@jasonmulligan @Rogers Nice catch! That PC setup is as real as Rogers speaking the truth! Embarrassing for them. (Awaiting Rogers scripted response to this, picturing their customer service team scratching thier heads not knowing what we're talking about)

  • SquirrelSour sour_squirrel (@SquirrelSour) reported

@Rogers Just finally got functional internet back after 5 days with speeds of around 1 mbps, while paying for 500mbps. Still not getting above 200. Tech support was useless. Off to Bell!

  • mikeoes mike levitsky (@mikeoes) reported

@Rogers 500 down seems great until you realize Rogers throttles speeds as they chose for reasons that benefit them and customers are left confused why speeds arn't as advertised. Stick to smaller providers who are honest and transparent.

  • TaniaFreedman Tania Freedman 🇨🇦 (@TaniaFreedman) reported

My courier package from @Rogers was undeliverable because someone there put an incomplete address. After half an hour of escalating to his boss, customer service says there’s nothing they can do about it, and suggested I call Purolator to sort it out myself. #badcustomerservice

  • The_IT_Nerd The IT Nerd (@The_IT_Nerd) reported

Yesterday I worked on moving a client’s home network from @Rogers to @Bell and I have to give @Bell credit in terms how fast their Internet speeds are. Their 500 Mbps service is WAY better than my Gigabit service.

  • ShaneMacaulay Shane Macaulay (@ShaneMacaulay) reported

@RogersHelps Thanks. But not sure how you can help when my cameras have nothing to do with Rogers. My internet drops out constantly.

  • ChristineMatla Christine Matla (@ChristineMatla) reported

@RogersHelps The link provided in the pinned tweet does not work. You cannot check service in your area.

  • RadioMylar Radio Mylar (@RadioMylar) reported

@RogersHelps @LucieBee_ Oh dear god, never go with Bright Star. Avoid at all costs.

  • capistrano999 capistrano99🇨🇦🇩🇪 (@capistrano999) reported

@TekSavvyBuzz Agree @RogersHelps has done nothing to help my internet speeds!

  • mbkbarnett michael barnett (@mbkbarnett) reported

@otosalex @Rogers If you're not on fiber, you're on coax. There is fiber servicing a system which converts it into coax, which can't handle the amount of people currently on the internet in your condo or neighborHood. Will continue to be slow the longer covid is around. Rogers will upgrade soon.
