@Rogers customer service leaves MUCH to desire. Received an offer on Weds. Called back to accept on Thursday and they had no record of the offer. Spoke to manager today, who RUDELY just quoted Roger's right to rescind offers even though that was never shared at the time.

@Sportsnet @RogersHelps The new app launched early October, and it hasn't fixed it's constant buffering, frame skipping and server errors in many devices, there is even a twitter account called @snNOWsucks

@ThePuRRRBlog @RogersHelps Hoping your issue was resolved! It takes so long to even get a simple update re; an outage or work being done in the area. Mine is finally up and running but it’s been days of connectivity issues.

@RogersHelps I still get that message. Call, press one for new service and then the message that my call cannot be completed as dialed. Really want to discuss switching to Rogers, but you guys are making it impossible.

@RogersHelps if you guys had a network admin write a paragraph or a few bullets on what to expect when running a *nix router with the modem in bridge mode, eg: • ifconfig mediaopts + mtu • why frame errors • ipv6/dhcpv6 passthrough that would probably eliminate a few support calls
