@rogershelps Would an agent be able to test Internet signal strength in my residence by doing remote diagnostics on our Rogers modem? Connection has been frequently dropping over the last 3 hours, forcing us to use the personal hotspot on our smartphones. TIA.

I am beyond disgusted with the service I have received @RogersHelps. A simple wifi move request I was told would take 15 minutes turned into 15 days, 10 useless hours on the phone with support, and still no wifi! Then they tell me to switch to Bell! #InAHeartBeat #DoBetter
