**** you @Rogers. retroactively billing me for the month of June (when my account balance was $0 up until a couple weeks ago), now saying I missed a payment and owe 2 months by aug 2. 🖕🏾scumbags

@ItsDeanBlundell @Rogers Pathetic the way people are treated I switched to Bell after 1st outage

  • F_Z_Official Farhan Z. (@F_Z_Official) reported

I wouldn’t recommend @Rogers due to its shady practice. I opted out of roam like home and use the line as backup only as I have grandfathered plan of @FreedomMobile that includes US roaming. Still I got charged for a day of service. How come @RogersHelps?

  • xarcnic Xarcnic (@xarcnic) reported

@RogersHelps Internet is down again. Your pathetic excuse for a network is the result of cutting corners and crying when the CRTC tries to make things better. You know that new competition will hurt you badly because everyone in this country hates your company.

@ramandbz @Rogers What is wrong @Rogers - Atleast tell us why is it down in mississauga ? current account # is 903643179

  • BalurCDN Balur (@BalurCDN) reported

@ItsDeanBlundell @Rogers Sadly all the telecoms are pretty ****, Shaw is the only one I've dealt with that I don't completely hate (though their cell service is abysmal, atleast they charge less for it)... Unfortunately Rogers is trying to buy them.

  • mordicaioshea Mordicai A.V.A O'Shea (@mordicaioshea) reported

@RogersHelps is there an outage at Danforth/Coxwell in Toronto?

  • Sarah_Graham13 Sarah Graham (@Sarah_Graham13) reported

@RogersHelps Not just the SMS, it’s also that my data is ridiculously slow. And yes it shows that the text is going through on their end.

  • HotJoeKyle Kyle Barrelmaker 🇨🇦 (@HotJoeKyle) reported

@_kevinsousa @RogersHelps Good call, Kevin. It takes years to find a customer, and only mere seconds to lose one. This is a concept that @Rogers doesn’t quite seem to grasp or appreciate.
