Rogers Issues Reports Near Almonte, Ontario

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Almonte and nearby locations:

  • whereiwalkphoto Where I Walk... 🇨🇦 (@whereiwalkphoto) reported from Carleton Place, Ontario

@RogersHelps Doesn't make sense, I put down my correct password... it wouldn't let me get past that at all. it doesn't even ask which password it needs, Samsung, Google or Rogers etc. 😕 something's wrong with the phone and I even gave authority for whoever it is to access my phone.

  • whereiwalkphoto Where I Walk... 🇨🇦 (@whereiwalkphoto) reported from Carleton Place, Ontario

@RogersHelps I tried customer service at Rogers and Samsung, they both just didn't know what to do. 😕 they just said factory reset it, but I shouldn't have to do that. I need my photos in it. I think there's an actual glitch, just like the @SamsungMobile 7 that caught fire all the time.

  • CathyACummings CathyACummings (she/her) (@CathyACummings) reported from Mississippi Mills, Ontario

@RogersHelps I went down that rabbit hole earlier in the week for 5 hours with zero resolution, so no, I won't be doing that.

  • MrJR0986 Mr. J.R. (@MrJR0986) reported from Carleton Place, Ontario

@Rogers is there a service outage in the Lanark County/Ottawa area? #rogers

  • pozpiggy86 Chris P Bacon (@pozpiggy86) reported

@Rogers @RogersHelps What the actual F*** is wrong with your customer service? I don't know how many times I have told them I NEED A ******* TROUBLE TICKET, and they're stubborn and following a script that can't help me! Get your **** together Rogers! @fanCRTCProfling

  • pozpiggy86 Chris P Bacon (@pozpiggy86) reported

@Rogers @RogersHelps Your technical support us USELESS. What part of I NEED TO FILE A TROUBLE TICKET do you not ******* understand?

  • BeaversAdvocate The Beaver (@BeaversAdvocate) reported

@Bell_Support Is there another number to call for tech support aside from calling 310-BELL?? One that won’t try to upsell me? lol... I mean I’m happy for the most part. That was a huge failing of @RogersBiz - they solicited their existing clients into wanting to leave lol

  • CodyYoshida Cody (@CodyYoshida) reported

@RogersHelps ...the most they can with this pandemic going on but it's tough to do so. If you have to get more people on board or upgrade servers to fix the problem, just do that! You have the money and power to do it so what's stopping you?

  • Twittytwit15 Twittytwit (@Twittytwit15) reported

@RogersHelps Hi, can anyone at Rogers help me understand the internet bill I received? I can't understand any of it, and it's obvious a lot overpriced. Spent 2 hours on the phone but no one picks up.

  • LMalvolio Lord Malvolio (@LMalvolio) reported

@jp_casino @RogersHelps This cyborgman is correct. My gigabit home internet service is down. I’m presenting in meetings shortly and the cellular signal varies pretty wildly, making it an unattractive option.

  • DaveGatsby DaveGatsby (@DaveGatsby) reported from Markham, Ontario

@RogersHelps It is an awfully long time. It is also awful customer service for a long time loyal customer to experience, especially from your higher ups. I guess there is a long queue of people before me who have been scammed by @Rogers.

  • Ilv2et ilv2et (@Ilv2et) reported

@Rogers It's to bad it only works good 98% of the months.

  • pozpiggy86 Chris P Bacon (@pozpiggy86) reported

@Rogers @RogersHelps You have hands down the most TERRIBLE foreign customer support on the face of the earth. They run off a script, but if there's a problem that isn't found in your script, they are useless. I JUST NEED A ******* TROUBLE TICKET FOR AN EMAIL ACCOUNT FFS!

  • Michluc92 Michluc (@Michluc92) reported

@RogersHelps The internet service is not working as intended again. Once. Again. Send the guy over to fix the nodes. I am reading the packet loss with pingplotter. same issue as last time. Can't stream, can't work and nothing matters anymore.
