@dugilbo @RogersHelps Welcome to Monoplies. They do whatever they want man. Blame pandemic, charge more for less is the new normal. Bell does the same crap. Hope they get you up soon. Make sure they credit you for the downtime.

@Rogers The worst experience ever with Rogers . After years of loyalty having multiple services my business was not appreciated. While they give discounts to new customers, there is no value to the existing clients when they ask for better package and pricing. Sad

@RogersHelps @RogersHelps it has been two weeks without service. I work from home. I haven’t received any info except that you are working on it. I don’t know what this means. Could this take 1 month? 1 year? 10 years? Can you please provide details? Bell fibre is sounding good right now.

  • DrFNRx FNRx (@DrFNRx) reported

@RogersHelps Can I get a refund on 1/30 of my payment for every day there is a service interruption? How is this not an automatic thing

  • CementerB Lord Jareth (@CementerB) reported

@Rogers People, don't join Rogers. If you're foolish enough to be wit them, leave. They charge high prices, for little service or advantage. Rogers is an entitled money pit.

  • mdwhittaker Matt Whittaker (@mdwhittaker) reported

@mark_whitelaw @Sportsnet @Rogers Our smart TV has the sportsnet app. Works fairly well, in my experience! In both cases the TVs run on Android OS, so that may be why. Sorry it’s giving you trouble, man!
