    @RogersHelps I was lied to several times over the phone by a sales agent. First bill, not at all what she said I would be charged. I have the whole conversation recorded. What a waste of time now I have wait on hold for an hour hoping for an actual fix.

    @Rogers I’ve been a loyal customer for almost 20 years & I pay $450/mth & yet I’m not able to get a new phone for my son w/o my bill going up $30+ a month? And then to be told that there was a promotion but it expired last week? Is this how you treat loyal, paying customers?

    Just moved my wireless service from @TELUS to @Rogers Main reason is Telus is offshoring level 1 support and service to the Philippines and Rogers is all in Canada. So I would rather support folks in Canada working. Telus you can win me back one day of you hire in Canada.

    @TekSavvyCSR @TekSavvyBuzz @Rogers No. I tagged like you all publicly to warn others of the continued incompetence. I have been with TekSavvy for nearly 13 years and have moved 5 times. Each move appointment has been an issue with the vendor. This system of communication between you all HAS to change!
