@RogersHelps Hi - is there currently an issue with the Ignite TV app? Suddenly cannot cast to TV using Chromecast, and it looks like many others are having the same problem. Will it be fixed?

  • krbcan Randomaniac (@krbcan) reported

@RogersHelps I really don't understand the logic in discontinuing anyplacetv & not reducing the price in my cable service, but instead trying to force me to upgrade to a costlier bundle with an internet service that I don't want. Seriously?

  • K_Velkoski Kristian Velkoski (@K_Velkoski) reported

@jessweingarten @RogersHelps Same problem here. I get the black screen saying Ready to Cast but nothing.

  • canadiens_8 canadiens_8 (@canadiens_8) reported

@Rogers Ahhhh I get it. I was clicking on "sign in" and not the option below. My sincere apologies. Seems to work fine now. Thank you for getting back to me

  • ElyseV Elyse V (doubld vaxxed and double masked) (@ElyseV) reported

I’m really starting to hate @Rogers- they mislead you, break promises, and treat you like you’re trying to get things you were not promised. #unfair

  • Toronto_Ghost Daniel Roaché (@Toronto_Ghost) reported

@RogersHelps Don’t even cap we both know more than half of your Toronto customers don’t have service rn. No wifi no cell. Everyone’s experiencing issues right now, stop capping and fix the internet or don’t charge ppl for it.
