@guran_singh @RogersHelps Good luck. Internet has been down pretty much all day in Oshawa and all you will get is a generated message saying volume of messages is high. No real answers or what is going on. Poor #customerservice when they have outages. Happens way too much too often and at higher costs!

@RogersHelps Today's fun issue: now that I've notified Rogers that we're moving, we can't exchange any of our Flex channels between now and the move, as it counts as a 'pending work order'. Support also can't do it, apparently. Seems an odd limitation!

@CamLeetham @Rogers Yes it has been a problem for weeks and there's no sign of it getting resolved no idea what is happening but it doesn't look like there gonna fix it anytime soon. So I decided if I make some noise on Twitter they will listen when more people Join in.

@CamLeetham @SherriffMTwitch @Rogers I contacted them at 3pm and was the first to report the issue. The technician said he could see all the modems in the area were doing the same thing. Then proceeds to tell me it will be 24-48 hours until it's fixed. lol Like you said this has been going on for three weeks.

@SherriffMTwitch @Rogers I am also in the Williamsburg neighborhood in Whitby and your service has been a joke the last three weeks. I have had to reset the router more than 10 times this evening alone and it cannot hold the signal.
