    @RogersHelps Apparently it takes 1000 years to fix a cut wire. Internets been down since 10am and its 7pm. No other internet provider is doing this to their customers. FIX YOUR **** HURRY ******** UP you incompetent *****

    I’m a 30+ year @Rogers (business) customer and they txt me that my cell (or I sometimes) connects too frequently to the Rogers-EXT service (new @Bell antenna across the lake) and threatens me with restrictions to that service….smart marketing move Rogers. 🙄🤔

    @RogersHelps My internet has been down (>1mbps, can't load anything) for 2 days. Called yesterday & they told me it was due to AWS. AWS is up but Rogers is not! I've been on hold for 2 hours, DMed on Twitter, and tried the website chat; no responses! what do I have to do here?

    @RogersHelps on hold with Rogers billing department and expected wait time is 3 hours. How can a huge company like Rogers justify this and how can they never address this? Successful companies always aim to address their customers issues asap. I guess Rogers doesn’t feel that way

    @venkatragavan80 @RogersHelps They are swindling our money. They are gonna lie and say a wire was cut but it happens every week. Clearly an incompetent company. Switch to bell internet. Faster service and it doesn't disconnect every week. This companys known for swindling money like this

    @Wtimbers @RogersHelps I just called Rogers; It is confirmed that someone cut the wires somewhere and they are trying to fix it. They have no idea how long it might take.

    @RogersHelps 9 hours now and internet is still down. I cant wait to cancel my service.
