    I just canceled my phone service with @Rogers mostly due to @PurolatorHelp not being able to deliver a parcel in canada in less than 2 weeks. Really for $100.00 a month for an inflated cost who needs a phone . Send me a letter it will get here quicker

    @Rogers just cancelled my service. Tried twice to have a new phone delivered , @PurolatorHelp has lost the second one.

    @RogersHelps ignite tv service is Still choppy and unwatchable. Day 4 since the outage. Internet is full speed and streaming Netflix or primetv both work perfectly. What gives?

    @6ixbuzztv Needless to say, this oversight, 2nd time, makes me never want to sign up with @rogers @RogersHelps and move my other phone from them as contingency. They're an unreliable company.

    @RogersHelps hoping you're still working on fixing issues. Ignite PVR is incredibly laggy, drops audio and freezes and ends playback randomly. Some recordings won't play at all. Have rebooted box twice. No change.

    @RogersHelps @Sean_M_N Would be great if someone would reply to my DMs too! My Ignite has basically been garbage since services were "restored." Completely unacceptable.

    @Rogers #rogersoutage #unhappycustomer My ignite TV still stops repeatedly and goes to black or loses the sound and has screen freeze. Anyone else? It would help if they at least acknowledged that Ignite is not fixed!

    Ignite tv is still NOT working properly… over this now. I would expect more than a day or two credit at this point. Actually I want my old school cable back please!!! This is crap! #rogersoutage @RogersHelps

    @TELUSsupport @Rogers I am already on your phone service and I have never had to call for issues in the past 3 years since I switched over.
