@ShawInfo hey any deals right now? University student deals? Tired of 💩 @SaskTel internet and paying for 300 "fibre" service and barely getting 20 to my devices.

My Sasktel email accidentally got canceled yesterday. Sorry if you've been trying to reach me. I'll try to fix the problem when I have a few hours to spend phoning them. 🙄

@cenobyte Sounds like Sasktel. They will rim the ***** ass of a Telus customer to get them to switch but wouldn't fart in the general direction of a current customer to keep them!

@ZiadFazel @SaskTel My house is small (by other standards) and the router is not that far away. I ditched Sask tel a year ago because of this issue, and was told when fibre was in the area it would be way better. Paying for the fastest available and getting a fraction of it and I'm NOT happy

Janice O (@JaniceOwen) reported from Warman, Saskatchewan
@huntzki @SaskTel I've stayed with SaskTel out of loyalty & never had a problem with a few glitches because I wanted to support a Saskatchewan company. But am so done with it!!

Janice O (@JaniceOwen) reported from Warman, Saskatchewan
@SaskTel Yes. I have. And it shows trouble but not so slow that we should be experiencing stalls and buffering. And it will be ok for a short while, then revert again. Tired of substandard product at high prices. I've contacted other companies..done with this

On hold with @SaskTelSupport AGAIN. My "fibreoptic" #Infinite300 internet died today in the middle of my #Engineering student's lecture. Took a reboot x2 to get it to kick back in. @SaskTel you are THIS CLOSE to losing a customer again. 😡😡😡 #NOThappy

@flatlandBEER @RebBrewRegina I want to try it so bad. My biggest regrets for leaving SK are as follows: 1) no daylight savings 2) sasktel 3) the craft beer scene because you can't find it anywhere else in Canada. I miss Rebellion and Black Bridge and High Key and Nokomis and Paddock Wood and POB and and...

@RadioClayton Whenever SaskTel came by to fix something, I always helped them out. It’s usually to move crap out of their way for the most part

@MelissaBrie @SaskTel I had this issue with @TELUS on my last billing cycle. No idea how I could’ve reached my data limit, I’m on wifi all day!

(Jon)ny Foozball (@jonathanwhudson) reported from Wheatland County, Alberta
@ZiadFazel @JaniceOwen @SaskTel Using a Ethernet cable for one speed test is a good idea. Let's you figure out if issue is the actual Internet service or your wifi.

Chad Ror (@C_RORRIS) reported from Weyburn, Saskatchewan
Not sure why I even have a password on my wifi. It’s so ******* consistently terrible that nobody in their right mind would try to steal it anyways #Sasktel #FirstWorldProblems

@Murse759 I’m not entirely sure, why the big difference between SGI and ICBC. Perhaps coverage levels? Also if I’m not mistaken the profits from SGI Canada subsidize their provincial rates. I lived in Sask for five years and really enjoyed the service from both Sasktel and SGI.

(Jon)ny Foozball (@jonathanwhudson) reported from Wheatland County, Alberta
@JaniceOwen @ZiadFazel @SaskTel There's actually simple methods they could use, such as if you aren't using your cable coax connections they could use them as Ethernet cables by adding converter at each end. The converter cost them equipment, just like longer Ethernet but avoids install issues or holes.

@JGasson_21 Why when high speed will soon be available from Starlink? Not a stretch to also have cell service in the same manner. In 10 years or less @SaskTel will be worth nothing!
