Jason Boring (@JasonBoring99) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Telus is just as bad plus most of their technicians are from India, completely useless and no troubleshooting skills
-
carbsarelife (@sumptuoussamosa) reported@RogersHelps Hey Eric, Last night after 8pm, I was unable to get through to technical support using that phone number. The AI agent wouldn't give me an option to "press 3 for technical support." Quite frustrating.

P.V. (@dynamicdojo1) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers I just did the same with Telus they operate out of El Salvador and the Philippines. The service is fast and they are well trained. One guy had chickens in the background, but i wish they were operating in Canada.

Deb Moynahan (@vanuckfan56) reportedIt’s now beyond enough @Rogers … since Monday 8am no internet and initially 3-5 hr outage. It’s Tuesday 🤬
-
Carole Farhall (Khaligirl) (@CaroleFarhall) reported@Rogers prepaid box to send my S26 phone back so my bill will go down even more because I will not be paying for the it anymore. I did say no to the phone at the moment because it sounded to go to be true. I asked for an email to confirm everything and was told I would get itwithin72hrs

Jane Drover (@hindsightjane) reported@RogersHelps It took 55 minutes on hold to reach a human and then more time for a solution. The solution would have involved many hours of my life, so I chose to live with the problem.
-
Paul (@nizon) reported@RogersHelps The explanation is a lie. My service continues to get worse. Drove the Trans Canada Highway from Falcon Lake to Winnipeg, lost service dozens of times. Yet you continue to charge more. How is this even remotely acceptable?
-
Alex Killby (@alexkillby) reportedNot sure what @Rogers Bank execs are thinking. November changes to their credit card products remove 99% of the incentive they have provided to date to stay with Rogers telecom services. I will certainly be switching credit card AND telecom services once these changes take effect and as service contracts expire. There are more affordable providers with better service and without the financial incentive provided by the credit card there are no more reasons to stick to their mix.

Jacqui (@JacquiKJanes) reported@RogersHelps Were does it say that and what eligible inter or TV service
