@RogersHelps This is a business hour. Yesterday I called during business hours. The day before I called during business hours. I have no choice but to cancel my @Rogers internet because you have no staff to talk to customers?

@alancross @Rogers Not to mention Rogers had an unacknowledged service outage in the GTA. Lots of calls dropping or data simply not working. All on Monday afternoon... but "no outage in your area". BS.

@TorontoStar Such a bad team this year. No better next year, either as all responsible are on long contracts and @Rogers is laughing all the way to the bank with 41,000 tickets sold for every game!

@RogersHelps @Rogers Don’t you think I have tried calling the move department a few times! Tagging you on socials is the last thing I wanted to do. What is your policy if the new address is non-serviceable and the customer has an existing contract with rogers?

@RogersHelps My bill was triple the amount. When I have unlimited data. I try calling Roger’s billing help, and everyday I wait on the phone for 4-5 hours and nobody ever picks up. How do you seriously do this to customers?

@alancross @Rogers The call center was moved to India. Calls are dropped. There is interference on the line and with the quiet tone and thick accents the reps are not understandable. It has never been like this in the last 20 years. Make sure you fill out the survey. Rogers needs to know.

@Rogers mobile. received an email from your legitimate email for an offer, I click it to access my account and it’s not there. Only at a higher rate. Your call centre was of no help. Why send an offer if you cannot fulfill it? I’m waiting for you to contact me so we can get it?
