Since @RogersHelps bought @Shawhelp can I combine my cell phone and cable packages? Will I save money? I'm due for a phone upgrade, have hesitated switching phone to Shaw due to perceived decreased coverage and service.

Just tried to buy IGNITE from @Rogers Gave up after a two hour ordeal w “support”. Then received a text saying they’d scheduled a tech. When I tried to cancel (because I never asked for one) they wanted to put me through another 2 hour ordeal. Gonna dump the whole thing.

@RogersHelps can I get help? Recently switched to ignite through Pres. office. But I’m being charged for channels that are options in flex and as such, it won’t allow me to pick my channels to change from the default lineup you gave me.

They ask you to DM... after the 7th back and forth your automatically sent a customer satisfaction survey.... they should just tell you to switch to @Rogers

When will @rogers start paying me for my time. From my tenant: Leam. Please check The MyRogers. We have lost all network access like before the modem works fine. The MyRogers no longer has information showing as if they’ve canceled it again. This is urgent for my work. Thanks Ken
