@cbcmarketplace I need your help! Rogers @RogersHelps had promised me a new bill of $59.88 for 12 months for cable/internet. They have since charged me $105.08, and even though they acknowledge what I've been promised and agreed to they refuse to honour the price. Help!

@beaaannnnsssss @lauralimawilson @RogersHelps One more reason for me to hate that monstrosity they are erecting there. Stupid money grab by the city. No thought to preserving a neighbourhood. And Rogers should have been making sure the dig site was clear. Clown show all around.

@lauralimawilson @RogersHelps Honestly, Rogers doesn’t give two shits on how they inconvenience their customers. I have lost three quarters of a day of work and counting because they can’t keep internet service running. We pay a fortune for reliable service and Rogers lets its customers down every time.

  • FergusonDF David Ferguson (@FergusonDF) reported

@RogersHelps called week ago to setup services, I was to get a call back yet nothing. Called today, no record on file and they can’t find the Bulk Service we are trying to join. Because of the weekend there is no supervisor or manager in the office! Brutal Customer Service

@Rogers please thank the guys and gals who, I am sure, we’re up late fixing the Port Credit incident with the cut cable. We do appreciate their efforts. Hopefully the construction site will be more careful from here on.
