@Rogers your customer service is painful. I have never spent less than an hour, which I am at right now, to get promised changes. It always ends with them saying they need their supervisors permission to do what they already agreed to do..just start with the supervisor.

@bayne_wendy @RogersHelps I've been calling multiple times a week since early October, apparently it's an area issue but they keep closing the tickets and marking them as 'fixed' when they're clearly not. Opened another one today.

@Sportsnet What was the weather issue? There was no rain in Malaga and no rain at the time of the broadcast at the Toronto studio (at most, it was a spitting rain, not enough to knock out a satellite). Thank you for re-airing the match, but the damage is done. @Rogers fails us all the time.

@Rogers you have wait times of upwards of 3 hours. I waited 2 hours to talk to someone who transferred me to a different department which took another 2.5 hours, only for that person to hang up on me. WTF? Why should I stay with you?
