Where I Walk... π¨π¦ (@whereiwalkphoto) reported from Carleton Place, Ontario@RogersHelps I tried customer service at Rogers and Samsung, they both just didn't know what to do. π they just said factory reset it, but I shouldn't have to do that. I need my photos in it. I think there's an actual glitch, just like the @SamsungMobile 7 that caught fire all the time.

Where I Walk... π¨π¦ (@whereiwalkphoto) reported from Carleton Place, Ontario@RogersHelps Doesn't make sense, I put down my correct password... it wouldn't let me get past that at all. it doesn't even ask which password it needs, Samsung, Google or Rogers etc. π something's wrong with the phone and I even gave authority for whoever it is to access my phone.

Arbutus Running Fox (@xuanyuanxiaohei) reportedI called Rogers on June 22 to cancel my internet effective July 2. Rogers sent me a gateway return label on June 23 and confirmed receipt on July 13. On July 15, I was billed again and told there was no cancellation request on file. Always get written confirmation. @Rogers

Dman (@mcmanus17) reported@RogersHelps any updates or info on the Shaw Internet outage in north Edmonton?
-
La Jefa (@MzDaviis) reported@Rogers if you stop laying off your employees then maybe your customer service would be better waiting to talk to someone for an hour and 29 mins is OUTRAGEOUS - for a call that last 10min To make it worst the person was rude! A bunch of YAHOOS!! Get it together!
-
ΰ¨― (@Yuvrajsv1rk) reported@MikeDelpieroX @RogersHelps @Rogers Thanks Mike, I think so I have to go with CCTS. Im so disappointed with the service even after paying the high price for higher speed. Well, thatβs what happens when thereβs no competition.
-
Jeffrey Brinson, Ed.D. π (@JeffreyBrinson) reported@MikeDelpieroX @RogersHelps @Rogers Iβll be reaching out to Bell following my call to see what they have to offer. Also to the CCTS to ask about options of getting out of a contract due to poor service. If Bell will offer me a significant enough discount, I might eat the cancellation fee.

KilconaVC (@KilconaVC) reported@RogersHelps Iβve rebooted my router about 100 times in the past few months. These kind of issues I expected in the advent of wireless services. Not in the present day. Prior to your takeover of Shaw I had to reboot my router almost never.
-
Rob the π¨π¦ Cubs Fan (@CDN_Rob24) reported@RogersHelps As I said, I called, they were no help. Isn't your chat just Anna the bot? There used to be a time when whomever was running the Twitter account could help.
-
Ian Prittie π¨π¦ πΊπΈ π·πΊ (@thereds8) reported@REWoman @Rogers They are horrid
-
Jeffrey Brinson, Ed.D. π (@JeffreyBrinson) reported@MikeDelpieroX @RogersHelps @Rogers So I got disconnected (seems convenient) and called back. To get through, I called the new product line. Picked up right away. Of course they couldnβt handle my request so Iβm back in the cue. 28 minutes. So 2 hours so far to get a resolution.
