    @Rogers customer support nightmare. 5-hour phone wait to cancel the service at the end of January because we are moving. My account is paid in full but they canceled my service immediately. Now I'm in without service until I can speak to billing which is not open. Ugh.

    @RogersHelps this is just a short note to thank Rogers and in particular Betel M. At customer phone tech. He helped me with my ignite installation problem. After 2 people gave up. He came through. Perry R. Thornhill Ontario please let him know. It was New Year’s Day.

    @RogersHelps Unfortunate? You guys should train your staff to make sure they tell the right thing and not try fooling the customer. No DM, get a manager give me a call back as soon as possible. DM’d my number.
