Hey @Rogers you said we get a day waived for service interruption but I don’t see anything on my bill?

@Rogers @RogersHelps may be the worst company in Canada. I’ve never received such awful service. They promised me a credit of two months for bad service. It’s in their notes. When I phone to ask where it is I was told “they aren’t going to honour it”. WTF. #CancelRogers

I never stopped being surprised by how awful @rogers is as a business. My dad died 2 months ago, and the SOLE company that we have issues with is Rogers. Cannot cancel a plan despite having all the documentation enough for Banks. My mom gets upsold when she tries to call. AWFUL.

@RogersHelps is home Internet and wireless data down in Toronto again? My home Internet has been down since this morning and I’ve been forced to use my wireless data for work. Now wireless is down too and I’ve used up all my max speed allotment.

@HamiltonPolice @HPSActionUnit @Rogers U would think w/cellular phones around 4 years now & technology advances, there would be a solution to this serious dilemma. If a cell’s location is turned on or if the 911 had Caller ID automatically for all calls received by 911 that it could register the # of the calls, no? KR

@Rogers is by far the worst company when it comes to internet and phone service. How can a company be worth so much yet leave customers unsatisfied so often? #youjustlostacustomer
