    @RogersHelps No, the app itself is working fine, I can watch via my iPad no problem. It’s just the casting capability. It’s like it gets so far as the Ready to Cast screen and gets stuck.

    @RogersHelps @SpicyPhatNoodle ASAP? My internet has been down since 8am. So first I get speeds slower than what I’m paying for and now I straight have no wifi🥴 thanks rogers! Plus you guys won’t tell anybody when this will be fixed, trashy tbh.

    @RogersBiz @SunshineVillage I remember Rogers/Fido harassing me for 2 years over a bill that I am not legally responsible for! No customer service training at Fido! They refused to cancel the account for a broken phone! My ex wife’s phone bill to her address! They harassed me to pay for a broken phone!

    @RogersHelps The question relates to both of you. When I signed up for my Fido service, it updated my rogers contact info. I go in my rogers account and update my contact info and it updates my Fido info and vice versa.

    @Rogers My mom just called to cancel her cable TV subscription, and a rep picked up the phone and hung up without even a hello. So can we just assume that the cancelation of all three of her Rogers services has gone through, so she can stop paying accordingly?
