@RogersHelps This experience is highly disappointing. If Rogers didn’t own the Blue Jays broadcast rights, I would have cancelled this service months ago.

@RogersHelps Hi, when trying to access Rogers on Demand, it tries to load but then the screen goes blank. I’ve tried rebooting the box, but this doesn’t correct the problem.

@RogersHelps Any chance someone could explain why your Ignite TV service continually drops the signal at my house? Your support tech assured me this morning at 10:30am that a ticket had been issued for this problem. And so far nothing, has been done to fix this.

Hey @Sportsnet and @RogersHelps. Trying to watch the Jays game. The audio doesn’t match up with the game play. Please. For goodness sakes, get your **** together. This app is atrocious. Everyday there’s an issue.

@KurtCiesla @SAndersonshpk @Rogers On my Virgin plan (got through Costco) the cost of the phone per month is billed separately from the cost for service per month, and will end automatically when the phone is paid for.
