    @AboutRogers @Rogers So will there ever be an explanation as to why there was such a massive outage? It would be great to know what happened. Should Rogers customers be worried about a security breach? Btw, had to switch to a more reliable carrier. Almost 24 hrs without service??? Too much!

    @RogersHelps @adrianathompso4 Highest cellular rates IN THE WORLD and you can’t keep your system up? What about all those measures you took after last year’s major outage to “prevent similar issues in the future”? What a pathetic excuse for a service provider. #fuckrogers

    @RogersHelps Rural broadband internet 'dish' to cell tower connected a few days ago. No internet. Phone line always busy and different than usual Rogers #. E-mail given for contact not monitored & page not updated. Wondering what we should surmise about broadband service.

    @vote4robgill @Rogers I certainly believe we need more competition in regards to internet etc. however can we ensure rural customers have adequate service as well. I live in a rural area it was usual that internet went down at least once a day (that was a real good day) at times it was down for days.
