Why ******** is IFC channel no longer on Shaw Cable or Sasktel Max?

  • MarkPoppen Mark Poppen 🇳🇱🇨🇦 (@MarkPoppen) reported

@SaskTel But it's also the other way around and that's dumb. "This is not a long-distance call, you don't need to dial a 1. Please hang up and try again"... @daftviking

  • leray81 Justin Leray (@leray81) reported

@richperrin39 @ginny_jenny @SaskTelSupport Richie it works on the app. Sasktel fail.

  • AngryReginaGuy Angry Regina Guy (@AngryReginaGuy) reported

@EmKraemer The router from SaskTel should have the 5ghz option. 5ghz doesn't penetrate/have the best range so maybe its on and you're not getting the signal? (Is it a big building?) Extenders only extend existing signal and can't swap to 2.4 to 5ghz SFAIK.

@MyAccessCA @SaskTel 4 calls later and noting resolved. Glad I booked for a Saturday morning appointment. Horrible customer service.

@saskryan @SaskTel Agreed. Our cell phone service is terrible again and the internet is abysmal

  • kolodyd Dave K (@kolodyd) reported

@saskryan @SaskTel I'm on the infinet 20 and I'm always at 20 unless the box needs a reboot. I had problems with one of my patch cables as well which dropped the speed I was getting. Take a laptop and use a minimum cat5e patch cable and test network speed starting at the SaskTel router.

@SaskTel And sorry this still sucks. As a sask resident.. I pay $160+ for tv services, including the TSN and SN channels, all 10 of them... now I have to spend about $150 more to watch edm/cal/wpg on the road... home games I know we get, which is great! But help us on the road!!
