    @RogersHelps I tried customer service at Rogers and Samsung, they both just didn't know what to do. 😕 they just said factory reset it, but I shouldn't have to do that. I need my photos in it. I think there's an actual glitch, just like the @SamsungMobile 7 that caught fire all the time.

    @RogersHelps Doesn't make sense, I put down my correct password... it wouldn't let me get past that at all. it doesn't even ask which password it needs, Samsung, Google or Rogers etc. 😕 something's wrong with the phone and I even gave authority for whoever it is to access my phone.

    @RogersHelps it's now been over 5 hrs since our whole network went down in Mississauga L5V region today. Yesterday it was down for a few hours too, and the week before etc... Why am I wasting all my money having bundles with rogers if I don't get service or answers to issues?

    @RogersHelps @jennilass My internet is down as well! Area L6B. This is the second time in less than 2 months. Your customer service representative said it can take 1-2 hours or up to 6 hours to fix. Please fix immediately as we work from home. Please check DM for account details.

    @Rogers How about letting customers know if there is a outage for over 4 hours!! No communications.. no estimates for connections to come .. just keeping us in dark and work day spoiled ..

    I can’t believe my service from Rogers- all anyone wants is affordable and reliable internet and Rogers DOES NOT supply that. They don’t respect their customers and continuously make promises they can’t keep. Very disappointed as I unplug my router nightly. Fix this @Rogers

    @RogersHelps I’m beyond frustrated with #RogersInternet Called support for disconnection request on my account, had $0 balance. Ending the call after 3 hrs with $796 balance and absolutely no resolution. Interaction ID - I1843612179 | Is this the kind of support we expect?
