Wow been a @Rogers customer for close to 15yrs and I have never gotten any kind of loyalty deal…until now! 😒one day off, IF I travel somewhere during that time.

@RogersHelps our internet has been down for several hours though modem gateway shows connected. Have unplugged several times - still no joy. Down detector shows many, many having the same issue with Gateway showing online but no wifi network. Can't get through to Rogers at all.

@Rogers After hours on the phone and MULTIPLE errors. It’s quite clear that there are issues with staying with your service. Let’s not forget to mention the blackout as well.
