    @Rogers then I was told i needed to get a 5G SIM card which i already told them, my SIM wasn't the issue. Since i switched the SIMs, the problem has gotten 10x worse and my services are unusable

    Hey @RogersHelps - services aren’t working, I’m trying to log into my account to see why, I tried multiple times to log in but your every time I select to text me a code to confirm, I was never sent anything, and now I’ve been locked out of my account for trying too many times.

    Large corporations, like @Rogers, have customer service departments, not to help, but to pretend like they care. They say they support loyal customers but that goes out the window when you need any help.

    After spending an hour with a @RogersHelps “customer solutions (ha!) specialist,” I’m being asked to pay for more data since naturally, I had to relying on tethering to my hot spot to finish my work in lieu of your unreliable wifi service & untimely response
