@RogersHelps That better be per day, per service. I stupidly have 5 Rogers services so I’m assuming times 5 services for 5 days. Internet, TV, home fone, 2 mobile fone services. BTW , there was a death because they couldn’t reach EMS. Listen to the news once in a while

@CP24 Heard there is class action filed to provide 400$ for every customer. Thinking Inversely does it mean @Rogers save 400$ everyday for less than 2 $.

@LeslynLewis A friends cancer treatment was delayed because the hospitals booking system was down with the outage and the appointment was lost. Now they don’t know when it will be rebooked for. @Rogers this is well beyond 5 days of compensation.
