    @RogersHelps you know for 230 a month for cable and internet you’d think you could at least communicate on your website and socials better about outages in whole areas. Been down since 430 2 hours no tv internet home phone wtf we paying you for?

    @RogersHelps I am actively trying to cancel my account to avoid further charges. If this cannot be resolved here, I will need to raise a formal complaint as I should not be billed when I’m unable to access your support channels. Please escalate this to an agent who can assist.

    @Rogers customer service is absolutely horrible. Since I’ve switched over from Fido it’s been non stop back and forth and nothing being resolved. So frustrating that no one can help!

    @RogersHelps The Rogers support does not cover Legacy customers anymore and the telephone number 1-888-764-3771 directs you to sales. I'm not ready to upgrade to Infinity until Rogers fixes problems with those services as well.

    @RogersHelps have an iPhone 14 and upgraded to iOS26.3.1 .. when I try to add Yahoo Mail account, it won’t display the password screen .. just sits there on a blank Yahoo banner screen after I entered my username .. what is the fix?

    @RogersHelps sent me new hardware weeks late and didn’t start my new plan on time. Charged me a ridiculously high amount on my bill because my old promo expired. I spent hours on live chat & calls. You told me you’d fix it at the next billing cycle. Well you didn’t.
