    @carollou72 @RogersHelps @Rogers I also find the lack of response news service gave on this or the govt, they almost downplayed how many people had reported outage as some people but reality was most of us had any service to report it down.

It would help a lot Rogers if you could be more specific about which services are working where and which are not working and where and when those not working will be fixed. You should update us on call centre status. It is overloaded & inaccessible.

    @AboutRogers @Rogers Your service is a joke. I am tired of $500 monthly bill for spotty service and a yearly service crash. You continue to **** Canadians because of the few options we have. I’m done with you. I’ll be canceling my account as soon as my services start working.
