2/2: In other news, I have been dealing w/ frustrating customer service experiences w/@bell_support 📞 for the last 3 months. 😭 It was enough that I changed providers & went over to @rogers. I loved Bell’s services but there is a really low chance I’ll be a customer again. 👎🏽😔

@RogersHelps how long for this "congestion" issue to be resolved on internet in Ajax? Pretty much can't do anything. No tv, no work. Just look at the rain out the window. It has been since noon
