So. It's day 12. Here's where we are: @RogersHelps has, again, closed my tickets, saying they were unable to find the problem, but have immediately opened ANOTHER ticket, where they are going to investigate AGAIN. I just don't understand it anymore.

@mvannie @RogersHelps Hopefully Rogers Support can help. I unplugged for 30 seconds to a minute, before plugging back in, but there definitely sounds like a larger issue.

@RogersHelps @mvannie My Rogers internet also went out in Kitchener. (Orange flashing light on modem) unplugging and plugging it back in fixed the issue.

@RogersHelps our ignite "always on" wifi has continually been dropping our full Wifi network 2-5 times a day. I have now had a video call with my parents interrupted 6 times in the last hour. This is ridiculous
