Where I Walk... ๐จ๐ฆ (@whereiwalkphoto) reported from Carleton Place, Ontario@RogersHelps Doesn't make sense, I put down my correct password... it wouldn't let me get past that at all. it doesn't even ask which password it needs, Samsung, Google or Rogers etc. ๐ something's wrong with the phone and I even gave authority for whoever it is to access my phone.

I need my photos in it. I think there's an actual glitch, just like the @SamsungMobile 7 that caught fire all the time.

Ranjan Soni (@_RanjanSoni) reported@RogersHelps All I need is the wifi calling isnโt working. When I turn it on I get a message to call your number (which I wonโt do again). I have tried Anna but itโs useless. This should have been a simple solution not requiring me to spend hours waiting for an agent.

The only time you guys are interested in putting an outbound call to a customer is when they leave. I got three of them last week after I left, one of them promised that I would not be getting a bill for anything.

But general telco services have gotten very affordable and high quality in Canada. For example, plans are now in the $30-50 range for unlimited talk, text, and 100 GB of data. Iโm not sure why youโre complaining. Where are you getting better service?

I have been a customer since 2001. This has never happened, unless I'm calling at like 7pm when people were adding Crave so they could watch GoT.
