@RogersBiz continually push customers away with their poor customer service. We returned a router, have the receipt from Canada Post for the return & they tried to charge us for the router even with proof of the return. When clients ask for referrals, it will no longer be Rogers

@RogersHelps I know what happened. You charged me 120 a month for 50 gb because I’m in a rural area. Your unlimited infinite plans are 110...and you proceeded to **** me after 5 days. That’s why this customer@canceled your service first week and will never be back. Spent hours on the phone

@RogersHelps hello I've been having problems with one of my tv boxes so today i exchanged it for another and im still experiencing the same problem. It will not go past channel 5 when its loading and booting. I tried another box from another tv and it is fine.
@RogersHelps once again, I’m paying for things I’m not getting. Ignite 300 internet speed and currently I’m getting less than 10 on 3 different servers. Ongoing issue that @RogersHelps has not resolved. #ridiculous
