@RogersHelps @ToddSmithPC Summer in PEC Quinte region and the internet service is down the toilet again. Network really needs to improve, soon.

@RogersHelps wifi/internet has been down since 7pm in Pickering/Bay Ridges area in addition to the cable (both HD and 4k) pixelating constantly as well. Have re-booted both boxes and modem many times and called Tech support. They say it’s an area issue and could last all weekend.

@RogersHelps just wondering why it takes over 2 months to deal with a simple issue related to App Passwords that don't work and are messing up many of us longtime customers from getting our email as we are used to. I am shopping now. It was an eye opener

@RogersHelps @Rogers this does not give me confidence in your services. When I got Bell internet installed, they actually sent someone to install the internet so I can use it. Also I booked this installation months ago because I need it done today. I am not a happy customer.

@RogersHelps I have been on the line for the last two hours with four different reps. Two tech support and two customer service reps. They just transferred me to the IPTV specialist line and it disconnected. This is so frustrating!! Can someone please contact me?

@RogersHelps I would have kept that private if it didn't make my blood boil. I'm not suing Rogers, I'm just trying to get the service that I thought I was paying for. I didn't think I was only paying for the possibility of service!

@RogersHelps - shame on you for your horrible treatment of my 70-year old mother who has been a loyal customer for 20 years. She’s battling cancer and can’t come into a store. You kept her on the phone for 5 hours and transferred her 9 times. Constantly passing the buck. #awful
