I swear @Rogers executives huff paint thinner before making the rules you can't upgrade if you change your address within the last 30 days however you can buy and add a new phone to your line no problem

@Rogers mislead by your representatives when I was told there’s no contract only to discover there’s one. Great business practice and integrity. I don’t expect any resolution because let’s face it, if you valued your customers this wouldn’t have happened in the first place.

Hey @rogers or @ShawInfo .. whoever owns BC’s cable provider… no access to Disney+ on the Blue Curve box all day. Customer service was ZERO helpful & a waste of time. Thanks for nothing

@SportingPhil @RogersHelps My cell phone provider is different, but tethering to my phone for data isn’t efficient either. It’s much slower. Other than that, I can’t afford to have another service on top of that in case one goes down.

@Rogers @RogersHelps Rogers Ignite TV and Internet is horrible. Just switched over from Bell Fibe and I have had issues with TV now 3 times. I can’t watch the hockey game and this is pathetic !! Can they please invest in fixing the infrastructure if your going to offer a service!

@ravenfairy13 @Rogers @ShawInfo Yes, Disney works well on all my other platforms, so I agree it has to be an issue with their app. I do wonder if now that Roger's has taken over if some testing is happening and messing things up.

@RogersHelps Thanks. I loath speaking to them. I’ve had to call them to renew my service &they’ve screwed it up 4 out of 5x. Once it took 5 phone calls, 7 hours & 4 months later to fix one mistake because they refused to listen. Now they lie? I’d rather eat my sock then call. But thanks.
