@vote4robgill @Rogers I don't think it should be a 1 size fits all compensation. Some people, like me, have every single service on rogers, and were completely cut off from the world. But since I am on holiday this week, it didn't really cost me. Meanwhile, some businesses lost thousands in income.

@Rogers @RogersHelps 36 hours and counting without internet and tv, 2 hrs on the phone to resolve nothing and a chat that nobody ever responded to. “The most reliable network” my A$$ !!

@RogersHelps It’s now been 10hrs since the last update and it sounds like many still don’t have service or part thereof. Please update asap. It’s been 18hrs since I’ve been down. We still deserve to know what is happening and when we will get our service back.

Losing customers like crazy @Rogers is really proving not only their inability to communicate and share the issue with their outage. But they can’t even fix it within 24hrs. I don’t blame anyone leaving Rogers after today. Can’t expect trust if you can’t communicate properly.

@RogersHelps Was happy to have service back this morning. But, trying to watch tv, and it is cutting out and freezing about every 30 seconds. Have already reset the module. Also, my ignite app on the tablet won't even load any show. Is this still tied to yesterday?

@RogersHelps Still offline completely in East Gwillimbury. No transparency on when service may be restored. Infuriating to hear @citynews680 glibly call not having access to 911 and losing a day of work “a taste of the 90’s”.

Lots of complaining but I thought it was awesome that my cellphone became nothing more than a clock yesterday. @Rogers your lousy network can fail whenever it wants to.
