    Hey @AirCanada I just reached out to @RogersHelps and they got back to me within 15 minutes... that’s how large company’s show they care about the consumers that make them millions a year. #aircanada going on 5 days with no support!

    @RogersHelps @RogersHelps Network showing SOS for one of lines. Store could not help. Asked me to call tech support. Been trying for 10 days to get hold of 1 agent. Cant call, cant text, cant use data. And i am paying for that line. Very bad service provided.

    @RogersHelps I disconnected my tv from my wifi network and reconnected it. The signal is apparently better according to my app from Rogers so we'll see if this issue stops happening. It has happened a few times during baseball games in 4K!

    @RogersHelps why is my phone giving me notifications that roaming is enabled due to losing connectivity to my home network? I'm at home and am not near the border. I've gone into my settings and turned roaming off, but its still enabled at the top of my screen.

    @RogersHelps There has been internet outage for multiple customers in Belmont SW, Calgary since today morning and the issue hasn’t been resolved after 8 hours. Surprisingly the Rogers website says there is no outage anywhere. We are still out of internet and no way to track the progress
