Rogers Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • 65_margaret Margaret Thomas (@65_margaret) reported

@sarrahh011 @RogersHelps I’m not making excuses; I was very inconvenienced without mobile service on a travel day but I feel I’ve been sufficiently informed since the outage.

  • PunkActual Punk Actual (@PunkActual) reported

@Rogers is absolutely useless. The worst customer service experience I've had in years. After damaging my phone last month, I've talked to 6 "specialists" and gone in-store to get it repaired. My requests have been canceled for no reason and after being told to go to a store...

  • Suppy86 Sean Uppy (@Suppy86) reported

@RogersHelps Bull ****. My LTE is still as slow as you guys fixing the damn problem...

  • pandersen Paul Andersen (@pandersen) reported

@Mark_Goldberg @Rogers Not that I object to any of those (although I don’t quite understand #2); however, they don’t seem to get to the root cause of the outage as they seem to be describing it.

  • nemich1234 Canadian (@nemich1234) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers This was so unacceptable, and on top of it with your 10 billion dollar network upgrade over the next 3 years, it should be coming out of rovers pocket. Not a price plan increase through consumer and small business.

  • DebbieGBUK 🇺🇦🇬🇧 Debbie 🇬🇧🇺🇦 (@DebbieGBUK) reported

@atoonk @Rogers It doesn't matter what excuses or apologies are offered. Nothing is acceptable & customers should NOT bear investment costs nor fee increases for inferior substandard service

  • itstrundlebaby trundle (@itstrundlebaby) reported

Latest message from @Rogers about the outage makes it clear that they had the ability to invest more in their network but zero plans to do so before now because **** their customers.

  • Elsablaine Elsa Blaine (@Elsablaine) reported

@RogersHelps We are still having issues with Ignite in Cambridge. TV losing audio, video freezing and sometimes going completely black. Also issues with Internet going completely out once or twice everyday.

  • sharkofbayst SharkOfBayStreet (@sharkofbayst) reported

Rogers blamed the outages on coding errors. Any IT professional knows that before you deploy anything. You test it first! and you don't deploy it all at once. @Rogers

  • Turbopumpkin1 Turbopumpkin (@Turbopumpkin1) reported

@CircularLogic89 @RogersHelps well it worked well outside of Caraquet issue was in Caraquet
