It is obvious @RogersHelps does not take care of customers who have had issues for 6 months and then preech corporate policy..first call is to Bell since they don't care ....

@Rogers Hi there, it's been 6 months and no tech even attempted to fix this problem. The cable box is still uncovered with several cables hanging out and one cut cable. Hope no children will injure themselves on this box because Rogers is liable since it's been brought to your attention.

@RogersHelps Im a senior citizen,live monthly off my Government Pension. I live alone, no family, using my laptop daily is all I do. Not right Rogers charge so much for seniors internet. I cannot afford to pay high prices, do not have a landline and only have a starter TV help
