I swear @Rogers executives huff paint thinner before making the rules you can't upgrade if you change your address within the last 30 days however you can buy and add a new phone to your line no problem

@RogersHelps What is the wireless service fee for one day? Did you know people depend on your service? People with health issues, that depend on wireless phone to look after kids. I think you need to do more than the bare minimum.

@GrantBorgens @AboutRogers @Rogers Telecoms aren’t responsible for “potential losses”, ie monetary loss as a result of the service outage. They’re only responsible for the service itself. It’s in the terms you agreed to when signing up with them.

@Rogers What kills me is that @rogers thinks we pay what we do simply on a per day basis. It’s not like that at all for a customer. We choose a provider based on their ability to work always. giving customers 1 day eg $20 is hardly appropriate.
