    @RogersHelps It is down here in Nova Scotia. It is looked to be down fall customers. Change your statement. Will it be refund for us for the service you have failed to provide?

    @RogersHelps No it is not some it is all of your customers, without WiFi (from different providers) we wouldn't even be able to tweet here. Good luck Rogers I sure hope you're ready to reimburse your customers with a few free months of service.

    @RogersHelps Here'a a tip for your communications team: Be more transparent about the issue. Have you identified the root cause? Or are you still looking for one? An ETA would be nice, and if you don't have one, say that and commit to providing routine updates (i.e every 4 hours).
