@Rogers What i meant was, with or without that “high speed” your connection still sucks. Koodo has fast connection in basement but rogers doesn’t even have a signal.

@RogersHelps Why is my digital cable tv reception HORRIBLE today?? It keeps blacking out in reception EVERY MINUTE! I've unplugged the unit 5 times already and watched the unit downloading an update and still no change! I'm in Barrhaven (Ottawa)!

@RogersHelps Thanks for not informing me of a huge jump in my internet bill. Used to to send notices back before you were cheapskates and sent actual mail. Now you just jam us with an increase and to bad if you don't like it.

This is what I get for trying to watch the #RoyalRumble tonight... Signed up to @Sportsnet Now: start, buffering, play 40-50 seconds, buffering, repeat. XBox app: buffering. Android app: buffering. Streaming from website: buffering. It's nigh unwatchable @RogersHelps WTF?! 🤬

Just saved ~$150/month on our existing home/family TV/internet/phone/mobile @rogers package. No diminution of service. A1 #CustomerService from a diligent human. Customers need to call - these pricing efficiencies are never advertised. #rogers #canadianconsumers
