    @garry_keller @Rogers Left Rogers for TV and internet 3 years ago because if service problems. Only have cell phones there since I don't want everything with one vendor.

    @Rogers I spent 1 1/2 hrs on the phone with Rogers today, yes they’ve issued a team to search for it, etc… that isn’t the point here, it’s been 2 months and I’ve paid $109.99 for it and demand a credit, this is now between Rogers & Canada Post, this is NOT how you treat customers

    @Rogers As a customer of 30 years and for example, from Feb 1, 2020 to Jan 31, 2021, I paid Rogers $5,716.44 and this is how I’m treated???

    @RogersHelps as of June 28th, upgraded to Ignite. As of today, this will be the 3rd tech coming out to tell us why our internet drops every single day and the modem reboots itself. 2 techs have confirmed its an outdoor problem yet it hasn't been escalated.

    @RogersHelps No internet 6th & Tottenham Rd for 4hours and I have a presentation I need to send. Rogers cell service is slow and I can’t even hot spot - any idea when this will be fixed? 😔

    Hey @Rogers stop calling me everyday in an attempt to rip me off. Offering me 5gb LESS a month on my plan for the same price I’m paying PLUS ADDING $60 a month for an iPhone 12 Pro Max that’ll be discounted in 3 months when the new one comes out is horrible business practice.

    @Rogers But this is between Rogers & Canada Post, I sent the box back with the info supplied to me by Rogers, charge CP the $109, not me. And what if the box is never recovered? None of this is on me

    Wasn’t able to see the final shot due to @RogersHelps dogwater tv and internet service. FIX YOUR GOD DAMN INTERNET! But either way, great win for Federer #Wimbledon #RogerFederer
