    @RogersHelps You are basically trying to force people to upgrade to take the internet service if they don't already have it. If you truly are pushing value, then offer a Ignite TV offer that is NOT bundled with internet services.

    @Rogers worst company I ever seen in my life, please do not choose rogers, they will charge you for the service that you are not going to use if you travelling out of canada. They will force you to pay.

    @RogersHelps is there any ETA on whatever it is going on in Kitchener? 3 days of intermittent disconnects. All I ever get told is that it's an "ongoing outage"
