@rogers trying to get my business back after refusing to stop charging me for a completely paid off phone for over a year is next level funny. Dishonest, scamming companies will never get my money. Why is there no class action lawsuit over this?

@Rogers will be going on 12 hours with no internet (and tv, because the ******* TV is OVER THE INTERNET) And the closest time to get a tech is tomorrow after 6. Their solution was “oops, guess you won’t have service until then” #dobetter

*sigh* @Rogers internet is down again for the second time today and the third time in two days. Seriously, what gives? I pay all my bills on time and in full yet I have no recourse for when I don’t get service.

@RogersHelps @etsstokes We had to cancel our Rogers services. Increases in prices with service issues where we live. Switched to a more reliable service who also provides a much lower monthly cost

This will be my third and last time posting this. If no response from @rogers, I will file a complaint with the @CRTCeng. Thanks to CRTC for reaching out with the complaints process... Ok. This might seem petty or not worth it. I feel this is a necessary fight to engage in.

@RogersHelps I would love to connect with others in #Toronto #Canada who are having the same issues with @RogersHelps. If anyone could recommend a reliable #internet service, I would appreciate it. Paying what I pay for service I can not enjoy can not be justified.
