    @Flags2J yeeeup and haaaa.... even my cell phone wasn't working and everything on my end was not changed ๐Ÿ™„got three important calls and not a single alert and 4hrs later, I got a handful of txts clearly late, along with two calls from yesterday, geeezee @Rogers fix yer system! smh!

    @RogersHelps I went down that rabbit hole earlier in the week for 5 hours with zero resolution, so no, I won't be doing that.

    @RogersHelps Doesn't make sense, I put down my correct password... it wouldn't let me get past that at all. it doesn't even ask which password it needs, Samsung, Google or Rogers etc. ๐Ÿ˜• something's wrong with the phone and I even gave authority for whoever it is to access my phone.

    @RogersHelps I tried customer service at Rogers and Samsung, they both just didn't know what to do. ๐Ÿ˜• they just said factory reset it, but I shouldn't have to do that. I need my photos in it. I think there's an actual glitch, just like the @SamsungMobile 7 that caught fire all the time.

    @RogersHelps i also donโ€™t understand why it takes me literal hours on hold (on the phone or online, doesnโ€™t matter) to get a human representative, yet i get a reply on twitter within minutes? just cancel it for me here!

    @RogersHelps I experienced such issue for the first time where obly one mobile phone doesn't have network (with no phone related problem) and Service providers can't explain the issue adequately nor an assurance on if it will happen again.

    @RogersHelps No but I've had an ongoing issue that hasnt been resolved and it's been 6 months and your company has done zero to remedy it. First yo I send me a faulty phone, then you lose it while being repaired. This has been going on since October. Absolutely ridiculous

    @Rogers I would think the Accessibility Canada Act would supersede the Energy Efficiency Act. I will be contacting my MP. I will never purchase @Rogers for my own home for sure!

    @MapleLeafs @Rogers cut the **** and get serious. build a contender and tell Ed Rogers and temu Pelley to stay ******** out of having anything to do with the Leafs hockey operation and hire actual seasoned and successful operating hockey guys, no more stooges or DEI promotions.

    @Rogers I am writing to raise a concern about an overcharge on my account that has not been resolved. A client manager assured me the issue would be fixed, but no action was taken. Instead, I am now being asked to pay the full amount and threatened with service interruption.

    @Rogers internet has been down in Toronto Beaches area since this afternoon. Repair time keeps being pushed back. I hope they actually have people working on it. My neighbour uses rogers, my provider uses rogers - now my long weekend plans are in disarray. An update would help.

    @RogersHelps Many times over it went to the CCTS and I'm still waiting and I sent an email to the ombudsman. 10 years as a loyal customer and this is how Roger's treats its customers. I left and went to bell and now they want to charge me an early termination fee for a phone they lost.

    @Rogers @RogersHelps Im very disappointed here with your service my home wifi had been down for 2 days and called for help and still not working a technician came change few wires and said it was a back end problem why am I paying bill if im not getting my service working
