@RogersHelps I can't tell is this the "all Canadian customer service"? Sounds like it cause it doesn't acknowledge what's being said. Automated or immigrant...same crap different pile. They read off the screen and can't muster up a real thought of their own so you can't communicate

@Rogers has THE WORST customer service ever!!!!!!!! the staff I've talked to are 90% of the time so UNPROFESSIONAL and rude. Not once that I felt impressed with the service I received from Rogers!!! no matter who I'm speaking to, they never disappoint to infuriate me!

@RogersHelps thanks. Over 3 hrs on the phone (incl. 1 ghosted callback) because even though we had it hooked up last week & already paid for an entire month, you decided to cancel our services for no reason. $10 credit helps our 4 day wait and our canceled first mothers day plans
