@Rogers I have reached out, was told my ip address would be unblocked. Still not working. This is second game in a row I don't have access to, while the "what can I watch" tool tells me I should be able to watch on NHL Live.

@RogersHelps I love being on hold to FINALLY speak w/an agent who says he can’t help bc I’m an #IGNITE customer . I asked if I had an option for #IGNITE and I DID NOT. stop the BS and be better. Most people only call a few times a year - the wait & crappy CS is not acceptable.

@RogersHelps No, it’s not an Apple TV issue. All other apps work fine, but the CNN app isn’t receiving the authentication info from Rogers (or other Canadian providers). Since CNN wrote the app, they are the ones that can fix it. Since I but the service from Rogers, you can get CNN to fix it.

Hey @RogersHelps I finally gave up on my modem and switched for a new one. Activated my wifi but the 5g network is not showing. Can you dm me how I fix that?

  • HNHughson Dr Heather Hughson (@HNHughson) reported

@David_Moscrop @RogersHelps I spent many, many hours researching how to bring my cell phone bill below $100/mo and still receive decent service in rural areas and a reasonable amount of data. That's the best combo I found, by far.

  • louissssssse Lou (@louissssssse) reported

  • ritzyrita84 Rita (@ritzyrita84) reported

So annoyed with @RogersHelps at the moment third time within two months my Internet is down! I work from home and it’s very disruptive having to connect with my work cell phone to use the internet.

  • DragonYee88 Yee Chung John (@DragonYee88) reported

@Rogers WTF is wrong with your On Demand service??? Once AGAIN every time I try to watch a selected program, NO MATTER WHICH NETWORK - the program stops and won't play even if I click on start over from start!!! Seriously thinking of cancelling my subscription as this is BS!!!
