NickL (@nickl007) reported@RogersHelps Could be but sounds like you are saying that is considered acceptable service for the #1 network in Canada for which we pay very high monthly fees for.
-
🇨🇦 Peter 🇨🇦 (@peter101s) reported@RogersHelps Too late now. Always was a strong supporter of Roger’s and their amazing customer service but since last year with the cuts to staff, reduced support channels and hours and contracting out customer service to 3rd world countries who have zero knowledge on the company I’m done.
-
Max Adams (@MasTaherazar) reported@Rogers always great to wait 45 mins to speak to a human and have them hang up
-
Ranjan Soni (@_RanjanSoni) reported@aangelic491 @Rogers Nope. The only solution is to call them and go through the whole ordeal. They don't have a simple call back solution to prevent their customers from staying on hold (you cannot attend any other calls for hours if you are on hold) and then get 'disconnected' automatically.

-

Elizabeth Bryant (@wheelgirl77) reported@RogersHelps Service has been out for almost 6 hours now at 90 Waller St. there are a lot of disabled people in this building that require Internet access for a lot of things in their life including some of their health related equipment etc. It’s more than inconvenient for some.

Charlie (@Albatross43) reported@dhewlett @Rogers @RogersHelps is the official support account. Customer service can be a nightmare. CCTS complaint is always another option.
