Hey @RogersHelps, waited patiently for a billing chat rep (75 ahead of me). Finally get on, basically tells me to wait for 35 mins only to provide a reference number to fix a simple billing issue. The level of service is at an all time low. What are you guys doing????

@RogersHelps, this may be one of the worst customer support experiences I've ever had. I ordered a SECOND internet service for a new house. Rogers shipped me an XB8. It wouldn't connect. Technical support eventually figured out that Rogers provisioned the new modem against the WRONG address. Great. Simple backend mistake. Should be easy to fix, right? Nope. Yesterday: 45 minutes waiting for phone support before giving up. Today: hours dealing with support. Technical Support diagnoses the problem, then transfers me to Customer Care. Customer Care tells me they can't access the account and sends me BACK to the same phone number. I ask for the account number I'll need when I call. They give me an old account number and tell me it's associated with an address in Surrey, BC. Except MyRogers shows that exact account number as my CURRENT internet service in Waterloo. Eventually they find another account ending in the same four digits as the new service agreement β€” but can't even confirm the service address and tell me to call the β€œspecialist team.” All I need is for Rogers to associate the modem THEY SHIPPED with the internet service THEY CREATED at the address ON THEIR OWN SERVICE AGREEMENT. I've spent hours trying to find a human being with permission to fix what appears to be a Rogers provisioning error. How is this a reasonable customer experience in 2026?

@RogersHelps I requested Shaw come to my home on Sunday, August 16. You guys never showed up, you owe me a $75 credit. Shaw did finally come to my home on Saturday August 22 and did the work they needed to do. Two days later the box Rogers just worked on is ripped open wires are missing.

@RogersHelps Making me queue for more than 3 hours to talk to a real person regarding my wifi issues just for them to end the chat when I was 2nd in queue before I even get to talk to a person. What an amazing service, cancelling my plan today.

@RogersHelps @RogersHelps I did not. I've been paying from my bank account for almost 10 years. If you guys have been charging my credit card that long then we have another serious problem. I tried calling you guys but as usual it said you guys were busy and hung up. Customer service πŸ‘πŸ»

@RogersHelps This is my first bill ever for this particular connection. No way, I have got time to renegotiate the increase in price or option to cancel this account. How irresponsible of business is this, where your policy is violated by system or a person.

@BackToBackIn93 Did you see the Leafs tickets after they finished last? No chance @EdwardSRogers lowers ticket prices next year. The stadium will need to be EMPTY for at least one whole season and people also need to stop watching on TV and cancel their @Rogers services for anything to change.

@Rogers I have been a Rogers customer for 20 years, and I am extremely frustrated. You have been charging me the wrong amount on two internet accounts even after I changed the plans three times through phone and chat. I have the chat logs where your own agent apologized and admitted the previous changes were not properly applied. I agreed to pay the first 2 incorrect bill trusting it would be fixed, but two months later I am getting the same wrong charges again. This is extremely disappointing. I have been patient long enough. Please fix this properly and make the necessary adjustments. I just want this sorted out once and for all.

@Rogers @DirkSwagger I would love to get some support also. How does one actually achieve this with your company?
