@linda_burbidge I have never heard a good word about @Rogers ever. I went through a middle man not realizing it was actually Rogers. If I wanted guaranteed ******💩 service I would have went to directly to Rogers.

@RogersHelps Anyone experiencing connectivity issues? Unable to find my WiFi network in the list. Rebooted my laptop & Rogers is unable to help. Cell phones are unable to connect also. Rogers did a reset, renamed my WiFi & still having issues.

Disappointed to see our bill increase $75.00 a month after 30+ years of service with @Rogers. 3 hours on the phone, gets us no where. Looks like we will have to cancel our service and look elsewhere #CustomerService #rogers
