You’d think after my phone call with tech support disconnected they’d try to call me back? Nope. @RogersHelps

  • myst944 Myst (@myst944) reported

@Rogers your service is atrocious and as such you should charge a fraction of what other mobile services charge. In the middle of town and my data is nearly always beyond spotty. Absolutely sick of it.

  • ShaneBeee ShaneBee (@ShaneBeee) reported

@Rogers why is 5G no faster/better than LTE? I’m in Vancouver and it doesn’t seem the least bit different. Speeds are the same as LTE and reception in many areas still sucks.

  • gadgetwizguy Chris Goulard (@gadgetwizguy) reported

@RogersHelps Cancelling rogers to go to a different provider. Service getting cancelled at midnight but Rogers is saying no such order in the 3rd party access portal and claiming no order was entered. Why??

  • leafsweetie Kathy (@leafsweetie) reported

@RogersHelps Already been done. As has checking batteries. This is ridiculous. It’s a damn remote. This is the second time since it’s been installed that I’ve had a non-functional remote.

  • UnfairKronic brandon lowe (@UnfairKronic) reported

@RogersHelps been having problems all week with rogers ignite internet. Connection has been going offline 2-3 times a day an when it isn’t cutting out the connection is extremely laggy

  • salisburyyates ivan zoric (@salisburyyates) reported

@RogersHelps Currently no TV or Internet in Long Branch. Any idea when the service will resume?

  • JohnReid9912 John Reid (@JohnReid9912) reported

@RogersHelps Turn on any channel on the super sports pak and read your own listings to see where it should be available. How is it that the customer knows more about the product than the twitter handle that is supposed to read Rogers Helps? Forget it.

@Rogers That’s all what you can do? What about the communication my son missed? What about my assignment for my college that I missed as well? This will give bad impression, however thanks for your words, but only words can’t be the solution all the time.
