@RogersHelps @BonksMullet We should refer to this as an outage on ads, that way you guys will know how to do it

  • LizzyMac Liz McDonald (@LizzyMac) reported

@Rogers @RogersHelps two days this week that my home internet isn’t working… enough is enough… how can I work from hom?? When my rural cottage satellite internet is more reliable than in the middle of the nations capital, there’s an issue… thanks for nothing 🖕

  • JKPippy PP (@JKPippy) reported

@BonksMullet I'm visiting the states and it will only let me stream through my data. It won't let me watch while on wifi. Their customer service has got to be the most laughable thing in the planet. @sportsnet @Rogers

  • elGrAndie Andre Dupes (@elGrAndie) reported

@RogersHelps outage in Ottawa for last 15 minutes.

  • octo23 Octo23 (@octo23) reported

@Bell I reluctantly welcomed Bell's services back into my home the other day. It was less than 4 hours before I decided to cancel and move to @Rogers when they bring FTTH. It's been 20 years since IPv6 was introduced, will it be another 20 before Bell supports it?

  • CindyRossi77 Cindy Rossi (@CindyRossi77) reported

@RogersHelps Glad to hear you admit it's your problem and I didn't waste time again testing from my end. Last night ET had sound on Global but not NBC. You messed that up when you fixed the sound dustortion problem. My bill charges/changes haven't materialized as promised after manager abuse.

  • mkleymc Mkley (@mkleymc) reported

@RogersHelps I can’t make calls because you guys blocked my phone - not even wifi calls. I was just on the phone with Likewise and I got disconnected. Terrible service. Terrible company. Not sure why I pay for a service when you don’t even know what’s going on.

  • HiroCanada0126 Hiro@Toronto🇨🇦 (@HiroCanada0126) reported

@Bierbrier @RogersHelps Fellow ottawa citizen, this **** sucks and I have a midterm tomorrow morning

  • rivercitybum (((Bob))) (@rivercitybum) reported

@RogersHelps Ty, but disappointing. As a followup, do you know of any short-term solutions (outside of Rogers) that can be purchased for viewing in the US (eg. Buying a month of NHL Live or something similar down there)?
