@RogersHelps I tried customer service at Rogers and Samsung, they both just didn't know what to do. 😕 they just said factory reset it, but I shouldn't have to do that. I need my photos in it. I think there's an actual glitch, just like the @SamsungMobile 7 that caught fire all the time.

@Rogers @Canucks So you want me, a longtime, Rogers customer to sign up and agree to recieve more spam phone calls and nauseating ads just to get Canucks tix. Give your customers a break. I would think and expect you to know that most if not all of us have had enough of that 'privilege'. 🙄
