    @RogersHelps when at the lake I don’t get any service. My phone calls drop and can’t get text or messages,chatted with Rogers online and he said 2 upgrade my SIM card 2 5G kids went & the guy at Rogers in laughed at them and said that’s not going to do anything

    @RogersHelps Considering the outage affected people who aren't Rogers customers as well, Rogers should be compensating EVERYONE affected by the issue! A little transparency as to WHY this happened would be nice as well. Being a little vague there Rogers as to the readon for the outage.

    Love how my ISP fails time and time again "Canada's most reliable network" my *** Trying to make a living with one of my jobs requires internet Don't worry @Rogers I'll make sure to use the 16$ of credit you're giving us for the outage to buy myself dinner before I **** myself
