John Tucci (@john_tucci) reported@RogersHelps @Rogers I’ve been on hold with support for 45 minutes. How is this acceptable? Why should I continue to pay my bill? I knew that switching from Bell was a mistake. 0 stars out of 5

Shawna R (@shawna_r80) reportedAnyone else on @Rogers experiencing a full outage in downtown Vancouver? Approximate area: Davie-Nelson and Cambie-Seymour. No signal, no data, calls fail for ~3 hours. Don’t have patience to wait 2 hrs for tech support to answer my call @RogersHelps

CDN_Footy (@TFCin110) reported@RogersHelps @JacobJPhillips There’s no point Jacob. I reached out weeks ago with a billing inquiry after I went through the same thing as you. Still no response to my DM. Waiting for my contract to expire and then I’m gone. Can’t deal with the horrible customer service when you need them to help.

Grittygirl88 (@grittygirl88) reported@CCTS_CPRST @Rogers is keeping too wide service appointment windows for a job that can be completed in 15 minutes and they charge 75 for rescheduling. Do they expect people to be available for 5 hours and keep waiting for their technicians.

Goug Dilmour (@CanadasLeafs) reported@3pargolf @Rogers It was down.

Cathy NOT Kelly (@cathykelly80) reported@Joseph2653 @RogersHelps @Rogers It’s really ****** that they don’t value their customers and I’m pretty sure they 💯 expect you to pony up when they send your bill every month. We switched to Bell Fibre and never looked back. I’m sorry you don’t currently have that option
-
Cathy NOT Kelly (@cathykelly80) reported@Rogers - once Bell fibre becomes available in more places you’re going to have to up your customer service game or lose a ton of customers

Scott Slade (@poleman88) reported@RogersHelps After almost 3 days of trying to talk to someone to cancel my parents home services due to them moving into a retirement home, I finally get someone and they tell me it’ll be $450 + tax to cancel. Great way to treat longtime customers.
