  @RogersHelps So yesterday I do an order for wireless home internet in your Chat. I get a conf# and promise of email w/i hour with appt time. No email. I call today & order was CANCELLED bc they phoned an old defunct # not the # I pay you for each month!? So they just cancel? WTF

  @RogersHelps @RogersHelps I did not. I've been paying from my bank account for almost 10 years. If you guys have been charging my credit card that long then we have another serious problem. I tried calling you guys but as usual it said you guys were busy and hung up. Customer service 👍🏻

  @RogersHelps This number is not picking up with me as am outside Canada and the one for international calls no one is responding and I need to contact customer services to stop my mobile line as it is charging on me new bills every month and your app and website are not helpful

You know how the adage, “It’s like a car crash — it’s awful, but you can’t look away.” That’s how I feel with bozo here.   @Rogers customer service is a joke. Their agents have zero clue how to handle calls anymore. They hang up, transfer your call to another agent without any warning. It’s honestly embarrassing.
