    @RogersHelps you suck.... Nobody should have to wait 2.5 min just to get out main menus and then to be told there is a 27 min wait to talk to someone? I'm gonna ignite this crappy ignite service for reel and watch it burn...

    @rogers I am completely dissatisfied with Brightstar device protection plan and I will be filing a claim against Rogers and Brightstar given the lack of response to rectify my issue. As a long-standing customer I am disgusted to be treated in this manner.
