  • PineBarPrince Tracey Lynne (@PineBarPrince) reported

@RogersHelps Might be a good idea to tell head office to hire enough customer service reps that your customers can actually get service. 2 and a half hours with no answer is really appalling.

  • JoceyDesigns Jocey de La Fontaine (@JoceyDesigns) reported

So @rogers is too busy to answer their phones or too call back?!?! Service must have died from COVID! Does anyone care over there? Is there anyone over there? #rogers

  • DatSpecialSauce DSS (@DatSpecialSauce) reported

@RogersHelps genius plan: have a specific and exclusive phone line for those that want to cancel service, and never answer!

  • Fluffepourz Andrew (@Fluffepourz) reported

@Rogers how are you going make me wait 1.5 hours to answer my call only to transfer me again and make we wait on hold for over another hour. Just to cancel a service that you can't even give me!

  • nsalil Salil Navghare (@nsalil) reported

@RogersHelps I have been trying to get in touch with customer service for home monitoring, but there’s been a wait of 3 hrs every day… Online chat option always keeps me waiting for days … there is no other way to get in touch with you guys to resolve issue with my bill…

  • pozpiggy86 Chris P Bacon (@pozpiggy86) reported

@Rogers Why must you wait until lines fail completely before you replace them? It's like you wait until the last possible second to maintain your network because you have no advanced planning to prevent outages or something. #CRTC

  • kikithekrakra99 Kiefer Abram (@kikithekrakra99) reported from Delta, British Columbia

Absolutely astonished by the lack of customer service by Rogers, I am currently on hold for over an hour and a half !!! @RogersBiz

  • Solidchick4life Solid 🇨🇦 Chick (@Solidchick4life) reported

Apparently Rogers services in 2023 is doing a throwback to the 90s...where it's as slow and unusable as dial up in a rural setting. FU @Rogers
