Michael Konikoff 🇮🇱🎗️🧡🧡🧡 (@loyaltybuff) reported@RogersHelps @Victorie0000 @RogersHelps the problem here outside of being universally common is that calling puts you in a ridiculous and endless queue with the worst music. When u do get through you get passed around and you get different answers 1/2

name can't be blank (@J0hnHaw3s) reported@RogersHelps YES!! One of our TV boxes went kaput..as they've done previously. The poor guy on the phone did everything he could to fix it, but like times previous, it failed. Now we have to go through the same routine on the phone, to get what we should have in the first place, a visit from a tech to replace the box!!! Rogers makes it as DIFFICULT AND TIME CONSUMING AS POSSIBLE to get service..why don't you have a call back feature? This is 2026, you're a communicatins company..I don't get it.

Michael Konikoff 🇮🇱🎗️🧡🧡🧡 (@loyaltybuff) reported@RogersHelps @Victorie0000 What does it say that people need to reach out here! BTW time to stop asking customer to give 5 stars on every call and maybe pay attention to the Voice of Your Customer!

Chris P Bacon (@pozpiggy86) reportedSo it has now been almost a full 24 hours that @Rogers has been down and every time they have given for service restoration has come, only to see that they have extended the deadline. This is NOT a way to make a good first impression with a new customer. I want service credits!

Michele L Renaud (@MicheleLReiw) reported@RogersHelps You made the choice. 14 days to resolve this issue. I called multiple times to resolve and you were full of promises until someone decided I could no longer speak to your reps. You needed my husband’s input prior to telling me where the router was. Not state secrets, a router.
