@Rogers What would be a really anamazing Christmas present would be someone from Rogers explaining how after being as customer for more than 20 years you just doubled my bill automatically, took away my free upgrade and now want to offer me less channels ....

  • LindyDeckert Lindy Deckert (@LindyDeckert) reported

@RogersHelps continuing problems with streaming shows. “we’re having trouble playing this title now” or the sound cuts off then the show stops. This has continued through December & we’ve started using Apple TV. We’d rather use the smart tv but no shows can be completely viewed.

@RogersHelps That's what you said. Every. Single. Time. I'm not going to let your poor service rob me from anymore income or from celebrating the life of my family members.

  • jahmed1 Jennifer Cole-Ahmed (@jahmed1) reported

@RogersHelps Rogers will need to reimburse me for forcing me to use my cellular data for work purposes while I home. They screwed me for not allowing me to work this weekend due to lack of internet. WTH?! How are they claiming to be an essential service when they are not functioning as such?!

  • IftekharAKhan Ifte (@IftekharAKhan) reported

@RogersHelps the landlines internet is bad as of now , there is no internet

  • Laurenm4 Lauren M (@Laurenm4) reported

@Rogers My contract ran out, resulting in a monthly increase on cable and internet of over $70. The *only* way I can reduce it is to sign up for this service which I do not want. But good news! Since I would have to install it myself, the installation fee would only be $29.99!
