@RogersHelps Hi there, I have a problem with my Ignite, the amber alert (from this afternoon) keeps going off after about 15sec of turning on a show. It is not a problem with my TV, but is a problem with the Ignite app on my devices (computer/ ipad). Anyway you can help?

Not even a week later and I'm already on the phone with @Rogers/@RogersHelps because our cable is still freezing and losing picture and sound even after getting two wifi boosters for our house. #RogersIgnite is total garbage. Don't get suckered into buying it.

  • julobbb Julia (@julobbb) reported

Very disappointed with the service I’ve been receiving from @RogersHelps considering so much fraud was committed on my account

  • redgate13 MISA T (@redgate13) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps The message does not interrupt the programming — the program doesn’t get stuck — but the message appears at the top of the screen while the program plays. Will unplugging both the power and coax cable, and then plugging back in, actually help? Why does this resolve the issue?

  • tmullings1 Tanya Mullings (@tmullings1) reported

Best customer service from Gary! @Rogers @georgianmall

  • RogerBouma Roger Bouma (@RogerBouma) reported

@RogersHelps Sean responded to my DM and then went silent. That doesn't help.

  • Partiallyfrozen Mark Theriault (@Partiallyfrozen) reported

@leftbutton @RogersHelps I get TekSavvy this weekend... willing to pay for improved customer service.
