@RogersHelps Enough is enough. Multiple days a week of outages are impacting working from home. I'm beyond fed up at this point. I at the very least want a week refunded as I've experienced issues for at least that many days in the last couple of months. Awful service.

@CRTCeng @RogersHelps Hi @CRTCeng enough is enough now, 4 months of trying to resolve this issue with Rogers and they keep telling me they will take care of it and it seems it’s time to file a formal complaint. These shady business practices need to end.

@TendaiChimombe5 @Rogers Down since 1pm yesterday in M4N, me, all my neighbours. Don't need a customer service call, we all don't have router problems. Can only assume your network folks are on it and will figure it out. 24 hours is too long.

@Rogers So can you tell me why I have less channels with ignite than I did with discontinued cable? I now have to pay to watch an American network. Why? Crave streaming made more sense than ignite does. Why? Why isn't ignite user friendly? Why do I pay the same for less?

@RogersHelps It's the same every time on a few devices. I get a page saying "OOF" and showing a GIF of a puck going down the ice saying to try again later.

I hate using my platform to air out grievances in regards to awful customer service. However, I am almost at 3 weeks of spotty internet upload from @RogersHelps who thinks nothing is wrong and opening another ticket is a waste of time.
