Wow been a @Rogers customer for close to 15yrs and I have never gotten any kind of loyalty deal…until now! 😒one day off, IF I travel somewhere during that time.

@RogersHelps multiple days with intermittent internet issues and down detector has loads of people reporting errors yet I’ve not gotten a single message from rogers about a fix. Paying this much for such a crap service is getting annoying.

@the_hutchery @RogersHelps Thanks for the advice. Already did that twice last night but it seems to be some kind of outage or service issue in my area based on what they told . It could be impacting my speeds even though the wifi just normally disconnects when there's an outage
