Day 2 - #Rogers Internet, TV, and home phone are down (at my home). Is it time to call @RogersHelps again - aside to have someone to speak with -- they really can't tell you a) what is going on or b) when the expected "fixed" may be. Uncoordinated teams, etc.

@Rogers So around 8am traveling down Huron Street towards Adelaide, I watched one of your technicians throw out coffee cups and winter bottles out onto the street while he was driving. No one else around just me and him. I tried to get his attention to tell him that wasn't cool.

@RogersBiz Coming from the idiots that bricked a huge chunk of their network because they don’t test updates before pushing it to production. How bout you figure out proper change controls for your critical infrastructure first.

@Rogers ignite is ****. Every night at 1round 930 pm the net goes off and comes back in the morning at 10AM. I have been complaining since weeks. I feel cheated. @Rogers I feel cheated.
