    @ItsDeanBlundell @Rogers Bell. Other than that outage, Rogers had been a fair provider to us (while recognizing that they are part of an oligarchy). Bell is ridiculously incompetent.

    @RogersHelps Is there anywhere online to see if tower maintenance or upgrades are being done in my area? I have no service at home when I used to have 3 bars of HSPA+. Don't even have "emergency calls only" appear anymore. Towers switching to LTE giving less distance from towers?

    Worst experience with @RogersBiz had corporate cellular plan. Changes were made to account after account hack, reported still Rogers is charging me for the extra money even though they promised will deduct the charges for what I not used. Still having bill for more amount.

    @RogersHelps LTE fails, switched too slower network settings (3G/2G only) & able to use Last time I messaged over @Twitter & even called in to #troubleshoot, was asked to drive kms to test different areas, talk to my neighbours about their home internet - all @Rogers did was waste hours

    can anyone tell me how to get my @Sonos beam to see my @Rogers ignite wifi? The live chat has disconnected me four times without letting me speak to a person so that doesn't work can't find the settings in the app.. . can't be the first person with this problem
