Twice you were to come to the home and ensure the new account was set up, twice you failed to call and advise of changes to that plan. @Rogers support of their Third Party vendor customers (and indirectly yours) is a joke.

@rogers calling in and advised wait is between 1 hour 35 minutes and 2 hrs! Really?!! This market forces the customer to play the ‘look for a deal’ game between the major players and you appear to intentionally make the game harder. What happened to the call back option?

@RogersHelps do you have a call-back option for customer service? your wait times are really bad lately, my bill increased with no warning and rogers double billed me this month so i urgently need to speak to someone as I'm out lots of money

Pretty standard behaviour from @Rogers but I'm not surprised. Get forced over to #ignite due to a move, and so far we've had our service cut out over 120 times through a hub swap, a 5-day monitor (that wasn't started) AND multiple tech support calls. It's been 2 weeks.

@Rogers my god! Every app that you guys come out with is GARBAGE! Fix your **** with Ignite! The mobile app is just pathetic.
