    @RogersHelps Spent almost two hours between your chat and call center because I thought that my account had been compromised. Everything seems okay but a lot of damage can be done in two hours. I miss Shaw so much.

    @RogersHelps Is there a problem as to why Rogers is unable to provide uninterrupted service for television? I have been unable to watch The Masters or the Orion landing without experiencing constant blackouts. It is beyond frustrating.

    @caldernet @Rogers Have gotten 6 air duct cleaning calls in the past two days. All come from numbers call display shows as having the first six digits as mine. Have just started pressing the screen call button and letting my phone slow them down

    @RogersHelps You made the choice. 14 days to resolve this issue. I called multiple times to resolve and you were full of promises until someone decided I could no longer speak to your reps. You needed my husband’s input prior to telling me where the router was. Not state secrets, a router.
