@rogers is a tech company whose marketshare & lack of competition make it a utility. Why couldn’t you failover to a backup facility & instead remained down for 12+ hrs? Details need to be made public so we can hold them accountable. A 1 day credit to customers won’t cut it

@RogersHelps @Rogers Commercial and residential customers should abandon Rogers. This is the SECOND nation-wide outage caused by Rogers in just over a year: April 2021 July 2022

@GeesPhilly @RogersHelps No that’s not just the way it is. What a stupid thing to say. When has an entire country lost critical communication infrastructure? Never. It impacted 911, ATM, debit, transfers and much more than your ability to make inane comments on the internet.

@Rudolph85203035 @Rogers Even after a day long outage of my phone and internet, I am a proud and loyal Roger's customer. This company offers incredible service and incredible value, and I believe, the most dependable internet and mobile phone on the market today. They had one outage in a year, chill.

@RogersHelps How about some positive outlooks? Do we all have to see the “bad” when internet goes down? So it was a crumby day and businesses did lose money. Not everything is perfect. Stuff happens. Unfortunate Rogers went down. I’m a customer but one outage isn’t sending me elsewhere.
