celeste 🌼🌞 (@celestee3) reported@RogersHelps My term doesn’t end for 90 days, it seems a bit early for these emails?? Especially repetitive ones? I called the help number and they also said there’s no way to turn them off

Rohit Kumar (@rohitt25) reported@RogersHelps This is my first bill ever for this particular connection. No way, I have got time to renegotiate the increase in price or option to cancel this account. How irresponsible of business is this, where your policy is violated by system or a person.

Sanwin (@sanwins) reported@JayGenXer @BrendaShawPEng @Rogers They really suck even if online chat support has a 90 minute wait time.
-
Paul Alberstat (@alberstat) reported@Rogers Hey Rogers. Do you consider a customer trying to talk to technical support waiting on hold for more than 45 minutes acceptable especially when it has to do with the poor performance of your network? No one should have to wait for an hour or more to get an issue resolved!

Sunny Giron 🇨🇦🇬🇱 (@sunny_giron) reported@HILITINGHOCKEY @Rogers @Sportsnet The problem with capitalism is that eventually a few rich ******* and their corporations will own everything … … and then they will fleece us for all they can Adam Smith warned against the power of monopolies but talk like that is considered “communism” today

Sir Ahole🇨🇦🇮🇪🏴🏴 (@aarsenault72) reported@JayGenXer @Rogers Teksavvy has hreat customer service, but almost never need to call em. Maybe once in almost 2 decades. Had Teksavvy for maybe 12 or 14 years, then had to switch back to Bell for fibre ( before Bell was forced to share infrastructure), because Teksavvy was being crushed with slower speeds. I despise Bell. Their customer service is even worse then Rogers. I switched to Rogers cable high-speed because I just couldn't take Bell anymore. Rogers sucked as well. Finally, Teksavvy secured a high speed Fibre network a few years ago and I switched back.
