Still receiving intermittent service from @Rogers in Mississauga, many days after original outage, and all they’re willing to do for customers is offer $10 off their next bill. Unreal. What is going on? I’d be happier with a data reset and better communication. #RogersOutage2022

@RogersHelps we’re still experiencing a issues with the tv boxes. Spotty services, long pauses and nothing will load off the PVR. Are you still having wide spread issues? We’re in Ontario, just outside of London.

@RogersHelps I’m still having freezing audio and video issues with ignite tv. Are you still working on it or is it suppose to be fixed now? Do I need to log a ticket if I can get through?
