@SaskTel FIX YOUR ******* WIRELESS NETWORK. Buffer 5 min play 3 second of video. For 100 a month I DESERVE BETTER

  • gagesmith69_ gage smith (@gagesmith69_) reported

@SaskTel Since this I’ve been on hold for over 40 hours, I went into two store both said they couldn’t help me, and tried the chat ?! What am I supposed to do, wrongful charges and wasting my time

  • StinkWeasel_ Stink Weasel (@StinkWeasel_) reported

Anyone else’s Sasktel internet acting like true hot garbage?

  • Lois56007028 Lois (@Lois56007028) reported

@gmbutts It didn’t take down everything in the country. We were fine in Sask, with our crown corp SaskTel. Your comment is why many rightfully think people in eastern Canada don’t have any knowledge or interest in the west.

@SaskTel @RichelleEdging1 Still no support? This will be a dealbreaker for me as I travel often and would utilize eSIM in other countries. If this is not available after my contract is up I will be switching carriers.

  • cdnbeer Cody Lobreau - BeerCrank.ca (@cdnbeer) reported from Brandon, Manitoba

@Drofmab @VancityReynolds @Mintmobile Minot network was overwhelmed so I would roam on Verizon (a first for me, they relied on Sasktel’s old style network until recently). I have a work discount for roaming so it was slightly cheaper to use my regular phone than esim, but I had the mint to test out

  • JeradOnAir Jerad Bowes (@JeradOnAir) reported

@SKBradJennings Yeah, Sasktel sucks for so many reasons. I'm also gonna try and keep an eye out. One of those budget carriers sounds like a good option, hut I think you need to buy a device outright for that. Let me know if you find any good phone options!

75 bucks a month unlimited data ( where you get cut back at 10gb) ****** service , can’t even open a utube video let alone check the weather , wonder what’s wrong with Sasktel

  • meganbongo megan (@meganbongo) reported

@SaskTel the past 2 weeks your service in Saskatoon has been awful. My phone hardly works at the best of times, and whenever I try to make a call, it either drops or me and the person on the other end can’t hear each other.

  • SaskTel SaskTel (@SaskTel) reported

@gagesmith69_ Hi Gage. I'm so sorry to hear that you're not getting the answers you need. If you visited an Authorized Dealer, they are correct in that they can't help with billing questions. A SaskTel Store should be able to help you. Unfortunately our call center can be quite busy some days.
