    @shuffles99 @RogersHelps Freedom Mobile plans can seem better but they are only a regional provider. Unlikely you'll get access to that full amount of data on their Nationwide network (ie roaming on other provider networks).

    @RogersHelps cell service down in Brantford seriously? It’s time I ditch Rogers for good to many outages it’s ridiculous

  • GregJDerkach Greg Derkach (@GregJDerkach) reported

    My @Rogers bill does not include a credit for the July 8th outage. Look guys, you’re going to give your own customer service department a lot of grief if you don’t sort this out proactively.

  • baileyshak bailey 🍉 (@baileyshak) reported

    @RogersHelps If you’re gonna make it impossible for your clients to make changes to their service online, you need to staff your call centres better. Three hours on the phone to change my plan is unbelievable.

  • ladiesman2452 Rp Bateman Jackson (@ladiesman2452) reported

    @RogersHelps @misswats0n $16.45 for two cellphones and internet with no service. What a joke.

  • MeanBeanSeen TheRightRight (@MeanBeanSeen) reported

    @Rogers Since July 5th I am trying to cancel my account. Tomorrow I will call the Police, record the interaction and post here. I don't want your services anymore. Cancel it.

  • CERBERUSREALTY Cuddles (@CERBERUSREALTY) reported

    @RogersBiz It’s all fun and games until there’s another outage. Nice try, ‘Robbers’. PS: Go 🖕🏼yourself.

  • Jet_Wash Jim Allan (@Jet_Wash) reported

    @RogersHelps #Ignite support. Check DM.

  • Caffienekitty CaffieneKitty (@Caffienekitty) reported

    Got the latest bill from @RogersHelps, no outage credit of any kind in sight. Mayb they just figure the class action suit will figure out the credits for them. 😒

  • limitlessleanne Leanne 🇺🇦 (@limitlessleanne) reported from Toronto, Ontario

    Hey @RogersHelps, my elderly parents in Rexdale are 30+ hours now with no phone, internet or cable. No one seems to be able to tell them when service will resume. How will you compensate them this time?
