and chatr both cant get a hold of anyone. Big mistake signing up 2 lines. Contact me to Cancel please as I can’t get through or someone who knows how to help When I do!

Matthew Kendrick (@Ch9seFan) reported@RogersHelps I would Call if it didnt take 7 minutes just to get to "OnHold" gotta press 9 different buttons then listen to an hour of Voice recordings tell me **** I dont care about.

Charlii (@Charlii_aBB) reported@RogersHelps Yes but would like confirmation that the SIM card issue is affecting many. Based on other reports I would say yes.
