@RogersHelps The ticketing team needs a way of immediately seeing the nature of a situation and just "flipping a switch" manually to re-register service at our address, rather than wait for the usual channels / system to process things. Our modem is online, we pay our bill, you see our usage.

@RogersHelps so now ur sending txt messages about bills not paid b4 due date? If my bill is due June 9th, then I have til then to pay it. Don't harass me. U can't even answer us when we ask about outages or issues at your end and we pay for your service. @Rogers #CustomerService
