Glad I’m not @Rogers customer. I dumped them long ago. They’ll give 2 days of credit to customers. Imagine running a retail store and loosing two days of business. How much is that compared to prorated 2 days of internet credit. @CRTCeng has to act. Wait! They were didn’t too lol

@Rogers So phone broke; looking for a new one. TWENTY PLUS year Customer and they suggest there's a $50 activation fee - did say i could avoid by upgrading on line but still ....Happy nickle and diming even loyal clients.... NOTHING EXTRA, Even after an extended national outage.

@RogersHelps I did which resulted in a service call and they replaced the cable coming into my house. I haven't received any follow up from Rogers and the issue is not fixed.
