    We have a broken moden from @RogersHelps and coaxial won't properly connect but they won't send a replacement even though coaxial cannot properly connect & gets jostled by air so cant work from home or keep toddler busy @CCTS_CPRST

    @Rogers I have placed an order ages ago for the iPhone 14 purple and I haven’t heard anything. It’s been weeks. I’ve done the chat and they are absolutely no help. I’ve called and all is said they are back ordered how long does a customer need to wait?

    @Rogers you’re charging a $50 #SetUpFee, #NotFairAtAll For that fee, you did absolutely nothing on your end. I set up my phone in about 15min, while the Best Buy Rep did paperwork. If that fee was fair, your support manager wouldn’t have removed it from my bill when I called. ???

    @TakeoffFox @RogersHelps Yup we have 2 Rogers phones $230 a month and when the cotract was up they wanted $600 per phone to keep them. 1200 plus 230 never knew we had to pay more!

    @RogersHelps Too late but thanks. I waited 1 hr and 36 minutes on hold before giving up. Then I waited 25 minutes on chat and finally had my issue resolved. So disappointing.
