  • alexYQR Alex (@alexYQR) reported from Regina, Saskatchewan

@SaskTelSupport Do you have publicly available documentation or information on what “metadata” SaskTel collects in order to manage its customer infinet service?

  • alexYQR Alex (@alexYQR) reported from Regina, Saskatchewan

Remember that one time when the @SaskParty tried charging everyone in the Province for a bad email service, and then decided against it ( after public outage ), forcing @SaskTel to take blame and hoping everyone forgot about it? That was a funny week. #skpoli

  • habpipes M 🇺🇦 (@habpipes) reported from Regina, Saskatchewan

Did they sell the Sasktel phone lists to con artists to pay down some of the debt?

  • JenniferLh1234 jennifer L hatcher (@JenniferLh1234) reported from Regina, Saskatchewan

Who has voices? Drinking coffee and chores and no sleep. Why voices telling me to leave. Seriously why have sasktel leads to the front? Mail. Really experience voices and I am gonna freak out. Linger outside and indoors. Death smells and rotten fleshed. Wtf front.

  • JenniferLh1234 jennifer L hatcher (@JenniferLh1234) reported from Regina, Saskatchewan

It's a crime. Totally apologize media. Certain people who have been involved in this ****. Certain people who has technology on me or anything It's called apps and sasktel users.

  • alexYQR Alex (@alexYQR) reported from Regina, Saskatchewan

@gold_brickin @SaskTel I agree. I also believe that terrible decisions are being made top down to all Crowns and are being implemented because there is no longer any rationalization or discussion on those matters.

  • alexYQR Alex (@alexYQR) reported from Regina, Saskatchewan

@SaskTel I legitimately feel terrible for your support staff right now.

  • alexYQR Alex (@alexYQR) reported from Regina, Saskatchewan

@ctvregina This will harm @SaskTel’s residential business more than it saves it money. Sasktel will need to pay for additional support staff to assist customers, as well as deal with the fallout resulting in the general distaste in the province for what people feel are unnecessary fees.

I got yet another of these annoying messages “Mailbox Storage Limit This is to notify you that your incoming emails are returned due to reaching your storage limit.”   To avoid losing your emails, please click on the link below: Why can’t @SaskTel block this crap

  • regina_grandma Carolyn HUD (@regina_grandma) reported from Regina, Saskatchewan

@SaskTelSupport Sasktel email is not working. Webmail also gives a black screen requiring forced shutdown. Any problems you are aware of to advise if I should just wait this out? #yqr

  • Drofmab Greg Bamford🇺🇦 (@Drofmab) reported from Regina, Saskatchewan

@cdnbeer Oh, don’t get me wrong - I’m a SaskTel diehard (for mobile - nothing else) in Canada. They keep our rates cheap & their roaming is the best bet going in Canada… literally flips to whichever carrier has the best signal at any given moment (Rogers/Bell/Telus), in my experience.

  • alexYQR Alex (@alexYQR) reported from Regina, Saskatchewan

  • Drofmab Greg Bamford🇺🇦 (@Drofmab) reported from Regina, Saskatchewan

@cstewartyqr Yeah - my issue was twofold: - I either had to transfer my Bell contracts to SaskTel, or buy-out nearly 2 years remaining with Bell; and - Rogers’ coverage was (still is) exceptionally limited in Sask. Cities, and major highways. Not viable for my use.

  • habpipes M 🇺🇦 (@habpipes) reported from Regina, Saskatchewan

So happy Sasktel decided to do this infrastructure upgrade and shut down lanes downtown from Nov to Feb. Winter driving is miserable and slow enough as it is. Couldn't do it in the summer when everyone is on vacation and parking lots outnumber people.

  • regina_grandma 💫Carolyn HUD🪐 (@regina_grandma) reported from Regina, Saskatchewan

@WotherspoonT So now I have to switch everything to Gmail? Or pay that $2/ month but it’s the principle. I use SaskTel Stream, so I’ll sign in with a gmail in future? Should have 1 included.

  • JenniferLh1234 jennifer L hatcher (@JenniferLh1234) reported from Regina, Saskatchewan

Totally can loose my mind at times. Really experience rotten fleshed in November 2021. No one believes me as had a blister on my bottom lip. Experience with sasktel hook up to carbon monoxide box and wires to the front. Field's have help me as I am safe.

  • ScottyVia The Mighty King ScottyVia™ (@ScottyVia) reported from Regina, Saskatchewan

@SaskTel @SaskTelSupport any idea why there is no audio on channel 541? It’s been like that all day. Thanks for your help!

  • JenniferLh1234 jennifer L hatcher (@JenniferLh1234) reported from Regina, Saskatchewan

🙄 I do not need help. I been threw mental ward. If sasktel users and wire leads to front. I been trying to have rent receipts.

Sasktel Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • hi_robyn Robyn R (@hi_robyn) reported

Love seeing all the hot takes about "if you think leaving SaskTel Centre is bad wait until we have to try and leave a downtown arena!" Aren't there are many many routes out of downtown rather than one bottlenecked parking lot?

  • RCMPSK RCMP Saskatchewan (@RCMPSK) reported

SaskTel is aware of the issue and are working on a solution. Once service has been restored, we can provide an update. We do not have an estimated time for restoration of full phone service. 2/2

  • stoontransit Saskatoon Transit (@stoontransit) reported

@MA5ONATOR HI Chills @MA5ONATOR, Saskatoon Transit only runs service to the Blades games from the special event stop on 23rd street between 1st and 2nd Avenue. For larger events SaskTel Center utilizes other resources. Please contact SaskTel center to confirm bus service from malls.

  • SKnewstalk B (@SKnewstalk) reported

@SaskTel who are you going to rip off this month? That's right! Every single customer of yours. @PremierScottMoe it's time to fire the leadership @sasktel and force them to bring rates down.

  • caitlynwelder Caitlyn Welder (@caitlynwelder) reported

@SaskTel please go back to LTE your 5G sucks

  • sports_beatNICK Sports_beatNICK (@sports_beatNICK) reported

@buckner306 @MyAccessCA @SaskTel Worst part was it wasn’t kicked in either.

  • NNymphiz little tokyo (@NNymphiz) reported

@SaskTel please fix ur service, this **** is ridiculous, disconnected 9 times in the past 2 hrs

  • 4m1c0 JM Amico 🇨🇦 (@4m1c0) reported

@SharonASR @saskatoonGord If anything, they could take the new arena money and improve accessibility to and from SaskTel Centre - as that's been the biggest issue with that location. And they'd have money left over to use for things that are of higher priority in our city.

  • phillydimop Phil Dimopoulos (@phillydimop) reported

@SaskTel hey, I’m trying to log into Sportsnet Now via my Sasktel login but it says the Blue Jays game isn’t included with my subscription? It’s what I used the entire year last year, and my TV package is exactly the same. Has something changed? Thx

  • NWRPodcast Michael Medby (@NWRPodcast) reported

@Tori_TLCR @financialpost Time for SaskTel to go national. Without them in our market, prices would be MUCH higher. They are immune to shareholder pressure for unchecked profit. They are here to provide an essential service. The "free market" wouldn't stand a chance.
