    @RogersHelps That’s Canada’s cellular providers conglomerates for ya. We pay the highest rates in the world and get perpetually substandard services. I live in a city and only get 1 bar of service, I’ve been complaining about it for 5 yrs.

    the bright side to @Rogers phone lines being down is that I have yet to receive even one call today telling me that my SIN has been compromised and that there is a warrant out for my arrest.

    Replying to @Rogers and @RogersHelps are you providing any credits during this difficult time. I am not able to contact family members and it’s affecting my work from home. This terrible inconvenience should be compensated to a loyal and long customer.

    @RogersHelps I realize you are flooded with requests I know what is happening & respectfully working hard to resolve the problem but I use my phone to call, email and text clients. They have been affected as well. Lost some deals today and know I will be compensated. Willing to work with you

    @AboutRogers @RogersHelps There is no such thing for most of us as intermittent services. I have been hard down since after 7am! I am missing nurse calls, hospital updates. You are giving me more anxiety in top of what I have to deal with already. This is unacceptable. When will this be fixed. 1/2
