    @ItsDeanBlundell @Rogers Bell. Other than that outage, Rogers had been a fair provider to us (while recognizing that they are part of an oligarchy). Bell is ridiculously incompetent.

    @RogersHelps Appreciate the quick response. Unfortunately I’ve seen this same response from Rogers for last 6+ months. This should not be this difficult - especially given that you aren’t inventing some new service here. Please prioritize the needs of your customers.

    Go with bell or any other company! Rogers can’t even give like $20 a month off for a long time 1991 customer. Go with any company but please don’t go with @rogers

    @RogersHelps I've had 22 Spam calls from 9 different numbers since 9am. Is there any way to stop this beyond silencing unknown numbers (which is what I have done today) I've never had the issue this bad before. It is unreal

    When @Rogers finally arrived late for their appointment with me, Michael, the Rogers rep was actually a breath of fresh air and told me about the #RogersPOTGContest for a chance to win 1 year free wireless from a company that doesn’t know the first thing about customer service!

    Hey @RogersHelps @Rogers, when your God damn internet is out in my area (apparently until tomorrow at 7:30 a.m.?) just post it clearly on your website and social media. Just waited 40 minutes with tech support to find out it's a local outage. WTF! Is this even true?
