    @FredGar68553059 @Rogers @Sportsnet You’re an idiot

  • MrNewbie MrNewbie (@MrNewbie) reported

    @erik_c @Rogers @TekSavvyBuzz Them, EBox, Start -- I'm probably switching to one of them in Sept. I bounce from provider to provider to get their "new customer" promo rate each year. I do respect what Tek does regarding advocating for sanity wrt various CRTC policy decisions, but I respect my wallet more. 1/2

    @Rogers it’s been 2 days with no internet in my area. The customer support solution does not have any idea when the service will be restored. This is affecting our job. On the worst Rogers mobile data for 2 days and losing all data we have.

  • Tutor_Chris Christine McCullough (@Tutor_Chris) reported

    @Rogers My internet has been down for hours. And it has sucked for weeks. This fancy "Ignite" service is not worth what I am paying for it. I need stable, reliable internet for work & my healthcare. So, when can I expect to have access to that?

  • AskMP Matthew Potter (@AskMP) reported

    @RogersHelps Yea, I had called and was offered the same response. Can no longer offer that solution… at the lowest option, it’s basically another plan anyway. So much from migrating my GF from a competitor to you. No need for DMs, if there was a good solution, it should be public knowledge.

  • Dashanddanimom Angela M (@Dashanddanimom) reported

    @Rogers claims that high speed internet is better than Bell. Mine was down 2 times this week. Lost half a day’s work and this morning service is down again.Real great service.

  • JenLM85 Jen (@JenLM85) reported

    Hey, @RogersHelps what’s the quickest, most painless way to cancel my cable? My bill is beyond ridiculous and I need to try to save somewhere. Thanks!

  • Maddison90210 Lindah (@Maddison90210) reported

    @RogersHelps TY, after numerous calls I have been escalated (2x).Hopefully tech will show up with a new box 2morrow.Point is, cust. service people are trying their best - it’s a bigger problem; we are paying for a service.Imagine going to a movie, and it fails - you would want money back?
