Hey, @Bell_Aliant. Beyond disappointed with your customer service. I’ve been assured 3 times the mistakes YOU made with my account this month would be resolved. They. Have. Not. Perhaps time to switch to @Rogers.

@RogersHelps Still down. Not cool. I hope Rogers is ready to start compensating people..... Charge for a "premium service" (as per the customer service training manual) but can't offer premium uptime.. such a ripoff

it's literally only @Rogers who have these system wide outages. i've never heard of any other of the mobile companies having this problem. My parents who rely on rogers for tv, home phone, cell phone, internet.. were basically transported back to the 90's

@Rogers The ONE DAY I need my phone and I can't make a phone call. I had what I thought at the time was a medical emergency and was unable to call 911. It turned out to be a panic attack (I hope) but if it was a real heart attack I'd be DEAD. Absolutely livid.
