    @RogersHelps So yesterday I do an order for wireless home internet in your Chat. I get a conf# and promise of email w/i hour with appt time. No email. I call today & order was CANCELLED bc they phoned an old defunct # not the # I pay you for each month!? So they just cancel? WTF

    @RogersHelps I have a massive ongoing history with issues. I upgraded my modem to the ignite hub I can view from my phone... which I was assured would fix my issue, especially considering I work from home and lost hundreds of dollars from not being able to sign in. & still... it's always down

    @RogersHelps I have my wireless service with Rogers as well and because of this outage my data is getting drained and speed is very slow and reason I get from you is that traffic in the area is reducing the speed this affecting my work and who is going to bear the loss

    @RogersHelps Ignite internet snd TV has been down since this morning, it seems Rogers learned nothing after that embarrassing system outage last summer. Ill take my $600 per month Services to Bell, should have canceled last summer .

    @RogersHelps The only credit I got was $20 from the mass outage in the fall, and a tiny discount on service. Why shouldn't I go to @Bell? no one in my building has issues with them, and they've given me a massive incentive to sign with them. just wanted to avoid the new account set up, but...

    @RogersHelps furious! called to cancel Rogers after 15 years The rep I spoke t o said he could give me a great deal if I stay. Pricing was great so he switched me. Just found out without telling me he switched me to LTE. I'm reporting Rogers to the CRTC! #rogersfail #crtc
