    I just canceled my phone service with @Rogers mostly due to @PurolatorHelp not being able to deliver a parcel in canada in less than 2 weeks. Really for $100.00 a month for an inflated cost who needs a phone . Send me a letter it will get here quicker

    @Rogers total dishonesty.They sold me the ignite package saying that I will be saving. In return I lost a lot of features including my home phone. Sales person never tell you everything, when you call they arrogantly tells me that’s the way it is cannot go back to my old service

    @RogersStores @RogersHelps what’s with the treatment at your stores? “Show me your ID”; “Take your mask off and look up at the camera”; “Walk over there and put the items on the counter”; bark a few more orders at me! Why the ID/photo? Terrible experience today!
