One complaint can outweigh a thousand compliments. (@allawilc) reported@RogersHelps When I go ito MyRogers it says there is a technical issue and return later!
-
Jennifer Leigh (@WriteLinesInk) reported@RogersHelps And this particular Motorola is a piece of garbage. It has so many issues that I don't even have time to list them all but you think that I can't return it. Well the government doesn't know I have it. The government doesn't know that they are apparently paying you for it.

Captain Oblivious 🇨🇦 (@60_glg) reported@geo_fed @RogersHelps It sounds like this could be a CNBC thing if Bell customers are having the same issue.
-
Stinky Man (@LilMoserGaming) reported@RogersHelps Ever since we swapped to the new iptv boxes from original coax cable tv we are consistently experiencing Internet problems and tv lag. We will probably have to call to figure it out, it's beginning to become very frustrating
-
Gio (@giovexpo) reported@RogersHelps My Home 5 G,I Have Never Seen Internet so bad Either Fix It or Send Me Me A Work Order so So I Can Return . Send me A Box And Waybill Pease So I Can Return It. It is Costing Me A Lot Of Money for Frustrations
-
Jennifer Leigh (@WriteLinesInk) reported@RogersHelps Not the point. You have so much money and you pay off small portion for It and social media people. It's not your customer's job to police your contact information. Your people should hunt this stuff down and get it taken off the internet. Just another instance of carelessness
-
WoodsWhisperer (@WoodsW) reported@Berniceness @Rogers I see these tweets and it makes me feel sooo warm and fuzzy that I cancelled everything I had with Rogers 3years ago. I went from a gouging $200/mth rogers contract to a $40/cell phone and $200/yr TV service. Just calculate those savings! You can do it too!!
-
mike walsh (@mikewal16285187) reported@RogersHelps @MathesonJMT Also 2 hours when my internet speed went from 100 to 1. Obviously despite the rather lame deflection from the problem, you dont have enough teams or your product sucks so bad, there will never be enough teams
-
Lars Nordgren (@Ingemar4910) reported@RogersHelps @LoveMy7Wood These are not helpful suggestions, and says you use AI to respond to real Customer concerns. Big failure!
-
Chelle (@traaashpanda) reportedIt’s wild to me that @Fidomobile, which is essentially @Rogers doesn’t have customer service on a Sunday? They’ll let you sign up for their services but if something goes wrong … get ****** :) No ported phone number means no calls. No text. No 2FA.
