    @RogersHelps This is email from my phone. Works on browsers. All my other emails work. I just can’t send from Shaw says out going server repair. I even reset my password thinking it would help. I do not want to have to delete my account and re add I have a Shaw email - customer & mobile

    Waited 2hours 08 minutes to get help from @Rogers, no answer and the call was disconnected. Wouaw, no words to describe the experience!!!!!!!!

    @RogersHelps The tutorial you have online says that I should be able to do it without visiting a store. Old phone won't respond to to one... eSIMs are convenient at first but this is garbage trying to change to a new phone.
