    @RogersHelps @RogersBiz I wasted many hours on chat and call to do one simple request. Your all multiple department works like own company. For all services you have one website but after login you have very tightly coupled system. Whoever designed or architect, sorry for that

    @RogersHelps hi there. Our Rogers cable tv service is not functioning properly. The pvr works and on demand but no guide or other channels. Tried rebooting many times. Guelph Ontario. Please dm thanks
