@Trevornoah Took me more than 2 months to cancel my @Rogers internet. Cost a couple hundred dollars for service I never used but at least I am done with them now. Flying a dragon to Mordor would have been faster and easier.

@Rogers according to the policy at rogers, they can do anything they want to any account they want. All they have to do is send an email. It doesn’t matter if it is received, viewed, or replied to. Thats it. Worst customer service ever #whatajoke

I’m waiting on the phone for @Rogers customer service at the moment. Whoever got the contract for the “please hold music” gave them a FIRE folder. I can hear the sub through the phone 💨💨💨
