    @RogersHelps why are you warning me of late fees for equipment I returned to you last month which Canada Post emailed me confirmation it was returned? I cancelled my service so I don’t need to deal with Rogers anymore. Why are you harassing me?

    So @RogersHelps is now making a minimum of $20 million more per month (they raised rates again) but they can’t improve service in #manitoba, which is riddled with dropped calls and “No Service” zones.

    @RogersHelps I was at @vaughan_mills location to return equipment and received terrible customer service. You sales rep literally threw a pen and paper at me when I asked to write something down. Is it true that stores cannot call head office anymore? Please DM for details 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
