@RogersHelps I tried customer service at Rogers and Samsung, they both just didn't know what to do. 😕 they just said factory reset it, but I shouldn't have to do that. I need my photos in it. I think there's an actual glitch, just like the @SamsungMobile 7 that caught fire all the time.

All my memories, my photos and everything are gone or “blown into the wind” all I wanted was my screen to be repaired. If I knew this would happen yes, I would of backed up my phone but who would expect this to happen? Absolutely horrible and poor performance on @Rogers

@MikePMoffatt @Rogers Had same problem. The signal is *****. Every time we complained they would send a technician who would like clockwork say nothing is wrong. But when I increased our bandwidth, like magic problem solved.
