@RogersHelps I'm getting an error code XRE-03137. I can log into 3rd party apps but cannot get any other channels. Rebooted modem and box. Did not help.

@Rogers service interruption??… when you call for assistance - recording is that “they are experiencing high volume of calls therefore they will not be able to answer your call” 😡

Thanks a lot @RogersHelps - my TV service went down just as Jeopardy started and there's a Canadian contestant tonight! 😡 I've already restarted the TV box and my internet is fine, I'm writing this on my laptop!
