1. Switched to @RogersHelps one day before the big outage 2. Rogers only sends me half of the equipment I requested 3. I finally get through to Rogers, who tell me they need to run a 'second credit check' before they send me what I ordered Kinda wishing I'd stayed put

@marcallain @Rogers I waited about 45 minutes to be told I have a poor connection and a tech will look at it Wednesday between noon and 2. If it’s not the phone, it’s the internet. The CEO makes a bazzilion dollars for this?

@RogersHelps 3 days after the Rogers " Unplug and Relax" event and we have still sporadic services in Victoria , BC> When can we expect the service we pay for ? Trying to get help via chat services : 45 minutes wait moved from 53 to 38 in line .

@RogersHelps Most of us are fully aware this outage is not by accident and meant to cause disruption of our services. You have shown where you stand in the grand scheme of things with the WEF plans. Pretty low class.

@RogersHelps Saying you're comping customers for "Friday's Outage" is OUTrageous. I still am having issues on my @Rogers mobile and tv still on day 3. One day comp is not enough. #rogersoutage
