@AboutRogers @Rogers I'm not even a rogers a customer, I sell rogers cellular service. And if you don't reimburse, you best believe I'm telling people about the absolutely atrocious customer service your providing after your screw up.

  • jonismrnibs Jonathan (@jonismrnibs) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers Not even a proper statement during the day yesterday... just retweeting bullshif and downplaying the outage to a few people.

  • Kite_Wrangler Kite Wrangler (@Kite_Wrangler) reported

@mynamesnotgordy Will I get prorated for the downed service yesterday? Or am I still paying for a months’ worth of service even though I got none yesterday? @Rogers

@bassfarah @AboutRogers @Rogers Sunk time fallacy plays a major role, everyone’s ego believes that they can fix it quickly. Nobody wants to make the hard decision to admit defeat - some downgrades have other dependencies. Its ultimately the companies incompetency but theory and real world are rarely in sync

  • BenjaminHughes1 Benjamin Hughes (@BenjaminHughes1) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers Are you planning on reimbursing ALL your customers for the day of service affected? Or are you assuming a heartfelt apology will be enough?
