@ItsDeanBlundell @Rogers Bell. Other than that outage, Rogers had been a fair provider to us (while recognizing that they are part of an oligarchy). Bell is ridiculously incompetent.

@RogersHelps I have been on the line for the last two hours with four different reps. Two tech support and two customer service reps. They just transferred me to the IPTV specialist line and it disconnected. This is so frustrating!! Can someone please contact me?

well, looks like can't stream YET AGAIN. absolutely AMAZING service from @ShawInfo ever since the @Rogers merge, streamed almost every damned day for a month solid without a SINGLE dropped frame, but yet all of a sudden even with a new line ran to my modem it's impossible. Thanks

@RogersHelps - shame on you for your horrible treatment of my 70-year old mother who has been a loyal customer for 20 years. She’s battling cancer and can’t come into a store. You kept her on the phone for 5 hours and transferred her 9 times. Constantly passing the buck. #awful
