I swear @Rogers executives huff paint thinner before making the rules you can't upgrade if you change your address within the last 30 days however you can buy and add a new phone to your line no problem

Switching to @rogers ignite has been nothing but a headache! Constant interruptions with signal going down, service reps offering ridiculous reasons as to why it’s down. “Powerful wifi”? Terrible service, not satisfied at all! 😡

@Rogers I have been without internet now for the last two days with an "alleged" outage in the area. I have now missed 2 full days of work since I work from home. It's beyond frustrating to have received no notice, no updates, no communication from Rogers. BEYOND annoyed.
