    @RogersHelps I’m done chasing Roger’s and if I get harassed about a balance owing not only will the issue be escalated , but a lawsuit will follow

    @RogersHelps We can’t connect cause the account is connected to a condo corp so we are in never never land. Queue just hit 62 minutes. We can’t put in the account number and since our phones aren’t with Rogers (thankfully) it doesn’t recognize number.

    Second month back with @Rogers and I'm already regretting it. Why have I been on hold twice for over 20 mins and can't speak to ANYONE??? So tempted to cancel my contract already.

    @RogersHelps I only have 1 system for TV. It is not a recent event, the channel always has been poor quality video.

    I was wondering if @RogersHelps could advise as why on Xfinity box the Fox Sports 234 is so pixalated like old dial up. Been that way all the time. Is it a Fox issue?
