I swear @Rogers executives huff paint thinner before making the rules you can't upgrade if you change your address within the last 30 days however you can buy and add a new phone to your line no problem

@CBCAlerts @CBCNews 1/2: Undoubtedly it was due to human error during the planned activities. It may happened in any network, but clearly there was no proper fallback plan. Also, there was a significant architectural flaw that restrained @Rogers from protecting one of its traffics in that disaster.

I am glad that we finally live in a place where we can be what is called in the business a Promo Jumper. So I say this with pleasure bye bye @rogers and hello @bell. that fiasco was the last straw, I have to pay way more for a service that is unrealiable how about no.

@Rogers says it will compensate customers for five days of service after massive outage. What about all the Non Rogers customers you screwed. I’ll join the class action Lawsuit.

@AcanacInc we had a 40 minute power outage in High Park area of Toronto. Power is back but internet is not...since 2:40 pm. Is @Rogers down AGAIN? We have been fine since Saturday morning. Feels like we live in a 3rd world country

If nothing else, the @CRTCeng needs to do some actual governance of the sector. Demand post-mortems on incidents of this magnitude. Incident communications was terrible. Confidence in @RogersHelps (and @Bell) is apathetic levels, most laugh it off w/memes of terrible service.
