Day 5 with no email with @rogers and still no one @rogershelps technical support answering the phone and no explanation from Rogers. Seems like millions affected and not even on @CTVToronto news yet. Come on people speak up and let’s get this fixed.

Nothing like smooth jazz on a 20 minute loop for hold music while I wait for @RogersHelps to pick up the phone for the last 40 minutes. No this isn’t something that can go through the website or live chat, or self service options I’d have used them if they were.

@RogersBiz hey ROGERS why don’t you take some of that money you have and hire some call support agents !! For three days I have been calling to speak to an agent and it has been over an hour and a half wait!! I still haven’t spoken to anyone!! Is your desire that we all hang up?

@iyrtitl4 @RogersHelps I was able to get through to tech support but they couldn’t fix it remotely. So I’m waiting for a tech guy to show up. Took me an hour and a half to get through to someone.
