    @SaskTel @SaskTelSupport Well, considering I sent the original message on Thursday and u replied on Friday might give u a hint of my customer service experience! Yes I finally got thru, 50 minutes of waiting! And a twitter reply the day after! Brutal service!

    So I just downloaded the sasktel max tv streaming app and I love it! Really good quality with no lag and accesss to all my max channels on my iPhone or iPad. I found tsn go video quality and sound was poor, this is 👍👍

    @SaskTel @SaskTelSupport please log that customer input on the new MaxTV set up is terrible. You are not Netflix. Who actually curates their titles and has an easy to use search function. Noone wants to go through 8 billion titles you have left forever and just made worse.

    Gotta say, was pretty disgusted with the customer service on the phone today from @SaskTel while trying to help my Dad sort out his bill. Haven’t been spoken to in that tone since I was in the principal’s office as a kid. I’ll remember that when I renew next time.

    Converted my cable to @SaskTel #MaxStream yesterday & the support from Jeff O at the Harbour Landing store was outstanding. He wanted to make sure it was up & running for me to ensure I could watch the Rider game. He even called me at home to follow up #GreatCustomerService

    @SaskTel Have had terrible service today 4 calls on hold 20 min each time and they can’t get the broken line forwarded to a cell phone and no one able to come out until 2 tomorrow afternoon. Don’t know how much this has probably cost me.

    @boeserfan06 @ShawInfo The service that Shaw provides is a commodity. That means that it is the same product other companies provide. I can track my deliveries regardless of if I’m using Shaw, Sasktel, Bell, or whoever.

    @CivRyan Ryan I had sasktel for about 3 or 4 years and my ******* lord it was shit, then I got shaw like 2 months ago and its so much better (tho this week wasn't the best). Shaw was so much better compared to sasktel, watching the streams was great with little to no buffering with shaw.

    @eggsforsupper 1/2 I wasn't able to find any reports about an issue in that area yet but if your still having trouble please dial 611 directly from a SaskTel cell phone and that will put you through to our repair team.
