Glad I’m not @Rogers customer. I dumped them long ago. They’ll give 2 days of credit to customers. Imagine running a retail store and loosing two days of business. How much is that compared to prorated 2 days of internet credit. @CRTCeng has to act. Wait! They were didn’t too lol

@rodmickleburgh @Rogers Every issue somehow ends with you demanding someone else fix it. Government, taxpayers, neighbourhoods… always someone else.

@AverageDudeRHT @Rogers It's July and still they haven't changed it. It's so annoying. @Rogers change the god damn app icon. You got no right to change icons on my personal phone.

@RogersHelps Stop trying to pass the buck! I was a Shaw customer years and never received a single marketing call. NOT ONE. Since @Rogers acquired Shaw the calls starting coming and won’t stop no matter how many times I have requested them to cease. You need to lose your license!

@Rogers I see my total bill is going up $14 + tax ($7 internet, $5 each phone) Before I switch to Bell what can you do to help bring my plan costs lower? Especially since I'm in disability. ( I already get the disability tax credit discount)

  • khan_anwari
    Khan (@khan_anwari) reported

@RogersHelps No, because you don't offer options for customers who just want to buy a phone while keeping their current plan. Your customer service agents always push us to change our plans to get a new device."

@RogersHelps I’ve done that. I’ve tried everything you can try and suggest. It comes down to crappy signal period. I’m not the only one who has this issue.
