    @SaskTelSupport ..... internet crashes night before last. Down for Full 24 hours at random starts back up late last night. Again tonight on Que home internet crashes again at 8 Pm a full week before a Sasktel employee can come and check for a problem....

    @SaskTelSupport (1/2) I've already talked to three customer support reps so I've given up hope on a Sasktel solution. They can't even temporarily unthrottle my phone past 512kbps once I exceed my data limit (which happened in a day since I'm in a wifi intensive online course).

    @enkerli The best customer service I experienced from a telco was @SaskTel. I don't think it's a coincidence that they're a Crown corp.

  • T_rish77 Tricia Mc (@T_rish77) reported

    @SaskTel The cell tower was up just before this July Long weekend. The service was impeccable (and instant)!

    @_Simply_Dianne @smilingsandra With the amount of products out there with varying technologies making a change that limits you to only one of those technologies is so stupid. Dumb move @SaskTel

    @sasktel, when will you give Lumsden Beach decent cell service? We’re a half hour from your head office and there’s not enough signal strength to refresh the weather app on our phones. Completely missed the weather warnings last night, which meant we had to go outside during it.

  • Dionysus_666 What a Wonderful Life (@Dionysus_666) reported

    @T_rish77 @SaskTel #sasktel charging for cell service that does not work . They have list of excuses . The range and quality of a wireless network is dependent on a number of factors, including but not limited to: weather conditions, terrain, geological and manmade obstructions,
