Glad I’m not @Rogers customer. I dumped them long ago. They’ll give 2 days of credit to customers. Imagine running a retail store and loosing two days of business. How much is that compared to prorated 2 days of internet credit. @CRTCeng has to act. Wait! They were didn’t too lol

@Rogers My parents called Rogers asking why our internet was down, and their response? They 'Knew' we had a Virus and said we are a threat to the network and they had removed our internet access until the virus was quarantined/removed. I **** you not, I am not making this up.

@acoyne It's Sunday morning, 10 July, and while @Rogers is working, its internet is very slow and television channels are either unavailable or too choppy to watch. Something is still very wrong.

@GWA1960 @Rogers I'm glad you have Netflix - I guess you must have internet or it wouldn't stream. It seems like ignite tv is the biggest problem everywhere. My cell service went down for a bit yesterday too! #timetoswitchprovider
