Hello @rogers I’m a CBC reporter working from home, an essential worker relying on the internet to file multiple times daily. Our internet service keeps dropping out, and at times is at 10% speed. For 2 days customer service insists there is no problem. There is. Please fix it.

And the frustration with @Rogers continues. Called to change the user name on one number on my account. Found that they did it with a typo. Called back to fix it and found then that they replaced my name overall on the account instead. I wonder how many more calls it will take.

I attempted to switch my Internet service over to @RogersHelps and the technician arrives, looks in my backyard and says sorry I can’t help you, And furthermore he is afraid he may damage his drill if he tried to because he doesnt believe he is equipped with the right tools.
