Todd Bealor (@ToddBealor) reported@RogersHelps The technical support that I spoke with provided no support whatsoever. I performed a factory reset on my own to no avail. I was hoping support would be able to remote into the router and perform a more detailed diagnostic analysis.

Kevin Salmon (@Kevin_Salmon12) reported@RogersHelps Thatโs fair and I did call but I was on hold. For the cost of service + my needs itโs not performing. I never had any issues with cable until the galaxy boxes were introduced and now this happens. Maybe wifi signal for cable isnโt the way to go
