I called in about our business account as our gym closed more than a month ago. The rep basically laughed at me when I asked for some financial help of a deferral during these times.

Who actually curates their titles and has an easy to use search function. Noone wants to go through 8 billion titles you have left forever and just made worse.

Paid $40 activation fee for no service! Brutal, can I get some help! Or should I just switch back to a national provider!

Great service🤨 Good thing outages & problems only occur when your updaters are @ work. For a communication company, I question the ability to communicate.

I talked to them and they changed my contract and LIED that the new one is cheaper. But it is more expensive. And now they say it is our fault but we can't fix it.
