Col_in_hellifax (@Col_In_Hellifax) reportedon hold with @Rogers for 2:11 and they hung up on me without having talked to anyone. Wet the chat route, bounced to 3 reps and guess what? None of them could help me and I'm back on hold - 20 minutes in. As soon as I get this issue resolved, I will never give them another cent.
