Has anyone received this promised 5-day rebate from @RogersHelps for the recent national outage? I received my latest bill. No rebate, no mention of anything. No friendly email from the CEO... nothing, Completely business as usual. @CRTCeng DO NOT approve this Shaw deal.

@vote4robgill @Rogers @RogersHelps yup 😠 the gift that keeps on giving 🤮 I prefer to go to a store and deal face to face with customer service, because over phone is a massive waste of time, creates too much stress/aggravation!

@UberFacts @RogersHelps (Canadians know what it is) Worst service, kept raising prices, and when I cancelled they cheated me out of about $40 which they refused to refund. I wouldn't use them again if the service were free.
