@RogersHelps So yesterday I do an order for wireless home internet in your Chat. I get a conf# and promise of email w/i hour with appt time. No email. I call today & order was CANCELLED bc they phoned an old defunct # not the # I pay you for each month!? So they just cancel? WTF

@AboutRogers @Rogers Clearly you're amateurs at server and update deployment and did not test this in an environment in which you can isolate problems. Stop blaming Ericsson and take accountability.
