    @RogersHelps Need you guys to look into data speeds in Port Perry, Ontario. We have 4 new lines and while we see 3-4 bars of 5G, data is often not working at all, or under 0.5Mb/s (horrible). I asked around town and this is consistent. You have a major network issue here.

    @RogersHelps is there a known cable internet outage/service degradation in Toronto beaches, M4L postal code? Spotty service since last night, modem losing connection periodically — e.g. upstream/downstream flashing green, not steady cyan/blue

    Hello @RogersHelps. I want to honestly say that when your TV ignite works, it‘s great. But the inconsistency whenever there is wind, rain or ‘other’ issues is becoming frustrating.This month-2 major outages and several small glitches.Suggest a think on how to address weather.

    1. The nightmare began on June 7th 2022. Out of nowhere, the internet went down and I was unable to do any work. Honestly, in my head I thought... this problem will be resolved within max 2 days. @Rogers @RogersMediaPR @RogersBiz What in the hell was I thinking????!? 🤔
