    Glad I’m not @Rogers customer. I dumped them long ago. They’ll give 2 days of credit to customers. Imagine running a retail store and loosing two days of business. How much is that compared to prorated 2 days of internet credit. @CRTCeng has to act. Wait! They were didn’t too lol

    @rogers can kiss my **** with their “we’ll compensate for 24 hours” of 72+ hours of extreme sub standard service. You would think after their last NATIONWIDE ****** the legal implications would force a permanent change in that company? Nope. Still run by the same criminals.

    I proceed to go to @RogersHelps as a new customer and they're offering me a cheaper rate for a walk in customer than you guys offer for a loyal customer. When I explained that to your loyalty dept. I was told that's the best they can do. I find it appalling that a new customer

    @BrianSYYZ did you get help @RogersHelps. Intermittent drops in ignite service since yesterday in Stouffville. Keep being told it’s ok. Not ok !!!!!!

    @RogersHelps I DM you, it takes 30+ min of my time for your chat people to tell me either there's line noise or congestion on the network. You've replaced the modem twice, and the line from the house to the pole. No improvement.

    @Rogers please explain how when service was cancelled, equipment was returned and received the next day, a credit bill was issued the following month, then you lost the equipment, charged me for unretuned equipment, found the equipment when I questioned it and now can't provide
