Where I Walk... 🇨🇦 (@whereiwalkphoto) reported from Carleton Place, Ontario

@RogersHelps Doesn't make sense, I put down my correct password... it wouldn't let me get past that at all. it doesn't even ask which password it needs, Samsung, Google or Rogers etc. 😕 something's wrong with the phone and I even gave authority for whoever it is to access my phone.

  • CathyACummings
CathyACummings (she/her) (@CathyACummings) reported from Mississippi Mills, Ontario

@RogersHelps I went down that rabbit hole earlier in the week for 5 hours with zero resolution, so no, I won't be doing that.

Where I Walk... 🇨🇦 (@whereiwalkphoto) reported from Carleton Place, Ontario

@RogersHelps I tried customer service at Rogers and Samsung, they both just didn't know what to do. 😕 they just said factory reset it, but I shouldn't have to do that. I need my photos in it. I think there's an actual glitch, just like the @SamsungMobile 7 that caught fire all the time.

@RogersHelps Hi, the picture was going the same as Todd's screenshot was as I was watching the Montreal game last night, hopefully it will be resolved by the Saturday night hockey game. I went on X to see if anyone else was having the same issues.

  • WhoCntrl
    iVu (@WhoCntrl) reported

@RogersHelps This does not help. I am the account holder who visited the store myself with all the identification still, the store executive was telling me that the so called system is saying verification declined without even verifying anything.

  • acethecat
    DidiH (@acethecat) reported

@RogersHelps @uncut_jurist Neither wifi or cell service was working. Hard to check anything

  • W_Goddard

@JeffreyBannon @Rogers I love the fact that they are offering employees buyouts and at the same time growing staffing in Morrocco because the average employee working in customer service gets paid about $1000 per month ...

  • JeffreyBannon
    Jeffrey Bannon (@JeffreyBannon) reported

Hands down the worst attempt at any level of service is @Rogers From the daily phone calls that get rude when they don’t like what they hear to over 30 min on hold! A telecommunications company makes you wait over 30 min on the phone! Customer service is dead at Rogers!

  • ChemicalHolly
    Chemical Holly🍀 🇨🇦🇬🇧 🇺🇸 (@ChemicalHolly) reported

@islgalwrites @Rogers we were told that a tech would take a couple of weeks (with no service), so my IT-Tech son diagnosed the problem, told the dude on the phone that he was qualified, to just give him the passwords and he'd fix it himself. HUGE NEGATIVE!! But our priority got bumped.

  • laurenrjacobs
    ✡Lauren Jacobs✡ (@laurenrjacobs) reported

@RogersHelps I don't have the device because customer care can't seem to help or understand what I want.

  • boomrs
    SMB🇨🇦 (@boomrs) reported

@Rogers I recently upgraded my plan, and now can’t access subscriptions through Roger’s due to what you are telling me is a software glitch and there is no work around. I have spent hours with your help desk! Anyone else??

  • NareshAjwani2
    Naresh Ajwani 🇨🇦 (@NareshAjwani2) reported

@RogersHelps A customer should not have to act as a bridge between your customer care and business teams. The constant back-and-forth feels like being treated as a football rather than a valued customer.
