    @RogersHelps @savemilkweed HELP. We are two struggling seniors, who have a CONTRACT with Rogers Cable. For the love of God, stop adding $5 to our bill whenever TF you feel like it. JFC it's a CONTRACT. One we can barely afford as it is. That fraudulent $5 is a meal we have to do without. HELP

    @RogersHelps Almost 4 hours on the phone with @Rogers spoke to cancellations and they are willing to send me two pods at n/c but they had to send me back to support. Still on hold 😡 #rogerssucks

    @Darth_Pingu @Rogers Labour (customer service staff included) is not cheap in Canada. They also require benefits, pensions, and so on and so on. A lot of costs to have employees in Canada. A business needs to make money beyond what their costs are.
