@RogersHelps It was an upgrade to faster internet that included Disney, Netflix and Apple, but the log in for Xfinity won’t work, can’t add a new email as one is already associated to the account. Your advisors said it’s a software issue.

@RogersHelps Your own outrage map says there is a service disruption that will be resolved in an hour. It's been saying that all day. It's now 1:15 am and there's still no service and it still says the service will be restored in an hour....

@RogersHelps What is the best number to call for technical support where I don’t have to listen to 100 different menu options.

@tobi @Rogers This is a user-reported service disruption highlighting how carrier or network updates can sometimes unintentionally break common device features like hotspot tethering, which then directly impacts real-world usability @tobi

@RogersHelps I have reported this issue to tech-support many times. They change my equipment, then they tell me everything in my unit is fine and that there’s a problem with Service into the building. Then they say they fixed that but it’s still happening. Why?

@DaleDisill @MapleLeafs @Rogers They don't give a **** what you want there a multi billion dollar company they don't care what you have to say

@Rogers Your customer service has gone downhill and bricking the worst in Canada. I have been trying to place a move request but multiple 1 hour long calls and holds I am giving up. Looks like I need to go to someone else

@RogersHelps The payment arrangement should take priority over the autopayment. Thats how it worked with Telus and how it should be working with every network provider. However, given that you’re all the same anyways, can’t say I’m surprised. I will be exploring my options. Horrible 1st month
