@Rogers so terrible that I have been on hold for the last 3 days for over an hour each time and still not able to speak to someone. πŸ˜–

@Rogers This is a real problem as I know many folks who get calls daily from fake call centres stating they are Rogers customer service offering deep discounts for phone and plan upgrades. Rogers needs to deal with this to stop these fake offshore call centres from calling us.

Some things never change. On hold with @RogersHelps for an hour and 16 mins. They promise I’m important.

@LeafSingh @main_singh Is Fido @Rogers? If so they can keep that. Worst customer service in the country and they're scammers.

@RogersHelps Was able to reach out to them; their/your offer is higher than what Bell gave me (and you don't offer/allow home phone service if I don't take the full package, including tv; which i don't need/want)

Just got annoyed by 2 @Rogers ******** who came to the door and put one of the dogs I'm housesitting into a frenzy. Like I give a **** that Rogers is doing work in the area. You couldn't have just quietly left a flyer for the homeowners to read when they return?

@1964RobO @RogersHelps Tell them you want to cancel and they’ll wanna talk to you real quick. Then actually do it and go with Bell.

@RogersHelps It doesn't matter what the issue is. It's an embarrassment that you would EVER have a customer or potential customer wait on hold longer than 10 minutes. That is a corporate choice.

  • Goodfellas_TO

@Rogers customer service is a joke. Their agents have zero clue how to handle calls anymore. They hang up, transfer your call to another agent without any warning. It’s honestly embarrassing.
