    Glad I’m not @Rogers customer. I dumped them long ago. They’ll give 2 days of credit to customers. Imagine running a retail store and loosing two days of business. How much is that compared to prorated 2 days of internet credit. @CRTCeng has to act. Wait! They were didn’t too lol

    @RogersHelps I’m very disappointed by the service no one willing to help. Provided clear instructions to the representative but still not able the tailor the issue… worst service received…spoke to couple of agents seems like they have meager knowledge about the technology.

    Ok so I thought by returning my @SamsungMobile S22 ultra to @Rogers and getting a lower end phone would be good for my bill but this Samsung a03s phone is pure garbage. Way too slow and laggy, YouTube videos are like 15 fps, no fast charging, no always on display I'm going back

    @Rogers come on, the lagging internet is lame at this point. If it’s not temporarily offline or a black out, it’s always lagging. The service is getting worse.

    @RogersHelps this is ridiculous, internet has been down since early evening and I can’t do any work. Your CEO went on and on about being reliable after the big outage. Unacceptable. You’re doing a great job pushing us to another carrier.

    @RogersHelps I have been trying to get a problem fixed for a year now- I bought a phone and yet I keep paying for monthly finance. I have called 10 different times over the past year and they say it will be fixed and then nothing.I need it to be fixed and I want to close my acc.

    @Bell_Support I Ported my number from @Rogers to Bell, but most of the services are not working like Wi-Fi calling voiceover LTE no text messages sending or receiving not working of caller ID. I already have the ticket number calling from two days but no one helping me.
