    @Rogers I have been kept on hold for 125 mins yesterday 50 mins for cancelling an internet connection that was never started for month. Which is so difficult to disconnect a line.

    @MTLinONT @Rogers @SuperKat01 Their marketing said SN NOW would have the same content as NHL Live, and so far this has not been the same content. I have a bad feeling about this season based on how casually they're telling paying customers to stop asking for pre-season games that would have been on NHL Live

    @RogersHelps so let me get this straight I pay a big load of money a month for unlimited data and a super expensive divice but once I reach 30 gigs it’s so slow I can’t even log on to my Amazon account , #ripoff

    @davidsunlee @saints_gambit @RogersHelps I do too. But as with so many things, policies can be one set for one thing and a different one for another. Returns? Maybe a health card is fine. With other ID questions. Purchases? Something else. But the world doesn't exist in any nuanced way anymore. Yes or no. Good or bad.
