@EmKraemer The router from SaskTel should have the 5ghz option. 5ghz doesn't penetrate/have the best range so maybe its on and you're not getting the signal? (Is it a big building?) Extenders only extend existing signal and can't swap to 2.4 to 5ghz SFAIK.

@saskryan @SaskTel I'm on the infinet 20 and I'm always at 20 unless the box needs a reboot. I had problems with one of my patch cables as well which dropped the speed I was getting. Take a laptop and use a minimum cat5e patch cable and test network speed starting at the SaskTel router.

@Melnychuk86 Meanwhile, for about $20 more than the standard price (without Sasktel bundles or specials) I'm getting 1gbps down/ 100mbps up with @Shawhelp over coax with no special equipment or install. Imagine if @Sasktel were actually trying to be competitive?

@SaskTel new to max tv stream. The signal on the 2nd floor isn't strong at times. Lots of buffering. What do I need for a stronger signal on the 2nd floor. Modem was installed in the basement. Thx.

@GordM85 @Sportsnet @TSN_Sports I believe it may be a Sasktel issue. It’s apparently working for Shaw customers.
