    I just canceled my phone service with @Rogers mostly due to @PurolatorHelp not being able to deliver a parcel in canada in less than 2 weeks. Really for $100.00 a month for an inflated cost who needs a phone . Send me a letter it will get here quicker

    @Rogers just cancelled my service. Tried twice to have a new phone delivered , @PurolatorHelp has lost the second one.

    @RogersHelps Oh no, I have some bad news for you then, because a quick peek at your Twitter mentions and App Store reviews shows that many many other users also believe they have to reinstall the app every time. Your team might want to check into that! Anyways, I’m using an Apple TV 4th Gen

    Love when companies like @Rogers has sales teams that lie about their products, does not give credits for non service like their team had promised and have customer support that can't do their jobs properly.

    @RogersHelps I have been trying to get hold of your live chat and your phone line for past hour and a half and no response. Your phone line says due to technical difficulties, you cannot answer my calls, and hangs up. What is going on?? Another "outage"?

    2/2 ...the person who I spoke to yesterday knew i got it from @Rogers Now I know, why I personally use Android, Samsung never does stuff like this. This is absolutely crap customer service, I took time off work so I can come and do this for my mom. #BadCustomerService #Yeg

    I don't even have the words to describe the disgust and sheer annoyance rn.... This bologna *** company @Rogers is bottom of the barrel for everything except overcharging you, ignoring multiple requests to change/fix something on your acc. & charging you the wrong amount.. 🖕🏾🖕🏾🖕🏾
