Almost two hours waiting for @RogersHelps on chat and then I get told they can’t help and I should just do it myself. And for this I pay an arm and a leg for services. Seriously not impressed at all. I wonder if I can bill Rogers for my time

@RogersHelps I’m so happy that I’ve been a customer for 10+ years and STILL don’t have consistent wifi. Literally a disgrace to the world that this company exists. How does my ignite internet go out 2 times in 20 minutes? The cost is insane for the service you provide. Pathetic.

@Rogers What are you doing to protect Canadians from the tsunami of phishing/scam phone calls and instant messages. How are these criminals able to spook any phone number on your network. It's a big problem.

@RogersHelps Can you please please please improve your wait time for Customer service - I have tried 3 times in one day - I was on hold for 40 mins to 1hr each time ... before giving up! Its torture hearing the same song over and over... WHAT HAPPENED TO OFFERING A CALL BACK ???
