Nesta ౨ৎ (@nestapendragon) reported@MikeDelpieroX @Rogers I have spent over 80 hours on hold with Rogers in the last month. It's genuinely ridiculous. It's like their customer support is a completely different company and if you're lucky they will actually talk to Rogers for 5 seconds to help you, but only after hours of hoop jumping.

MACK A (@mack1971) reported@RogersHelps I can’t do this man.. I need to speak to people not text my issues … thanks for not helping .. ask me for my phone number in DM and call me if you want to really HELP
-
Yogi (@TheYogiPatel) reportedJust to inform you guys @Rogers - if a real human is reading this. Your online customer services need to include real humans. The AI assistant doesnt resolve any issue. I have to now visit a nearby outlet to get my issue resolved.
-
Michael DelPiero (@MikeDelpieroX) reported@_berg618_ @RogersHelps You've already explained the issue. They know what you need. A representative could simply call you and resolve it in a few minutes, but they won't. Instead they're asking you to spend more hours waiting on hold. Google "AI chatbot" and learn what they do. @Rogers #Rogers

blindpig/1966 (@blindpig_1966) reported@silmapps @Rogers They all do. That's the problem.

🇨🇦 Cindy W. 🇨🇦 (@canadacindy) reported@RogersHelps Nope. Sorry but I want nothing to do with a tool that is going to give me more runaround and being bounced around more that I have been over several hours. I have a service appointment but they made a mistake and keyed in June 3rd instead of June 2.
