Seems to me that if you're doing core switch maintenance, correlating that to an outage should take about 60 or 90 seconds. Are all your eggs in one basket? Is there no redundancy or fault tolerance in your system? This is not the "Best" Ted wanted. @AboutRogers @Rogers

@Kirsten_Hume It's the only way. Son did same travelling through Europe a few yrs back. He is a Rogers customer. @Rogers is basically turning down $ it could be making.if it wasn't so greedy

The fact that @FidoSolutions didn't hesitate to withdraw my $67.80 in the midst of a @Rogers internet outage is ridiculous to me. I have had the most issues with @FidoSolutions more than previous internet service providers.

@DossierCom @Rogers IF this is true it displays huge caps in thier (Emergency) Change Advisory Board (E)CAB, as well as fundamental flaws in overall network design. I don't believe either.... there is way more to this.
