    @Rogers absolutely abysmal customer support - Anna is too stupid to realize there's more than mobile technical support, I wait anyway and the CSR is fine but transfers me to the right department which never answers. 3x now, I'm tired of wasting my time with this crap. FIX YOUR ****!

    @RogersHelps at it again. No one in my household can currently not receive or make phone calls. Can't even call @Rogers for tech help because the call just drops. Service at it's finest

    Getting a lot of reports of @rogers outage which seems wide spread - at least in Ontario. Calls failing to complete at high rate.

    9/9 ...It must be OUR end somewhere, we'll look into it - it's not at your end though.", and I never hear from them again!!!! You've read my previous reports on this. @Rogers DOESN'T CARE ABOUT DISABLED ELDERLY PEOPLE - and they LIE about their level of 'care'!

    @RogersHelps To add to this, we’re in a heatwave, & cus the internet has been down, we haven’t been able to configure our smart thermostat. Not only couldn’t I WFH but our house is hot asf too. You’re quick to charge extra fees, yet your support and service are terrible

    @RogersHelps It is literally only affecting me and my neighbour. I’m on with tech support right now and they’re trying to tell me there is no outage in that area but LITERALLY YES THERE IS

    Great to see Rogers cheering on Team Canada. 🇨🇦 It would also be great if loyal customers trying to cancel a line didn’t have to sit on hold for over an hour. Customer service should be as strong as our team. @RogersHelps

    @RogersHelps @Rogers my Internet isn’t working, I checked the outage online and it says there’s none. I already restarted my modem and there are rogers truck in the area? So not sure what the issue is
