@RogersHelps we got ignite internet and tv installed on the weekend. Internet is working great but nothing but problems with ignite TV. All 3 set-top boxes cut in and out of connection every few minutes. Called customer support yesterday and told everything is fixed (1/2)

@Rogers Worst experience with Rogers wireless in years. Outstanding billing issue for close to two months, after 6 calls and over 8 hours spent on calls. Cases closed without resolution. Waited for a Retention Manager for close to 2 hours, got Matt who could not care less.

Dear @Rogers & @ShawInfo if somehow the government is stupid enough to let the two most powerful cable companies plus the 4th telecom company merge we expect more. We expect nothing below the standard of what Americans get with there cable and phone providers.
