    @RogersHelps I get scam calls after talking to your call center, whenever I choose a new phone number, or get support. Literally an hour after I'm getting scam calls. I don't get them until I call your centers. This has happened SO many times that's it's now obvious.

How hard is it for you to text alert to the area subscribers about the upcoming service maintenance? Your rep said that we send alert "AFTER" the service has been restored?

    @RogersHelps Having a really hard time with my bill. Something that should be a simple solution ends up being complicated. Very frustrating dealing with CSRs that don't understand their own product and put you on hold for hours.

    Wow @RogersHelps you guys are all-in on illegal billing! Repeatedly telling me my plan now costs $ X then sending me confirmations for more expensive things and different plans that were never discussed or agreed! 7 hours and 4 calls later, still not resolved.
