@RogersHelps Can I get these issues addressed at a Rogers store or will they just tell me to call the number I’ve been on hold forever for?

    FancyOldLady (@FancyOldGal) reported

@SmokingDandy @Rogers Where did you go? I only see 2 demons. Rogers & Telus. The other of the 2 duopolies. Rogers took over my acct from Shaw and said they don't support email and email vanished. No warning. Gone!

  • Jbotnick
    Jeffery Botnick (@Jbotnick) reported

@LoveMy7Wood @RogersHelps I always select the option to cancel services. They seem to answer quicker.

    Jonathan Mason (@masonstcc) reported

My @Shawhelp @RogersHelps cable boxes are not working. I don't think the internet is consistent either. Ever since the forced 'upgrade' from Shaw to Rogers hardware. I need a service tech on site to fix this problem. Loyal customer for over 20 years.

@LoveMy7Wood @Rogers @RogersHelps For a communications Co. it sucks at communicating with its customers

    G Had Joe (@Alpha_Views) reported

@RogersHelps @PearlJamPat But this is what your hired staff do, I had one try to force himself into my house to try to convince me to buy your service. I was about to stab him before he walked away.

  • PCWAndrew
    Andrew (@PCWAndrew) reported

@Rogers calls me so often to sell cell service I don’t want that it’s making me reconsider the services I do have. You should be able to remove me from marketing calls (and your third party marketing calls too).

  • BellaKissBanuta
    Cross Fire (@BellaKissBanuta) reported

@RogersHelps I noticed that you keep saying sorry to customers for not honouring your services. It doesn't make any sense because a customer cannot say sorry for not paying your bills, even if the quality of services is poor. Unfortunately, there is no incentive for that.

    alpamasadolan (@AlpRealS) reported

@barrosxo @RogersHelps Contact @Bev_Code , they will rectify the issue.
