    @RogersHelps Funny how a public tweet gets a response within 10 minutes, but the requested DM has been sitting there for 30 minutes with no acknowledgment whatsoever. Customer service fail.

    @NascarWeeWee @Rogers Us too. However bell fiber seems like the most reliable option. We were with bell for years but decided to go with virgin until it got unstable too. Went to rogers was all good but prices skyrocketed and quality declined. We are in a basement so finding good wifi is hard lol

    @411mommabearr @Rogers I absolutely loathe Bell. They are the worst of them all. But paying high prices, burning through my data, makes me start looking around.

    I've had three modems. I'm trying to watch this UFC event and the internet has cut out 9 times now. I can't stream for anything. And no matter how many times I call they keep telling me the internet works. Yea if I reset it every couple hours. @Rogers

    @RogersHelps So, sat down to look into a few things Nice rep pointed out I could FINALLY get rid of my Eeros fee which I would never have had if cust serv had properly probed my needs. Everything worked fine on VIP w/out Ignite. Anyhow, waited 30mins on transfer 2 tech-gave up

    @RogersHelps @ryancollins_dev So then maybe not have such bad service that box has to auto reboot twice in the middle of it. Always something with Rogers.
