@AboutRogers @RogersHelps I’m not disturbed by the blackout. Things happen. What disturbs me is the lack of transparency and your lack of loyalty to your customers. I’ve been with Rogers for 29 years and asking for a discount is like pulling teeth. Time has come to find alternatives.

@p_can00000 @RogersHelps There is NO phone service. No calls in or out. It is not just the data that is not working. Basically the phone has become a brick unless it gets connected to WiFi.
