  • _Broadhead_ Broadhead (@_Broadhead_) reported

@Rogers This is the worst company there is. Go to Bell instead. Rogers approved a refund 7 weeks ago - i’ve called multiple times and they keep saying that it’ll be solved in a few weeks but nothing is happening. Any one else has this issue?

  • TBAOsborne PuckingOpinionated (@TBAOsborne) reported

Actual text message from @Rogers re a few channels that haven't worked SINCE NOV! "The Rogers Cable Television Service issue you contacted us about on March 30, 2022 may be resolved as we were unable to pinpoint the cause of it. We're sorry for any trouble you experienced. WTF

  • bythadip Riley (@bythadip) reported

@RogersHelps Why is the quality of streaming and casting so bad? The stream is only smooth on my iPhone, every other device (Xbox, Apple TV, casting) is stuttering and low resolution. I have Gig fibre internet and all my devices are hardwired ethernet. It was fine 2 years ago.

  • ForBetterCANAD1 ForBetterCANADA (@ForBetterCANAD1) reported

@RogersHelps No you can't. Your back office have already enough employees who does not know how to do their work and duties. Your care team are helpless, escalating to useless supervisors and managers. Your engineers does not know how to fix provisioning issues. That's why it's the worst.

  • humantorch scott kosman™ 😷💉💉💉 (@humantorch) reported

@RogersHelps internet completely out in L4N postal code, Barrie ON. Any idea on resolution? I work from home and have an all-day workshop to run in 30 minutes, that's going to be an expensive day of tethering from my phone.

  • badbwoirights cs (@badbwoirights) reported

@RogersHelps dishonest service provider ever. #stop

  • aloha_angela The Lazy Athlete (@aloha_angela) reported

I tried multiple times to process a refund via mobile wallet (also the original method of purchase) with the @Rogers card. I called customer service several times to resolve. Very disappointed! Who Carrie’s physical cards anymore when we have mobile wallets?!?
