    @RogersHelps you claim to be concerned about providing a secure service for customers but it takes 30 mins on the phone with 3 people to change security questions and you can’t remove date of birth as a security question. Also not displaying the city a password is reset is weak

    Why is @Rogers charging me a high fee for changing my bundle? I only changed it because NOTHING WAS WORKING. Every day is something new. Not to mention, the $$ I got back from the outage - thanks. I could buy a stick of gum. Worst company ever. Cannot wait to go to @Bell

    Knowledge. The @rogers app is also very glitchy. Have had many interventions to try and fix it. Smh. We are at our wits end especially after contacting @rogers to find out why our monthly bill has Increased. They tried to offer an annual discount for faster internet, 5g as well..

    @Rogers @RogersHelps worst provider and customer service in the country. I’m a business customer and could not work on July 8th because of the outage. You gave me only a $9 bill credit. And your customer service thinks it’s generous because of more than 3 times of daily cost.
