@Going4theGreen @Rogers I was having problems as well with audio & video drops. I rebooted the gateway box, remove power. After restarting, I powered down smaller box and powered it back up. So far so good.

@RogersHelps So uh… what happened? An outage this big should have a cause, no? So what was it? What made your service go down and hold the country’s money hostage for over 12 hours? We deserve answers.

@rrmortiss @DossierCom @Rogers What did we do when the phone lines went down 30 years ago and we needed to call 911? Always have a plan. Don't be so entitled.

@andyboyce2404 @RogersHelps Respectfully if it's that significant you should set up a fail over connection with a second non Roger's ISP. When is been left up to me decision wise I've always done that though companies don't like to budget for it & often just accept that they'll lose a day every year or so

@Joyhenderson78 @RogersHelps FYI your home was unprotected during the outage. You should drop Rogers Smart Home Security (which your paying through the nose for) and get Ring

@michaelroberts @RogersHelps Haven't tried it yet today but it was totally crap last night. Tried calling Rogers but all I got was a recorded message then they hung up. Didn't even give me the option on waiting on the line.

@RogersHelps Things STILL are not functioning properly!! Intermittent service is affecting E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G (incl. things like Google, Play store, Galaxy Store, apps, etc. etc. PLUS it forced use of data and what about those who DON'T have data plan at all (ie: seniors, due to cost!)!😡
