@JayGenXer @Rogers Teksavvy has hreat customer service, but almost never need to call em. Maybe once in almost 2 decades. Had Teksavvy for maybe 12 or 14 years, then had to switch back to Bell for fibre ( before Bell was forced to share infrastructure), because Teksavvy was being crushed with slower speeds. I despise Bell. Their customer service is even worse then Rogers. I switched to Rogers cable high-speed because I just couldn't take Bell anymore. Rogers sucked as well. Finally, Teksavvy secured a high speed Fibre network a few years ago and I switched back.

@RogersHelps My term doesn’t end for 90 days, it seems a bit early for these emails?? Especially repetitive ones? I called the help number and they also said there’s no way to turn them off

@JayGenXer @Rogers Their service is brutal. This is why we need more cell phone competition in Canada, it’ll force them to have to provide good service or we can go to another provider.

@JayGenXer @Rogers Suckiest and most dishonest company possible. Claims support is 100% Canada based and then quietly ships it abroad. Last month I wait 3 hours on hold.
