Mike Demers (@mikedemers68) reported1st rep gave personal cell number and said don't call Rogers if it's not fixed. She tried calling and the number wasn't in service. I suspect it's a contactor that billed you for doing nothing. @RogersHelps

After multiple hours of this and countless attempts we had to give up. It was no longer worth the effort. We could not enjoy it. Not for the first time either.
