@Bell @Rogers You both tout your great coverage, but in north Sarnia you cannot even make a simple phone call. I only live a couple of hundred meters from either of your towers and can barely get service in my yard. I'm not the only one. When will you fix Sarnia's service? Thanks

@RogersHelps I already stated that you've made me burn through my phone usage as I can't connect. It's around 12so they've cut the internet then they reconnect it again around 5or 6 though yesterday but it was closer to 9... Awful screwing of new customers ... Do not buy Rogers

I have been hyped up for today for over a month, waiting for Path of Exile's new league to start. And today my internet has been down in the area for HOURS. IT STARTS IN SEVEN MINUTES. Still need to download the patch. I wanted some fun after all this stress. @Rogers sucks.

@RogersHelps I can't spend a lot of time replying... You keep cutting off my entire network leading to having to use phone and now I'm getting higher than normal usage warnings... Disgusting. Stealing money with no services and hitting me with more charges.

Honestly, if I am such a "loyal" customer why didn't you just give me the discount off the bat and warn me that my phone bill will go up in 6 months? I think that would have been a better tactic. Now I have to call again at 9am and get this figured out. Thanks @Rogers

Does turning on a wifi signal attract other wifi signals @Bell @Rogers? Because the fifty cell phones turned on when I do one would assume the bridge businesshood of the ex-scientologies conned into not by me buying like holmes@chass at Noahs used to anyhow Elizabeth Lee you too?

@Rogers Internet out hours per day. CSR says multiple modems in area "way out of spec". Tickets closed "no fault found." Do you not understand "intermittent"? You have to investigate WHILE THE PROBLEM IS HAPPENING.

People who pay for #cableTV @comcast @Rogers are idiots. You pay for a service where they force-feed you commercials AND charge you outrageous fees for trash! At least with a subscription based service you don't get commercials! So don't F this up #Netflix
