    Glad I’m not @Rogers customer. I dumped them long ago. They’ll give 2 days of credit to customers. Imagine running a retail store and loosing two days of business. How much is that compared to prorated 2 days of internet credit. @CRTCeng has to act. Wait! They were didn’t too lol

    @Rogers I lost count at how many tickets and techs have been issued in the last 2 years that this has been ongoing. The biggest part of the problem now is that your DHCP server is dying and often does not respond anymore.

    Why on earth did @RogersHelps make my life so difficult when I was attempting to report a payment. Between their website not working, their joke of a phone system, and then reporting it via my phone browser but being told I was authorized to do that. I had words.

    . @Rogers @RogersBiz on the phone on hold for over an hour for a plan change to fix a bug. No option to for call back. Thats the very definition of a bad service.

    @RogersHelps since 12pm with no internet, it says the network outage in my area is “in progress” every hour and never resolved but you guys don’t miss a minute to over charge for your horrible service.

    @RogersHelps Many times over it went to the CCTS and I'm still waiting and I sent an email to the ombudsman. 10 years as a loyal customer and this is how Roger's treats its customers. I left and went to bell and now they want to charge me an early termination fee for a phone they lost.

    @Rogers I have been charged for activation fee which was supposed to be waived off. Your rep assured me that they will send me a link and I will have dispute through that link. Never received that link.

    @Rogers I’m fed up now. I’ve made several calls I’ve been patient but the wifi has been coming and going since Feb 6th your staff continues to tell myself and neighbours your working on. Get in touch fix it tomorrow or we have all decided we switching to Bell enough is enough!

    @RogersHelps I experienced such issue for the first time where obly one mobile phone doesn't have network (with no phone related problem) and Service providers can't explain the issue adequately nor an assurance on if it will happen again.
