It isn't working, and I am being told I will have to wait several days to have the issue resolved. I have spent hours on the phone with Rogers, and there is no solution or improvement.

I spoke to the executive on the call they also not able to help. one day the executive spent more than 1hr , she was helpless to fine the dispute.
